We were extremely happy with the condo and enjoyed our stay. The condo looks exactly like the pictures, very well maintained and decorated. The kitchen is equipped not only with quality dishes and utensils but also a generous amount of them. Beds were comfortable and also quality bedding.
The corner vision of this condo is absolutely gorgeous views in all directions. I would definitely rent this condo again!

This unit looks out over the Gulf in two directions... the view is the best. The furnishings, etc. provide everything needed. We have been here the last three years. Nice.

This unit has a great view and the unit was up to date with its design. It is convenient to most everything. Just remember if you are a low budget shopper this may not be your cup of tea. However, you get what you pay for. The view and comfort of this unit was worth the price.

We could not have been more pleased with this rental. The bank of windows to the east and south give the most amazing views. Other reviewers are not exaggerating when they emphasize how remarkable it is. The fact that the condo is on the 10th floor means that you can see over everything to the east as far as the eye can see. With the unit being an end unit, it runs front to back of the building and it is so very spacious. We have rented many, many properties and this one had so many conveniences. The kitchen was amazingly stocked with all kinds of extras that you don't often find like plenty of knives and pans, colander, spatulas and egg turners and even rubbermaid storage containers. The living room has been redecorated since the pictures that were online when we booked and it is lovely and very comfortable. The building is very well maintained and very clean. The check-in process was seamless. The pools and hot tub are very nice although more umbrellas would be nice. There are umbrellas and lounge chairs available for rent at the beach if you'd like. The facility allows 2 parking places per unit. If you have more vehicles than that, you are allowed to park in the mgt company's parking lot across the street. There are lots of carts for check in and check out (be aware that the taller carts will not go through the apartment door). The only exceedingly minor suggestions we would make are adding sturdy hooks in the bathroom and removing a couple of large artificial plants that are in really bad shape. :} We hope to be back soon and rent this same unit. This condo is on the East end of the building giving you the beauty of not only the Gulf of Mexico, but also the Sound. I personally love to watch the sunrise and this unit gave me many options if I didn't walk down to the beach. Even from my bed! Susan at Paradise Rental office is amazing. She really cares about your stay. I have to mention the PERFECT view watching the Blue Angels 75th Homecoming! I had a "birds-eye view" of the event from the balcony! It was just WOW! I recommend this unit for its fantastic views and location.

Initially walking into this condo, all you see is the blue water and skies for miles! It's absolutely gorgeous views! For my husband and I, and 3 teenagers, we had more than enough space and it was clean. I appreciated the big laundry room and pantry because that is sometimes hard to find in condos. Now, it does need some updating. The furniture and definitely the appliances mainly. Beds were okay, we have slept in worse. We could hear the guests above us scooting chairs or running. Could use a good repainting, but otherwise it wasn't anything to keep us from not enjoying our week. The complex itself was well kept, clean pools, and a short distance to the beach and shopping. We would only stay in a corner unit though just for the views! Thanks for the great week!

We had a great time in Pensacola! Great weather and there was plenty of things to do in this area. There's plenty of natural lights in this unit and it's very spacious. Great location on the beach. This unit is a little out dated with furniture and appliances. Other than that we enjoyed it here!

Had a nice time even though weather didn’t cooperate so much. Condo was as described and we enjoyed our stay. Great views, AC worked great and was comfortable. Only thing I would critique were that sliding door from living room was very hard to open.

Beautiful condo! Looks just like pictures! Nice and clean and they allowed for an early check in and check out! Plenty of dishes galore. Could have used a few more utensils but it was really no problem as we brought plastic ware. Our only complaint was that the ice maker was broken!
