New ownership brought a complete facelift to 1107 Ariola Drive with numerous improvements including a catwalk, three new bedrooms, all updated bathrooms, brand new designer kitchen, and all new furnishings!
The front entry of the home opens to a beautiful staircase and a spacious living room with luxury vinyl floors and lots of natural lighting. Enjoy beach views and easy access to the spacious deck from the living room.
The open kitchen/dining area, which seats up to 16 people, is located between the kitchen and living area making it great for entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks the living area. There are two bedrooms located on the main level. One bedroom has two sets of triple layered twin over twin over twin bunk beds with a TV. The other bedroom has one queen bed and a TV. There is a full bathroom with stand up shower and double vanity located in the hall between the two bedrooms that also services the living area. The beautiful master bedroom is located on the upper level and has a king bed, TV and private balcony. The spacious master bath has a large wet shower with a freestanding tub and double vanity. Off the staircase is a brand new suspended catwalk spanning the length of the living room which provides access to two new bedrooms that share a jack/jill bathroom with fully tiled shower and double vanity. The 1st bedroom is a twin over twin bunk room and the 2nd bedroom will be a private king bedroom with views of the Gulf of Mexico.
Downstairs features two new bedrooms each sharing a common bath. Bedroom 1 is a private king bedroom with access to outside and bedroom 2 will feature two sets of Twin over queen bunk beds sleeping 6 comfortably. Downstairs also features a large laundry room with an additional refrigerator for additional food and drink storage.
Outside provides a brand new extended paver driveway to allow access and parking for many vehicles. All new decks, railings, staircases and a fresh coat of exterior paint, this property Shines! Covered parking is available in the garage which doubles as a massive game room with ping-pong and additional seating. The fenced yard contains the sparkling swimming pool which is private to the home.

We had a large family Thanksgiving gathering and this home was perfect. There was room for all and more than enough bed. The kitchen is fully stocked, making it easy too cook large meals.
The location was perfect - directly across from the trail to the beach but also close to restaurants and activities.
There are numerous outdoor tables, lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs located on the large wrap around deck for sipping morning coffee or evening wine.
Home was clean and beautifully renovated. Highly recommend.

Very spacious home with a great view of the ocean between the two home in front of the house, easy to navigate to and from the many attractions in Pensacola, deck around the home needs a op me work as there are a few rotten boards but no big deal. Pool was awesome, but need some extra propane on hand for the grill, we ran out after grilling two meals. All the rooms were clean and neatly arranged. Thank you for the great stay.

The house was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 children, with room to spare. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beach. The Gulf view from the balcony was great and a nice place to enjoy coffee in the morning while listening to the surf. Paradise Beach Homes provided excellent customer service and responded very quickly to our needs.

Even though it was incredibly windy and the ocean water was closed to swimmers due to rough surf and rip currents, we still had a great stay! It was still sunny and the kids had a blast in the pool! The house was clean, spacious, and fit our needs perfectly. The property management company, Paradise Beach Homes, was very responsive when we contacted them about cleaning the pool because a ton of sand blew into it overnight. They were also so kind when I forgot some of my belongings in one of the bathrooms. I emailed them to ask if anyone had found them. The cleaning crew did find them and the rental office staff shipped them to me.

The house was very clean and ready by promised time. The garage does have a funky smell, but it's closed more often in the winter months. The bunk bedroom being off the master is funky but we worked it out. A real door between master bath and bedroom vs a shower curtain may be better. We had two minor issues (dishwasher not working and frozen ice maker) and the staff was extremely responsive. Both were resolved same day as the call. Overall a great house for a big group. Huge living space and plenty of seating. Fantastic location. Would go back to this particular home.

