Everything was awesome. If there was a issue Paradise was on it!! Only thing is need new mattresses on the king size beds.

I was very pleased with the location, close to the boardwalk and restaurants. The bedrooms are very roomy, loved the bunk room. Kitchen is large and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for a large gathering .

We come to Pensacola every summer for a week, and typically have about 12 of us stay together. This house was a great choice for us! The teenagers loved that it was close to the action of the main beach to ride bikes over there. And it was wonderful being right on the water! We spent a lot of time on the back decks!

The house was great I would go back!! The only complaint we had is it needs a light in the den! The kitchen is very well equipped... the beds are comfortable! The beach is perfect!! We had a wonderful family trip!!

Some of my family came down to spend Christmas with me. It was perfect! Chilly the first few days but we bundled up and spent time on the beach. Then it warmed up in the 60s! The children were thrilled that Santa found them and loved the spiral staircase. Accommodations were great. Comfy beds and plenty of towels.

We had a great time at the venue. The house was big enough for everyone. Very clean and put together. Easy access to the beach for a spot to relax. Plenty of space downstairs to hold a small event. Overall was a great stay. The staff at Paradise beach homes make it a very streamlined process and are very welcoming. The only bad thing I could say would be that the back deck had some loose boards. We went ahead and put a few screws in to secure them, no big deal.

"Wonderful"definitely describes our week on the beach. Our rental was very clean, and was ready a little early. The Paradise Beach staff was very helpful and patient as we had to postpone our trip due to COVID and an unexpected health emergency that delayed our trip. The view was exceptional, we had everything needed to take care of the 8 occupants for the was magical!!

Ariola 116 was the perfect spot for our vacation. We were traveling with our 6 adult children and the home was plenty big. The location was ideal, our beach spot was quiet and just steps from the back porch. We rented bike from the Fun Store for the week and we were able to take a short bike ride to restaurants,bars and shops. We arranged an airport ride from United Airport Shuttle and taxi and they picked us up and dropped us off ( even the 6am flight ) The house had comfortable beds and the kitchen had all the pots and pans we needed. There is even a second fridge in the basement for extra storage. We used insta cart to get groceries from Publix to make things easier. There is a large table to make game playing easy and furniture out on the deck to enjoy dinner outside. The management company is so easy to work with. We found the propane tank to be empty the first night and they sent someone over with a full tank for us. The only cons of this house would be there are no full length mirrors anywhere in the house. Also the master bathroom is painfully small with a tiny shower and a pedestal sink. I wish they would take the giant tub out and make a more functional bathroom. The other suggestion would be to maybe have some plastic cups available to take down to the beach. These are tiny problems, overall the home was amazing and we are looking forward to another stay at this home

We have enjoyed our family vacation in this house for 2years in a row at spring break. Great place for a large family. Did have a water leak downstairs when the big storm came in but other than that weathered the storm just fine. Lots of game playing. Great food and close to Navarre, Ft Walton and Destin if you want to venture out.

Great place right on the beach - could walk from the deck to the ocean. Place was comfortable and clean and close to restaurants and down town. Beds for plenty of people and great room for kids. Misc. item - needed a sun umbrella on the deck and no beach toys, but there were a couple of beach chairs. All in all - a great find. I'd go back.

We spent a wonderful 5 days on the beach with kids and dogs. The house is very open and has all the amenities you could need. We enjoyed cooking and eating together, relaxing on the two decks and walking on the beach. I would recommend this rental to anyone who has a large group.

We had a great time and the open floor plan and deck were the best features! We could see sunrise as well as sunset from our deck. It was a great home for a big group. One recommendation is the master bath could use a small table or shelf on which to place toiletries as the pedestal sink does not allow for space for a shaving kit or make up bag. We enjoyed our stay in Ariola 116. The living area is large and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. It is conveniently located and has beautiful dunes with the Gulf just across the dunes. Management responded quickly to our requests. Our only complaint is that the sliding glass doors are very difficult to open, making it hard to enter and exit the house from the nice, large deck.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We rented it for the beach access and it did not disappoint! There were 11 adults in the house, and it was exceptionally quiet, which was a huge plus when people wake up at different times each morning. The grill was not working when we went to use it, one phone call to property management and we had a brand new grill delivered within an hour. Great experience, I would rent here again.

We had an outstanding spring break at 116 Ariola this year. 116 was laid out extremely well for us with the view and deck being outstanding. The kitchen was appointed with the necessities to cook and there was plenty of room for all of us to hang out. We were treated to flybys by the Blue Angels, military helicopters, dolphins, and rays swimming off the beach. Location was good with a short jaunt to Pensacola Beach restaurants and shops. Our stay was excellent!

