San De Luna #13

We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas holiday stay in SDL13! A beautiful condo with all the amenities! Love having the bay/sound on one side with the gulf on the other side of the condo. Love being so close to the dog park! Our family and fur babies had a wonderful Christmas! Thank you to the owners for providing such great space and thank you Paradise Beach Homes for making the rental process so easy!

We very much enjoyed our stay here! Your place truly felt like a cozy home away from home. The kitchen was stocked with all our needs for food preparation right down to the wine bottle opener and plenty of dishes for everyone. The beds are comfortable and everything was clean. The bay view from the living area is simply gorgeous! Pool was so nice and relaxing!! Easy in and easy out for commuting to sight seeing adventures. We will definitely be back!

Great location. However, our unit did not supply any kayaks, chairs or paddle boards to enjoy on the bay for guests as some of the other units in the building. Fan in king bedroom could not be adjusted because pull string was broken and if u turned it on at the wall switch it shook loudly and ran only on high setting. Unit was clean and had a good supply of items to use in the kitchen. Owners did not supply a key for the back patio to go in and out towards bay so we always had to go out the front door and around and back up patio stairs to get items we put on the patio for the bay or swimming pool area.

San De Luna is a great place to stay. The beach is directly across the street. Bay in the back. Swimming pool and tennis courts in excellent condition. The Dog Beach is within walking distance. The area had very little traffic during the week we stayed. Absolutely no complaints about Unit #13. It was perfect for us.

This townhouse is located in the perfect location. You get the best of the bay and beach at close access. The tennis courts are nice. The pool is great. The best part is sitting on the back porch and watching the sunset!

There is a great view of the bay from the back deck and the gulf from the front. Easy check in and check out. There were four adults and one child and we fit perfectly in this condo. My kid loved the jetted tub too! Thanks for the beautiful stay!

Really enjoyed our stay. This was our third time at San De Luna. This unit had everything we needed.
Only problem was microwave - rusted inside and didn’t work properly on “reheat” cycle.

Great place for those of us with pets. Dog beach is directly across the street and ours loved the direct bay access as well. Condo was well appointed with everything we needed to really relax and enjoy our stay. It was nice to have the outside hose to rinse our pets and beach gear off before entering the condo. Great stay!

Amazing everything! Could not have been more pleased! HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone who is looking for a place to stay that wants access to the sound, friendly to pets, access to a clean and semi-private pool, and steps to the water.

This was the perfect little condo for our getaway. I loved the view out of the master bedroom. It overlooks the pool and the bay, and we were able to see dolphins, pelicans, sailboats, and all kinds of things. We enjoyed eating our meals on the deck, as it was shaded and had the same view. You can see the ocean over the sand dunes from the guest bedroom as well. We liked that the dog beach is right next to the beach across the street. There are also hose spigots and showers outside the back stairs to rinse off. It had just about everything we needed, and we would rent a San De Luna condo again.

This condo’s location is perfect for a relaxing vacation. Proximity to the bay and the Gulf is ideal. Condo was clean, well-equipped and comfortable.

The townhome is in a great location! We enjoyed watching the sunsets on the bay side in the evenings, and walking on the Gulf during the day. We love Ft. Pickens, so this location was perfect.
The unit was nicely furnished. The Paradise Beach Homes employees were accommodating.
We hope to return soon!

We brought our boxer with us for the first time. He lived the dog beach! The property was great...water on both sides. Relaxing and warm!

Loved the vacation home, especially it's views and great location. Owner stocked the home with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and everything super clean with many updates. Owner and property management company were great to work with as well. We will be back soon!

This was the first time for us to use Paradise Beach Homes and the check-in process was quick and easy. The place smelled freshly cleaned and the location was great! We thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful stay and loved that we were able to bring our dog. Although some of the area restaurants were closed as a result of Hurricane Sally, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our first impression with the check-in process was COVID safe and efficient. The complimentary beach bag with goodies are GREAT! We thoroughly enjoyed a peaceful stay at this unit; it was perfect for us and we were pleased with the pet friendliness. The bed was comfy; the kitchen had all our cooking needs. Overall, just wonderful.

We are repeat customers and love the location of this property! We take full advantage of having the Sound in our backyard and being able to bring our pup. The house is always clean and very well stocked. We love it here. The only negative would be the condition/comfort of the living room couch. It is a sleeper sofa so I know that’s why but it’s quite saggy especially on the ends. But, overall we LOVE this property and will be back!

