About
This beachfront condo is a true "Fan-ta-Sea" with three-bedrooms, three-bathrooms, and can easily accommodate up to 10 people.
As you enter the condo you are greeted with a full kitchen, dining area, and the living room which leads to the balcony that has stunning views of the Emerald coast. The master bedroom and bathroom features a king bed, a whirlpool tub and a walk-in shower. The additional two bedrooms which include a king bed in one and a queen and a full over full bunk bed in the other, make it the perfect place for family and friends to spend time with their toes in the sand. This room can also be conjoined with Pearl 802 (if available) to sleep an additional eight guests.
The Pearl has a geo thermal pool heated year round, a hot tub and fitness center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a small meeting room available. A wheelchair ramp to the beach is also available and it has also added a handicap lift in the pool. Just recently The Pearl of Navarre also installed an EV charger. And there are community gas and charcoal grills and enough parking for two vehicles!

We have gone to Navarre the first week of October for the past 5 years. We have stayed at the Pearl for all but one of those years. This condo was one of our absolute favorites. The layout is more open than the other 3 bedrooms we have stayed in and with 4 adults and 3 kids we were never lacking space. The pictures give you a very good idea of what you can expect when you arrive. Highly recommend this condo for your next trip to Navarre. The company did a great job of communicating and even text to let us know the condo was ready for arrival hours before check-in.

Had more people come with me than originally planned. Found a three bedroom available. Called and the staff made the change quickly and easily!!! The only complaint I have is the master bedroom mattress. It was horrible. I loved the layout of the room.

This was our first time visiting Navarre and the Pearl. The property was kept very clean (even after a bad rain storm, they quickly went to work) and the condo itself was perfect.
There was plenty of room for all 6 of us to spread out. The supplies needed were perfect and the right amount. The pool was perfect, never too crowded. They "heat" the pool but it isn't all that warm but warm enough for the chilly days. I still got in. The beach access was perfect as well.
If I had to give a "con" I would say the 8th floor threw us off. With how heavy the winds were, we were not able to take advantage of sitting out there. It made us very nervous. Just as a heads up, the 8th floor isn't that high but it was high enough when the winds blew. But we loved hearing the waves at night and early morning.

A great time was had by all. This is the second time I’ve rented this unit and we have enjoyed it very much. I would suggest more pans. Since Covid we don’t eat out and cooking for a big crowd is more challenging. A bigger/deeper frying pan would be nice. We’ll be back next year.

Everything was great- the condo was clean, comfortable and had plenty of room for all 10 of us. It was a great space to have our whole group of 16 all together as well! We enjoyed the ocean and the beach, the pool, and hanging out together for the week. This was some of our family’s first and second trip. We love Navarre and will definitely be back every few years!! Condo was perfect for a week at the beach! The living area and rooms were more spacious than I though they’d be! Only complaint was, originally the listing stated there was a Queen sleeper sofa but there no longer was. It worked out just was expecting that extra sleeping space but would still stay at this condo! Check in was easy and staff friendly and helpful

The folks I dealt with at Paradise Beach Homes were helpful and patient. Due to Covid-19, we had to make some adjustments to our plans and they were very kind and helpful. There was an issue with the dryer in our unit and they notified me with the situation and the workaround before we arrived; however, they were able to get someone to our unit early in the week to fix it, so there never was any real inconvenience. I was impressed that they were able to address the problem so efficiently. I was not able to lock the doors going out to the balcony when I left. I believe that the lights in the stairway were off until the day we left. These should have emergency lighting and reflective tape. The speaker went off in our unit one time to alert about a parking situation, so this was working properly. All instructions were clear and the email communications were comprehensive. I found the unit very clean as well as the property. There was constantly staff visibly cleaning the common areas near the elevators. There was a friendly young woman working at the pool to ensure the proper number of ppl in the pool at all times. The man who rents the umbrellas is the best on the beach. He is kind, he is prompt, he checks the chairs as he puts them out, and most importantly he is present. You never have to wait for him to show up. I found our unit to have almost everything we could need. I was pleased with the rental, have stayed in this unit at least 3 times now, and hope to do so in the future. Due to Covid-19, we only ventured away to go to Winn Dixie, Publix, and Pizza Hut. Publix provided cleaned carts to which I am grateful. Very good experience.

We really enjoyed our stay for a week at this location. It was perfect for our group of 7. The young ladies were able to have their own beds and loved it! This condo was even better than expected. We visited with 7 adults. The three bedrooms are totally separate and each have there own full bath. Sharon, from Paradise Vacations rentals, was so friendly. She made sure we had everything we needed. The view is perfect, ocean and bay side. The location is near great restaurants and a Walmart. The kitchen has any cooking equipment you could ever need. We had plenty of room to eat together and lounge together. The beach access is easy and the pool refreshing. Parking, elevators, and access to carts to carry haul luggage and groceries were all readily available. Umbrellas with 2 chairs are available for rent on the beach for $32 a day. We ran multiple loads of laundry and had no issues. Thank you for a great weekend! We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay at the Pearl 801! Plenty of room for everyone! One thing we’ve noticed about units that sleep 12, they almost never seat 12 at the table and living room BUT this unit DOES! Everyone was comfortable the entire stay! The unit was clean, staff was helpful and courteous. (Even brought a package to our door that we had to have delivered UPS during our stay!) Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. It was a great bonus that this unit connects to unit 802 as well since we had a large group of family on this trip!

This was our first time to Navarre. We loved the had everything you could possibly need while away from home!The property management company was very friendly and accomadating. We would definitely stay here again!

We have been renting from the Pearl for over 20 years. This was one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. Very spacious, great view, well equipped. Great rates.

My family stayed in The Pearl 801 for Christmas, and it was perfect! The condo was super clean, and the furniture was very nice! The kitchen had everything we could possibly need to prepare our meals, even a crockpot, which was so nice to have. The bunk beds were perfect for our Grandkids! The balcony had plenty of seating for all of us. We even saw dolphins swim by while sitting out there one day! You literally cannot beat the views from this condo! The Paradise staff were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely book this condo again!