The beach was sparsely populated at this particular location which made for easy social distancing. The rental company was friendly and eager to please. We loved the big porch (and the view) , and the giant couch in the LR was perfect for family snuggles and movies in the evening. I would suggest the owners put a larger window unit in the downstairs BR, as it struggled to keep it cool enough, and some non breakable glasses would definitely be an added plus but all in all we were happy with our stay.

With the current pandemic, we had a few people in our party opt out on this vacation. We only had 11 people staying in a great house that sleeps 16! Plenty of room & beds for all. Great Gulf view and easy access to the beach.

Location is perfect. I was worried proximity to condos would make the beach crowded, as we normally stay further down the beach, but it didn't. We've had many rentals in Pensacola & Navarre and are familiar with the normal wear and tear so we aren't picky. House was clean and had plenty of dishes. Main floor master only has a pedastal sink so that makes it tough on a girl to get ready, but who cares, we are at the beach! Glass sliders were a little stiff, as sand gets in them and the salt air in general takes it's toll. Not a big deal to us. My son & his wife stayed in the lower level bedroom and they complained a little about the noise & vibration of the window A/C unit. We had my daughters wedding right out on the beach behind the house & it was GORGEOUS! We placed tables on the lower level under the deck for food/drink afterwards -- of note, sand will fall from upper deck, not a good decision on our part. Rain moved in so we all ended up inside the house anyway! All in all, it's a great house and I would stay there again. Paradise Beach Homes has always treated us well and they have excellent customer service!

LOVED the location! House was large and easily accommodated our family. Property description was great so we knew in advance how many beds and space we had.

We are all for nature, but were challenged throughout the week by the protected birds nesting in the dunes over the walkway to the beach. Fight our way through the birds to get to and from the beach was a hassle but did not stop us from enjoying the beach.

I personally loved the huge deck and we spent a lot of family time there. Many of our meals were on the deck as well as early morning watching for dolphins (we were quite successful and saw them many mornings!).

Overall, loved the 5 bedrooms, the location, and the space to spread out. We would rent this house again.

The beachfront home was fabulous! A must for visitors who want to stay right on the gulf and walking distance to the center of the island were there are shops and restaurants .

From the minute we pulled into the driveway, we knew we were going to love this home for our family vacation. The outside of the home was attractive with great curb appeal...and plenty of parking. Location, location, location! This was such a wonderfully convenient location. It was private yet close to everything that we needed. We were able to enjoy golf cart rental, paddle board rental, miniature golf, and shopping. Also nearby, we enjoyed restaurants like Red Fish Blue Fish, Flounders, Casino Beach Bar & Grille, and Papa's Pizza. This home was clean,beautifully decorated, and had a great floor plan for our large extended family. The kitchen/living room area had plenty of seating for the whole family, and the view of the beach from there was AMAZING!The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were more than adequate. The outdoor space was awesome as well. The decks had plenty of seating...and again that VIEW! This was the perfect space to watch sunrises and sunsets. The beach is just steps from this home and is beautiful. We would DEFINITELY stay at this home again! Everyone in the Paradise Beach Homes office was extremely friendly and helpful from reservations to check-in to check-out. They were also very quick to respond to any questions or needs that we had during our stay here. The staff at Paradise Beach Homes is excellent! From age 14 to 78, our entire family had a wonderful vacation at this home. We would highly recommend this property to all of our family and friends! We hope to be back very soon!

The vacation rental was excellent!! great location and the property was clean and well maintained. The A/C units are a little weak and the upstairs stayed hot during the stay.The house could use 1 more restroom, when the house is full there is a line at the door. With a little TLC the rental would be top notch and I would recommend this house rental to anybody, family or friend.

We were pleasantly surprised by Pensacola and our home. The beaches are stunning and water the same gorgeous color as farther down 30A. House was a good layout for all of us and proximity to the beach was perfect. Probably needs a little updating but was clean and management was very responsive. We have agreed we will be renting this house again.

We didn’t want to leave! We’ve rented a lot of houses at different beaches and this by far was the best. Everything was neat and orderly, & there was plenty of room for everyone. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the beach was so spacious it seemed as if it was a private beach.( even though it’s not) Sure it had some minor maintenance issues, but every rental does & they responded to them promptly. I would rent this again in a heartbeat!

This house is perfect for a large group of girls! We really enjoyed the big balcony. There were a few things in the house that were broken but not the end of the world. The service reps were so nice and gave us a cute goodie bag when we checked in. We will be back!

This home was very nice in the closeness to the beach, however it could use some updates. Mainly not enough bathrooms for the bedrooms. Updates would do it justice. A pool would have been nice also.