Our experience was great. The location was perfect to walk to the Gulf or on rougher days, the Sound.

i have come to pensacola beach for 10 years now and have stayed in all different places. San de Luna #13 is by far the best place to stay. The condo is equipped with everything i needed to make this a perfect vacation. The condo had a closet downstairs that the supplies that you needed to enjoy a day at the beach. SDL #13 was well kept and you could tell that the owner really cared about how your stay was. I will never stay anywhere when i am in Pensacola Beach then San de Luna #13. And number 13 only.

Absolutely Fabulous. This townhouse gave us everything we wanted and more. The manager and the helpers at PBH we SUPER helpful in anything we needed. The environment that was around us was perfect for me and my little family. I have an eight year old that I allowed to go to the pool by herself. ( I of course watched her from the deck). The neighbors were so sweet and helpful. My dog got away from me once and a next door neighbor got her for me. I also have a two year old who loved to go float in the pool with me. The bid kids that were swimming in the pool from next door were considerate not to splash her or make too many big waves. The house was clean and smelled very fresh upon arrival. The sheets smelled clean and not a speck of dust was in sight. Walking distance to the dog beach was such a plus. The easy access to the Gulf and to the Sound was more than we could hope for. All in all this townhouse was one I would recommend to all. #13 treated us very well for our family vacation.

Great everything

This condo was perfect for our trip. It allowed us to bring our pup and we were right by the dog beach! Very quiet area and perfectly nestled along the sound.

Overall we had a great stay. The only issue I have the beds are not very comfortable.

Mona at PBH is fabulous! Loved working with her from start to finish! The unit has beautiful views of the gulf & the bay. Nice quiet evenings, wide sidewalks for walking or bike riding. There’s a dog park across the street that’s on the beach, which we loved, since we had our small dog with us. There’s a convenient carport underneath the unit, so our cars were protected from the elements. Comfy beds & furniture, clean towels & basic staple supplies to start with. The unit smelled fresh upon arrival & we were given a very nice welcoming gift. The only thing I’d feel better about is if the floors were shampooed/cleaned better. The bottom of our feet would turn black if we were barefoot inside. The deck outside is great for relaxing & has a nice view of the pool, tennis court, & the bay, but the wood on the deck needs to be replaced. We had to be careful when walking barefoot to avoid stepping on a nail or getting splinter. There were other decks in San DeLuna that we’re being worked on; so I’m assuming they will eventually get to unit #13. :) All in all, we had a wonderful time & enjoyed our stay! I recommend PBH to anyone looking for a vacation rental. They are very friendly & helpful, & they have many units to choose from.

From the time we arrived at San De Luna #13 we felt right at home. Everything we needed was provided and the place was so inviting. The views were spectacular from all the windows! We will rent this unit again in the future.

We are a fan of San de Luna, and this is one of our very favorites units there. So wonderfully decorated, clean and perfect location to see front and back views.

Great place in Pensacola that is excluded from the crowded downtown PCB area but still accessible. Access to both bay side and ocean side made it an ideal view on both sides! Great place!

Good location! We took advantage of being across from the Gulf, on the sound and short distance to Gulf Shores National Park.

This is our third year traveling to this condo. We love it! The owner is kind enough to allow us to bring our small dog we have the most relaxing best time. This unit has everything you need including beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.. The unit is always clean and well maintained! We will be back next year:)

San de Luna is a great location. The Gulf is just across the street and the property itself is right on the sound. On days with onshore winds the sound provides a calm setting. I was able to launch my SUP in calm waters (either Gulf or sound) on a daily basis.

Came to the beach with our english Bulldog Roxy, weather ok, The people at paradise rentals where wonderful! San De Luna 13 was very well decorated and had everything. More that any other place we have stayed on Pensacola beach. Note to the island authority make the dog beach bigger!

This was an excellent place for family, and we even got to bring the dog. It was just across the road from the beach and the bay was on the same side. We enjoyed everything about this place.

This location is perfecto! We have small kids and enjoyed the fact that it really is a very short walk to the Gulf side of the beach, however, if that water was too rough, we just walked to the back yard where the Bay side beach is. It's shallow for a long way out- ideal family setting.
The condo is also decorated nicely. We will stay here again!

Everything was perfect. Gulf view in front; intercostal view from back. Very pet friendly community. Small beach on intercostal side. Directly across the street is a dog beach too. Unobstructed view of the gulf from the unit. Very well managed and organized; property manager was very responsive. Highly recommend all the way around. The only caution I would mention is that there is a spiral staircase going upstairs to the bedrooms, and it may be difficult to go up and down for anyone having trouble with steps.

Great rental location. Facing Santa Rosa Sound and across undeveloped Gulf-front land. Great views from both sides.
