About

Regency Cabanas H4 is a Gulf view town home with upscale furnishings, 10’ ceilings in the living and dining areas and 9’ ceilings on the second level.

Enjoy extending your vacation experience by stepping out onto the outdoor main level balcony with table and chairs for casual outdoor dining. Also on the main level is a bedroom with two twin beds and adjoining full bath. The relaxed concept continues on the next level with a king master bedroom and large private en-suite bath (double sinks, soaking tub and separate shower) with a roomy walk-in closet. There is an additional bedroom on this level with two sets of bunk beds. One set of bunks is twin over twin and the second set is twin over full with a twin trundle. This bedroom is attached to a hall bath with double sinks which are separate from the toilet and tub/shower area so there is lots of room for everyone. The third bedroom on this level has a single queen bed and shares the hall bath with the bunk room.

Additional townhouse amenities include two pools, a three- to four-car enclosed garage, outdoor grill and complimentary high speed internet. Easy access is available to entertainment, dining and shopping. Comes with beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for the kids! YOU DO NOT HAVE TO CROSS ANY ROADS TO GET TO THE BEACH.

We rented this condo when the Blue Angels fly over the beach. We had 8 people and were very comfortable. The pictures represent the condo to a tee. Our family is returning next year when the Blue Angels fly and we will rent this condo again.

The rental met every need, in fact it was much larger than needed. Well kept, spacious, well equipped and close to the beach. Staff was responsive to our needs even though they were minor. Everything was as promised with no unwanted surprises.

Paradise beach rentals was awesome. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The Condo (H4) was just great for us as a family and our friends who visited too. The beaches were easy to access and just beautiful. The places to eat (Pegleg Pete's (my favorite), Sidelines (Another favorite), Crabs, Flounder, Landsharks (Awesome) and many more were just as awesome. Key Sailing was awesome place to rent equipment with great helpful staff. Loved the whole experience.

This townhouse was great for a large family. We loved the bed options since we had multiple single adult family members with us. Being this close to the beach was very nice, not much of a walk. The beds were very comfortable. Ample bathrooms, with a nice amount of towels. Loved the open living, kitchen and dining area. This made visiting with everyone easy. We would recommend some mixing bowls for the kitchen. Loved our stay!!

We had a great week on the beach swimming and fishing. The second day on the beach we seen a sea turtle and a Ray right in front of us while swimming it was pretty cool. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable we had 11 people and everyone was accommodated very good. Our teenage boys enjoyed the board walk in the evenings and the smaller children enjoyed the beach crab hunting. It was a fun filled week. The fishing was amazing as always with aqua adventures fishing charter out of Perdido Key.

We had a great time at the H4. This Spring break was spent with 2 other families (total of 11), and slept us all perfectly. Accommodations where everything posted online. Unit was ready by 5pm as specified. Definitely, on our list next time we are back in Pensacola Beach.
