Four-bedroom, gulf view home with sparkling private pool! Beautifully designed luxury home with gorgeous hardscape and backyard landscaping. Home sits directly across the street from the Gulf with pedestrian access to the beach.
This home has an incredible first impression as you climb the stairs and open the front door. Its upscale decor' is complimented by quality furnishings. The first floor has an open spacious floor plan. A 22' ceiling living and dining area connects to a large gourmet kitchen. The kitchen has designer appliances and ample granite counter tops for meal preparation.
The main living area, bathrooms, porches and balconies have travertine flooring. Upscale furniture with beautiful accessories flow throughout the home. Bedrooms are large and comfortable with a TV and private bath. Each is very inviting after a long day at the beach or by the pool. Covered porches and balconies make this home extra special. Porches wrap around the home on three sides affording a Gulf or bay view. Sit on the front porch in one of the rocking chairs listening to the sound of the waves. All four bedrooms have outdoor access. Walk out your bedroom door onto a porch to catch a bay or Gulf breeze.
Off the living and kitchen area in the back of the home is a large covered porch for those BBQ dinners or shrimp boils. Sit by the pool, enjoy a delicious meal with your favorite cocktail and soak up Paradise!

We traveled to Pensacola Beach for a Family Reunion. This property had everything! Plenty of room, beautiful views, super close access to the beach/water, fabulous private pool, lots of extra pool/beach toys, well equipped kitchen! Bedrooms were spacious with private baths! No complaints here!

We have stayed in Pensacola Beach many times always with Paradise Beach Homes. This particular home was absolutely perfect and met all of our needs. The location near the beach, the layout of the floor plan, the landscaping and pool, the cleanliness were all perfect. The back deck and front porch were used both to watch fireworks over the Santa Rosa sound from the upper level back deck and for watching the blue angels show from the front porch and beach.. We highly would recommend this home and Paradise Beach Homes. We look forward to our next family vacation in 2024 at TV!

This house is amazing...wonderful view with beach just a few steps away. Pool is great with plenty of outdoor seating, and house set up with each of 4 bedrooms having their own bathroom is really perfect. Lots of beach/pool toys, beach wagon, cooler, extra garage refrigerator, games available. Free trolley into town with trolley stop just a very short walk (only a block or so) is very convenient.

My family had a great week at this beautiful home. The accommodations were perfect. Spacious home, beautiful pool with landscaping and so close to the beach!! Home was clean and very updated. We also really enjoyed the fireworks and Blue Angels Show for July 4th right from our beach area or balcony. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!!

This was the ideal family vacation! We were a party of 6 adults and 4 kids and we had so much fun! There was plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped, the pool was absolutely gorgeous, and the proximity to the beach couldn’t be beat. There was even a beach cart in the garage full of sand toys and floats. We usually stay in a large condo building but never again! We are already planning our next stay at this wonderful house!

What a fabulous place to spend our vacation. The location is perfect as the beach is right up the street.The pool is huge to enjoy and has plenty of chairs around it to lounge on.
the landscape is lovely. The interior of the house is open floor plan with large bedrooms, and kitchen. The living room has large windows looking out to the pool.
The very large porch is also a favorite place to be.

Best trip ever!! The house was absolutely beautiful, and the pool/landscaping was out of this world gorgeous. Loved the tiled turtles in the bottom of the pool. The beach was excellent and not crowded. We will definitely stay here again.

Very pleased with our beach rental. The home was beautiful and very nicely furnished. Very comfortable and with great views. It was across the street from the beach which was convenient. We were able to leave our beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach all day. The rental company was extremely friendly and helpful whenever we contacted them. They contacted us as soon as the house was ready on Saturday which we appreciated. Will rent again from Paradise beach rental. We would also rent this home again!!

Our group consists of older, former Navy guys + spouses. We have been renting the house for several years now, and love the place. The rain and wind storm during our stay exposed some weaknesses, such as leaking sliding doors. Overall, the place is great, and we hope to stay there several more times

We had 3 families in this home and was very comfortable. The house is in a great location and is right across the road from the beach. The property management company was great to work with and very accommodating. If I had one complaint, it would have to be the fact that there was no outside furniture on any of the private bedroom decks and the only furniture on the lower deck was 2 picnic tables in the back and 4 rocking chairs on the front. I felt like when we weren't at the beach we had to be inside because there are no comfortable seats outside to lounge around in. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and would recommend it to anyone interested in having a great house by the beach with gulf views from the front of the house and views of the bay from the private bedroom decks on the second level.

We loved this house and will likely be back. The open/spacious floor plan and the 3/4 wrap around porch was very nice and relaxing. The light switches were rather ridiculous. Some were backwards and others we never could figure out what they went to. The fan/light switch down stairs was actually controlling our fan/light up stairs too. Rather odd, but nothing we couldn't manage. Location was nice as well. It's several miles down the beach from all the condos so the beach was never overly crowded. Would highly recommend this property.

It was so convenient 2-minute walk to the beach. The pool was very clean, and so was the house. Everything we needed was stocked well in kitchen. Loved the extra fridge they had downstairs.