Our stay was perfect. Children and grandchildren came for a week over New Year's holiday and the space was great for us. Plenty of bedrooms. All had bath space. Kitchen was FULLY furnished and organized. Everything worked - vacuum, coffee pot, ice maker, garage door openers, etc., and ABUNDANT hot water which matters with that many people. Garage parking for 2 cars. House was easy to child proof for 2 toddlers and very pet friendly. Love the decks and easy access to beach. Really, just steps away from the water and sand. Fantastic experience.

We absolutely loved Ariola 116. It was perfect for our size group and just a few steps until you hit the gulf and have a perfect view of the bay from the kitchen window (a cool bonus). You can hear the waves at night too!! Less than a mile to the boardwalk but far enough away that it wasn't crowded. Management was very accommodating as well. Looking forward to rent here again in a warmer month!!

Location is great. House was nice but would have liked a larger selection of bowls and cooking supplies in the kitchen. Also, a hose at the outdoor shower would be nice. The downstairs queen bedroom smelled like chlorine. Otherwise, the house was great. Outdoor furniture and grill were nice.

This was a great family vacation. The property accommodated my family perfectly. The deck was large allowing us all to gather each evening for sunsets and music. The bedrooms allowed everyone privacy while the main room gave us a chance to all be together since the kitchen, living and dining rooms all merge as one. The two car garage gave us security to lock up our bikes, kayaks and paddle boards each day which really was a bonus.

Everything and everyone were kind, friendly and very accomidating.

The Beach was wonderful, a great place for families.

We have stayed at 116 Ariola Drive for a lot of years and love this rental. This beachfront house has great views of the Gulf from the main living space and three bedrooms, especially the upstairs bedroom, plus a large deck including a much needed covered area. The layout is nice: an open kitchen/living area with a long breakfast bar, 2 master bedrooms (with ensuite baths), the 3rd main bathroom located between two bedrooms, a secluded bedroom on the bottom floor, and a garage to store bikes and beach equipment that also has a second refrigerator! The house is one of the closest rentals within walking distance of the restaurants and shops. The property management are professional, friendly, very helpful, and respond quickly to any missing or not working amenities. The rental is also always very clean. I would recommend this property. Thank you Paradise Beach Homes for making our vacation stay great once again!

Thank you to Paradise Rentals for allowing us the opportunity to have our large family gather together for this Christmas weekend. The weather was ideal and the facilities were outstanding! We definitely see a gathering in one of your houses becoming a Christmas tradition for our family.

The home was great and clean. The view was fantastic. Julie at Paradise Homes was very helpful! The only thing this home lacks is a bathroom on the bottom floor. Three bedroom had to share one bath which was a little tough at times.

Our stay was short but memorable. It's a quite neighborhood with beach access. What more could you ask for? I will definitely back.

Lots of good sleeping areas, wonderfully equipped kitchen, great open floor plan, awesome deck with large table. The beach, of course, is just wonderful. I didn't like the square dining room table, there could have been a tad more space in the DR/LR area, but mostly I hate the late check in early check out. Allowing 7 hours for clean up seems excessive, and it deprives the renter of nearly a whole day that is paid for.

House was perfect for our group of 10. Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to anywhere you would want to go. Sitting on the porch with a cocktail in the evening with family and friends enjoying the beautiful view and the sounds of the ocean.........nothing better.

We arrived on Thursday for a Saturday wedding and our first impression was WOW!. The place was beautiful and filled all our needs for my daughters wedding.

Loved the place. Only 2 problems 1. 2 of the eyes on the stove do not work, it made cooking hard for so many people 2. Not enough forks for 16 people, we had to go out to buy more.

This house was wonderful! Right on the beach so the view was nothing short of amazing. There is plenty of room inside so our group of 15 (12 adults and 3 children) never felt crowded. We enjoyed every day of our stay and hated to leave. The only thing missing in this house is a bathroom on the lowest level. Not a big deal but would have made it more convenient. A big plus for some of the young adults in our group was it is close enough to walk to a variety of activities and restaurants. Our stay was perfect and this house will be our first choice if we have a large group on our next visit!

We had a great stay at this lovely beach house. It met all our expectations and then some. We highly recommend a stay here. It's clean, quiet, waterfront, spacious, and pet friendly. Everything was beautifully clean and in order for our arrival, and the business office is very courteous and professional. The location can't be beat....you'll see. Z

We loved the place from the minute we walked in. The house was very up to date and has plenty of bed for sleeping big groups. The views are beautiful from the top 2 floors and the deck is huge! Rest and Relax was our main motivations for staying at this beach home for our 5th year running.

Fabulous home to relax and enjoy the beautiful panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico called the Emerald coast.

This is our 4th year at this home. We love it. We have already reserved our 2015 dates. Highly recommend.
