The unit was very well appointed and one of the cleanest units I have ever stayed in. You can tell that the owners really care that their renters havce a good time. We loved having a garage since we had a tropical storm during our visit. The view is spectacular.

We have used Paradise Beach Homes many times and always have been beyond pleased with the customer service and responsiveness if any issues arise. As far as the townhouse itself, it was clean and nice decor with the exception of the window coverings. The curtains in the living area are too small for the entire window and are sheer. The curtains in the master could be updated/new hooks/rod. The sheer curtains in the queen bedroom upstairs needs to be changed. My 24 year old daughter was very uncomfortable changing in the room at night as anyone across the street in the condos could see right in. Paradise responded quickly to provide a temporary fix to make her more comfortable.

This is a great townhouse! It is right on the beach! And there are great places to sit looking out at the beach. I was lucky enough to be out on the master balcony for a Blue Angels fly-over. The elevator was great for my mom who has limited mobility. And the kitchen is stocked with everything we needed to make all of our own meals. The beds are comfortable and space is clean. I will be back! Thank you!

We were at the Hilton, which was sparse, noisy, and difficult to access. Looked up White Sands on line and found just the 4 days we needed. Right on our favorite part of the beach. #417: Beautiful decor & great layout.

Beautiful property with all the essentials.Being able to walk right to the beach from the deck was perfect for us as we have a new baby grandson and could come and go. Beaches were not crowded and everyone very much respected social distancing. Such a perfect break!

Well-stocked kitchen with everything you could need for a big group, roomy garage for two cars, elevator was great for loading/unloading, spacious condo with nice furnishings and plenty of linens/blankets. The view and beach access were absolutely perfect! The dog beach is a short drive from the condo to take your furry friend. Would stay here again!

The townhouse is in great condition, furniture is like new, and is stocked with everything you would expect, and then some. The elevator worked great for our older guests. Super location. Internet worked fantastic (I don't know why, but on many of our vacations the internet seems "tired"). Definitely recommend!

This was our 6th year staying at White Sands in the same rental unit. We have come to experience amazing service from the staff as well as a unit that exceeds our expectations. While this year was slightly different with the Covid crisis, our family still had an amazing experience and have already booked our stay for 2021!

My experience was great from start to finish. At one point my we thought that we were bringing 2 dogs last minute we decided against that, but the paradise beach homes were accommodating all the way through. We come to Pensacola once a year to visit a great friend stationed in Pensacola for the navy. This was our favorite condo so for in three years. Thanks to all the staff.

The house was beautiful and wonderful location. Only negative was the elevator did not work, but later fixed, and the washer/dryer was outdated, could not use softer, and dryer made horrible noises.

Kitchen well supplied, gorgeous ocean view, of the upstairs and downstairs rugs were replaced, it would be absolutely perfect.

Definitely would rent this unit again. Perfect location and well equipped condo.

The townhouse was beautiful and so spacious. Very clean and well kept. Having an elevator was a plus for us. My husband and I both have knee issues, so it really helped us both having the elevator, and we were even able to bring my 87 yr. old mother along with us. There were just a few minor things that needed to be taken care of. The table on the deck needed a good sanding and coat of paint and a few rugs needed to be shampooed or replaced. One was in the main living area and one in the master bedroom. It would be great to have a larger TV in the main area because of how large the area is and the distance away from the couch. All of these things are very minor things. We just loved the place and the fact that the owners must love animals because they let us bring our dog. Thank you, for sharing your beautiful townhouse with us. We will differently be back very soon.

We stayed at the condo to celebrate my mothers 92nd Birthday! The deck was a great place to enjoy the beach, the weather and family! The main living area is an open floor plan, perfect for families. Having grown up in Pensacola, and knowing that White Sands is an old property, I was a little concerned about renting here, but was pleasantly surprised! The condo’s have been updated and it was a great place to stay! We will be back!

Six college friends in their early 80's have been meeting yearly for over 55 years and had the good fortune to find White Sands at Pensacola Beach. Our four bedroom condo, six beds and three baths was great for us. Our unit 417 was on the beach, nice area for sitting and eating together, VERY comfortable beds for each of us and everything one could need in the kitchen. It was very clean, elevator worked for us and we had a delightful four day visit. We were unable to eat out on the deck because of the wind and cold but nice area to do so. All six of us would give White Sands 417 an Aplus rating. Gatra Mallard, Atlanta, GA.

This property has an AMAZING location right on the beach. The house was very clean, and had plenty of space to sleep 8 adults without us being on top of one another. It is a close walk to the boardwalk and lots of Pensacola Beach attractions. We all said we would love to stay here again. The fridge/freezer were broken, but the management company was great about bringing us ice to help keep our food cold. Would 100% recommend and stay again.

we absolutely loved the townhouse!! Beautiful location and very clean. the kitchen was very well stocked. We will definitely be going back and I highly recommend the townhouse. The only negatives were the dryer did not dry towels very well, it would take forever and the bathroom sink in the master was slow to drain. but we were extremely pleased with our experience

Ws 417 is an outstanding property, all the furniture is top shelf. Russel is fantastic as is all the staff at paradise beach rentals. This was our 3rd rental in 417 and I already booked us in next year.