Absolutely LOVE this house! This is our second time to stay in this house in the past 8 years. Great location for access to the beach. The pool is perfect for coming back after a day at the beach. The house is set up perfectly for families with kids. We loved hanging out in the evenings in the garage area playing ping pong and watching kids in pool. We stayed at 1107 Ariola in June 2019. We had a wonderful stay-You can’t beat the location of this property! The property is well maintained and updated. We had a total of 9 in our group-5 adults and 3 teenagers. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of storage. The upstairs bunk room shares the bathroom with the master suite and the only access is through the master suite. Outside deck seating was plentiful. Pool was a great size for our group. The downstairs garage area has the laundry and an extra refrigerator which is perfect for storing extra ice and drinks. The only comment I have is that we couldn’t open the garage door coming in from the driveway. It would have been nice to have open for easier entry when coming in from the beach. Outdoor solar lighting on the stairs would be helpful as others have noted. Overall a very nice property for a group up to about 10.

Because of hurricane Michael, our house close to Panama city had no power and we needed a last minute place to stay. I called on a friday to get a house for Saturday! Mona was wonderful, she explained the booking process and expedited our reservation to ensure we had a house to stay in. The house itself is excellent location...literally on the beach in less than a minute. The house was big, but definitely full of unfinished edges and cheap workmanship. The bunk room off the master bath is odd. However, I would still recommend this house for families and those wanting to be very close to the beach.

great week complaints about rental was the lack of amenities such pantry items , papertowels ect

We enjoyed our week on Pensacola Beach very much! This house had great access to the beach with a short walk across the street. We enjoyed the pool and deck areas very much! There was plenty of room for lounging in the living area for our group of 10... nice big dining table, too! Lots of pantry storage and comfy beds! No bathtub on main level for kids though. Would definitely stay here again if there is outside lighting added to the stairs and grilling areas.

Loved the deck, sat out every night and enjoyed the beach views and crashing waves! Overall a very good location with easy beach access, great private pool, and lovely deck/porch that surrounded the house. Had lots of extra pool floats and noodles which the kids loved, and we also used all the extra buckets and sand toys to build castles! The location of the fourth bunk room was odd, would work better with older kids. (Ours were still to young to all be in there together, and the staircase was beautiful but also tough with toddlers!) Enjoyed our vacation and look forward to coming back to Pensacola again!

The pictures don't do this house justice. The view is unobstructed to the gulf and beautiful. Access to the beach is so easy and just across the street. The very private pool area is done well, but could use more outdoor lighting. The house has many steps, so older folks might have trouble. Checking in and out was a breeze.

Our trip was made perfect by our stay at this beautiful and somewhat unique home. Sparkling clean pool out back with nice landscaping, ping pong table and recreation area just off the pool. Upstairs the living area was very large with two separate sitting areas, nice kitchen, bedrooms roomy and comfortable. Huge deck outside where we had coffee and breakfast every morning. We loved staying here, and frankly hated to leave. We enjoyed dinners out at Red Fish Blue Fish, Flounders, and McGuires Irish Pub. Pensacola Beach has so much to offer, you couldn't do it all. Don't forget to check out the Naval Aviation Museum!

House is directly across a quiet street from the beach. Access to the beach is directly in front of the house and no houses can be built in front because of the public access. House was nice. The bunk room is a little strange since you have to go through the master bedroom to get to it. The house was fully furnished, plenty of kitchen items and bath towels.

Very satisfied with the home. Clean and comfortable. A few issues with door handle coming off and deck rails loose. Paradise Beach Homes were very good at getting over to fix railings.

Very nice view of the ocean and easy access to the beach right across the street. The pool is not heated and even though the weather was sunny and 75 degrees the pool was cold so our kids were not able to enjoy it. The bunk bed room upstairs is accessed through the master bedroom and attached bath which does not make the master bedroom very private.
This house is a true gem. The open floor plan downstairs is awesome for cooking, entertaining, and enjoying sites from the large windows. The wraparound porch is awesome for having a cup of coffee and breakfast outside. The master bedroom is beautiful and all the bathrooms are nice!
