We loved our stay!! Hard to leave, but we will be back! Right on the Gulf of Mexico and right across the street from Peg Leg Pete's! Can't beat it!

I've stayed at Sans Souci many times and this was one of my favorite units. You're right on the beach and the condo was clean and had great views. I'm not sure why there was a broken slot machine in the dining room but it made for interesting conversation, as did the rest of the art in the condo. They do need to get the air conditioner looked at. The first two days we were there we had to trip the circuit breaker to get the air to cool down. We called the rental company on day one and they told us to do that and it sounded like this was a known issue. After the second time it worked great. I would go back to this unit again!

The condo, the view and the beaches are great. We stayed there with two children. The pool is very clean. Only the previous cleaning could have been better.

At 58 yrs old, this was my 1st trip to Florida and I could have spent the entire week just sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sights-n-sounds of the ocean. White sandy (very clean) beach just steps away; a small convenience store just across the street; a great seafood restaurant/bar next door to the store; a free trolley to go shopping and exploring that picks us up right outside the bldg. Great pool, secure (and plenty of) on site parking. Spacious rooms for 4 adults w/ a sm washer/dryer in the condo for our use. I promise you, there is NO better location on Pensacola Beach for a vacation!

Spent a long weekend here with the family and it couldn't have been more perfect. The location is awesome. Beachfront with direct access. And across the street from a grocery store and a great restaurant/bar (Peg Leg Pete's). A very short drive to the pier and other restaurants. Also, they have a pool on property which is nice.

Only thing we didn't like was all the sand in the unit on the floor, furniture and beds. I know its hard to prevent that being on the beach and all. But a few rugs by the doors and beds would have helped. We ended up using some extra towels to wipe our feet.

Also, didn't like the requirement that we had to not only wash the dishes, but put them away. Usually, we are asked to just run the dishwasher before we leave, which seems reasonable.

But all in all, will definitely recommend this place and consider staying here again.

Loved the location and view. When I made the reservation I had read the reviews and one prior renter stated the cable had a weak signal in the living room. This was a deal breaker for me since my husband doesn't enjoy the beach( he likes the view of the ocean with his cable tv in front of him). So I asked the reservation agent if the cable had been repaired. She assured me that it indeed had. So I made the reservation. To my husband's dismay, the cable kept fading in and out the entire week. We checked in on a Sunday and the cable company came on Thursday bit it wasn't completely repaired.

Our trip was a wonderful time, it was a time for us to make memories that we hope to make again!! Cousins got to get together who haven't seen each other for YEAR'S!!! overall a great trip

We had a great vacation experience in our condo! Beautifully decorated, well stocked, exceptionally clean and right on the beach. The staff at Paradise Homes were courteous, professionals who helped us and answered all our questions! Mona went out of her way to make sure we had a wonderful experience. Our family highly recommends this vacational rental!

Well Condo was nice and perfect location. The only issue we had was the TV in the living room would not keep the signal. Kept losing the signal. This became a problem trying to entertain a 4yr old at night. Reported the problem to the rental office and all I got was "Sorry about that". We liked the location and things to do in the area.

In looking for a place on the beach, nothing could have been better. The balcony provided the perfect view and breeze from the well appointed condo as advertised. The accommodations were beautiful, clean, private, and comfortable. One service was needed and taken care of immediately by the superior staff at Paradise Homes.

We've rented single family homes and condos for years with Paradise Beach Homes. The manager, Russell, has always been professional and accommodating. We always select Pensacola Beach over the other tourist locations because we love the beautiful beaches and the laid-back, relaxing atmosphere.
