A long and stately driveway leads up to this luxury Gulf front home done in a beautiful modern, coastal craftsman style. Attention to detail sets this house apart from the others, and is apparent immediately from the rustic entryway bench to the cool glass doorknobs throughout the house. Wainscoted stairs lead up to the main level living area. This space is large and open and has a wonderful sectional couch for plenty of seating in front of the flat screen TV. Kitchen and dining table are also in this open concept great room. The kitchen features plenty of prep space with granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and stainless steel appliances, including two dishwashers, and two full sized refrigerators. The T shaped dining table seats up to 14 and is perfect for large family meals. Doors from this central living area lead to the awesome main level deck that has a built-in deck pool! Beachside living doesn’t get much better than being able to come up from the sand on the private dune walkover and climb the stairs to a sparkling pool with high, unobstructed views of the Gulf. There is a shaded dining area, as well of plenty of poolside open area for soaking up the sun. However, sleep is a necessity, and when the sun goes down, there are seven bedrooms inside to accommodate everyone. A hallway off the living area leads to bedroom 1 with a king bed, private bath, and private street side balcony. This hallway also has a half bath servicing the living area and a laundry room. Bedroom 2 opens right to the pool and offers two queen beds, a large private bath with walk-in closet, double vanity, and separate toilet with walk-in shower. Up the stairs is another small living area with sofa, flat screen TV, and refrigerator, and is a perfect respite for the kids who perhaps want their own space for TV and “vegging.” Here, there is also a door leading out to an additional deck. This upper level deck is open and with clear glass railings, has an incredible view. A hallway to the right of the stairs has a convenient upper level washer/dryer combo and leads to several more bedrooms. Bedroom 3 offers two queen beds and private bath with walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 has a king bed, private bath, and private street side balcony. Bedroom 5 has two queen beds and features a beautiful Gulf front bay window. The private bath has a double vanity and separate toilet with walk-in shower. To the left of the stairs is bedroom 6 with a king bed. Bedroom 7 also has a king bed and opens to the upper level deck. These 2 bedrooms share a Jack and Jill style bathroom with double vanity, and separate toilet and shower. The open area below the house is great for more entertaining space and/or covered parking. Any amount of time spent at this Gulf front haven will leave you refreshed, relaxed, and anxious to plan your next visit.
