Spacious condo , first floor , nice furnishings, TVs not easy to use, plenty of dishes and newer appliances , close to restaurants, lots of places to ride bikes

Our stay in 101 was everything we could have hoped for. It was very beautiful and very clean. The view was amazing!! I loved the panoramic views from the living room area. And the view from our bed just let us be able to roll over in bed to our first sight in the morning being the beautiful ocean!! It was amazing!! A much needed reset button from daily life at home. Can not wait to come back next year. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed. We got lucky and had amazing weather our whole trip. Everything was just perfect!!

The complex itself was very nice and clean and gated. Pools were very clean and not overly crowded like other places we’ve stayed. Your close to the end of all the condos so not a lot of traffic on the beach which was nice. The condo itself was very nice! Very clean with newer appliances and more space than any of the other condos we’ve rented. The bathrooms were big and the big walk in shower in the master bath was a plus. My biggest complaint on the condos we’ve stayed at the last 3 years was the mattresses. If I’m on vacation, I want to get some rest and they’ve all been ******. This one was awesome! Slept like a rock every night. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Condo is in great location within the complex itself. We also were fortunate in having stairs close so we could go out to parking lot without using elevator(can’t get back in that way) Space was clean and has good appliances. Loved the windows in front and side. Two things that could be improved are: More kitchen
utensils , pots etc. would be good and more than one towel per person. Instead of ironing board-who irons these days- a folding drying rack would be great in rentals like this.

We traveled with our daughter, son-in-law and twin 1 year old grandsons. Weather was great - and we thoroughly enjoyed this great condo. Very open-concept, corner unit that was decorated well, clean and met all of our needs. There was room to put two portable cribs in the twin bed bedroom and two high chairs in the dining area. Pools were nice and not over-crowded, and the beach is accessed by a short boardwalk right off of the pool area. Our family had a wonderful vacation here.

My family and I (7) stayed here for a week and were very comfortable. It is homey and easy to keep. My complaints were it was not as clan as it should have been. The coffee pot was dirty and one of the beds had not been changed. However, those were easy fixes. I always clean when I rent anyway. If you stay here and plan to cook, bring your own knives if you need a sharp one. Also the vacuum cleaner smelled when you used it. We had to open the doors to let air flow through. All minor things. And as I said, it was comfortable.

Emerald Isle 101 is the PERFECT vacation rental! The view is spectacular! The condo is spacious and even larger than it appears in the photos. Beautiful high end appliances and the quietest dishwasher I've ever heard, The pools, hot tub, gym and sauna were awesome! The elevator and boardwalk made it easy for my 80 yo parents to make their way to the beach. I can't say enough good about this unit and we are already looking forward to our next stay!

Our accommodation was very nice. Being in a corner unit with the large windows allowed us a beautiful view of the beach. Our unit was close to the elevator so we were able to come and go easily. The location was within walking distance to shopping and a convenience store. I would recommend it for family or adult getaway.

Our stay was great, the location is spot on, and Paradise Beach Home agents were extremely friendly and helpful. WE will defiantly use there services again.

We spent 5 days in Pensacola Beach the middle of Feb. The sun was out 4 out of 5 days and the temp was in the mid 60's during the day. Our condo was in an excellent location and we could have walked most places we needed to go. We totally enjoyed our stay and if we are back in that area would stay in the same condo again. Management was very friendly and helpful. The condo was clean and in great shape.

The condo was very spacious and nice. Didn't have pillows for the pull out couch or any extra blankets. Otherwise very pleased with the condo. The condo was roomy enough for 5 adults and 3 kids and nicely decorated. Unfortunately the red flag flew all week so we couldn't get in the water to enjoy the gulf - no ones fault, just disappointing.

Management company was extremely helpful and gave us a goody bag when we checked in with some snacks and very needed Aloe vera!

The location of Emerald Isle #101 was exceptional. Great view and overlooking the coast. Accommodations were comfortable and roomy. The condo was clean, although poorly appointed in terms of cooking utensils.

We had alot of fun. Great spot to stay. Rental agents were very nice and helpfull. We will be back

Great trip at a beautiful condo that easily accommodated 2 adults & 5 kids ages 4-17. Loved the pool area & easy access to the beach.

We were on the first floor. The property was very spacious and decorated so nice. The view was beautiful. Only draw back was the construction that was just below our property. Loved the fact we could walk to beach. I was impressed with the security of the property.

We had an awesome weekend. We watched our daughter get married on the beach and made a lot of happy memories. The condo was located close to the ceremony and made it quite easy to commute back and forth. It was very roomy and allowed for several people to prepare for the wedding at the same time. It was also close to restaurants and activities that we were able to take advantage of all weekend.

Beautiful view, clean, all of the essentials needed for extended stay were provided. Parking was always available. Within walking distance of all the fun stuff to do and places to eat!

It was a very easy and smooth vacation in the perfect location for Pennsacola!

We stayed at the Emerald Isle #101 for five nights in mid-September 2014, and enjoyed it very much. The property is centrally located on Pensacola Beach, and it has easy access to restaurants and gift shops.

We found the property as advertised, very nice and clean, with a nice spacious living room. It had three bedrooms and two baths, and a full size washer and dryer.

Overall, we had a great time, but there are a few things you need consider about this property: (1) The biggest drawback was the clear plexiglass panels which were affixed to the deck railing, as it totally blocked any sea breeze to the deck, making the deck unbearably hot; (2) The gauzy curtains in the living room could not be raised, so the beautiful view was severely blocked; (3) The large tub jacuzzi spa jets were broken, and would not work.

But, the things we mention are minor, We would not hesitate to recommond this property to anyone who wants a nice time on Pensacola Beach!

By the way, don't eat at Flounders! It is overpriced, with service and food that was very poor.

Only complaint was patio furniture was in bad shape and roach under the dishwasher. Also, the door inside the dishwsher that releases the detergent into the dishwasher would not open to release during the cleaning cycle.

Totally positive experience. The condo was great...excellent location within the complex and could walk across the street to local entertainment. I definitely would stay here again and recommend it to others.