This was our 4th year in Pensacola (3rd year in the same rental). We always go in early July and always enjoy the experience. Beach front property and access to all amenities on the island make it worth the experience. Our group rents 3 units for the week so all 30 of us really have an enjoyable time. The staff is amazing and great to work with as well.

1. Easy beach access! 2. Great view! 3. Easy access to other attractions-pier, rides, water sports, shops, restaurants, etc, etc, etc. 4.Spacious living area and sleeping areas.

Our vacation rental experience was excellent! The unit was great with large rooms and an amazing beach location. The elevator in this unit was a great bonus. Check-in and out were really easy.

Without a doubt, this wonderfully huge, beautifully decorated condo served every need we had for a 4-night long weekend with 4 couples, all of whom had plenty of privacy and space to relax and enjoy their stay after a long drive from Cincinnati. Everyone commented on how soundly they slept in the super-comfortable beds! Every room is large, lots of extra pillows and blankets, spotless bathrooms with enough hotel-sized soap, shampoo, lotion, etc., for a few days. The kitchen is spacious and very well stocked with all manner of pots, pans, utensils, etc. My husband and I are local folks who wanted to host our friends for a long weekend which included our daughter's wedding. We have stayed in different condos at White Sands in years past, but this, by far, has been the best one. The ease of access to the condo and the beach, the amenities that make it so comfortable, such as the elevator, a must-have with 3 floors--(lots of stairs!) balconies and TVs in each bedroom, and the close location to the management office, made it so easy to enjoy every minute. The only complaint we had was that the dining chairs are flimsy and we did report that. We had to bring deck chairs inside (and made sure to replace them properly so there wouldn't be a fee) so that we could sit comfortably while at the table. Other than that, the great big surround sofa was especially large and comfortable and suited for big guys, as were the 2 sturdy living room chairs. We will definitely return to THIS condo, especially considering that it was priced less than other similarly sized condos in the same complex. Thanks to all the folks at Paradise Beach rentals who helped us make an especially memorable weekend. We are happy and grateful!

Better then expected, condo had excellant views of the ocean and was very clean. However the stove top didn't work properly and pans need to be replaced. Hot water issue in master shower.

My family gathered at the White Sands townhouse to celebrate Thanksgiving together. The townhouse accommodated our family well. It was spacious and we really enjoyed being on the Gulf. The house does have some minor wear and tear but overall was very comfortable. The kitchen could use a hand mixer. Also writing pens and paper would be nice to have on hand for those who would like to play games. The upstairs toliet continued to run after being flushed and the area rug downstairs needs to be replaced. We definitely enjoyed being so closed to the Gulf and the convenient location of this townhouse to restaurants and other venues on the beach.

We stayed at ws 417 2 times this year both for 2 weeks and each time was the best vacation ever,

My extended family spent Thanksgiving in this rental property. We were pleased with this townhouse. It was a very comfortable space and met all our needs. We have elderly individuals in our family and found the elevator extremely helpful. The kitchen was well supplied except for pot holders. The property's carpeting on the stairs and the bedspreads are beginning to show their age.

Love this location and unit. I have stayed here at least once a year for the last 5 years.

We have stayed in this unit for several years and we have enjoyed every minute of the time we spent there. We stay in this unit whether it is with, the children and grandchildren or it is just the two of us. We can either walk a few yards to the beach or enjoy the beauty and sounds of the beach from the deck. We will definitely stay here at least once a year and hopefully more.

This year my friends and I decided to try unit 417 and that was the best move we ever did. The front office staff was very polite and worked with us as we arrived and departed, the location was perfect (we've stayed at White Sands in different condos in the past however this unit was by far the best). In addition to the great location and great unit, the office staff went above and beyond by ensuring we were taken care of. For example, the blender had a cracked piece of plastic so it was unusable...when I notified the office staff I told them to make sure it was replaced before the next occupants arrived as we were not in a rush for getting one...they went above and beyond and personally delivered it to the condo. That was CUSTOMER SERVICE at it's best. We already booked our trip for next year in the same condo!!!

A very refreshing experience, this was my second summer at the White Sands property. Right on the beach, not crowded, clean and quiet. This is an activity that I will definitely do again.

It is a great location with a beautiful, clean beach. I love the private enclosed garage and private elevator.

If you want to be right on the beach in a nice, large condo...this is the one. The 4 bedrooms provide plenty of space for large familes and friends.

This is the second time our family has stayed in this unit. It is spacious, well furnished, and a wonderful place to relax with family. The back deck has gorgeous sunrises and sunsets daily and is just steps down to the beach. Would love to come stay here again!

We were really excited when we arrived to get our keys. The management company gave us a beach bag full of goodies including snacks, aloe for sunburn and sun block. We were given coupons and brochures among other items. That was a really, really nice surprise!

The townhouse was so beautiful. We were very pleased. Pleased is actually an understatement. It was beautiful with beautiful french doors that opened to a huge deck and the best ocean front view in all of Pensacola Beach! There was something even better about where we were located, there are very few high rise rentals around White Sands, so you don't have to worry about the beach being slammed full of people. It was not crowded at all even though we were there at a very popular time.

You and your things are completely safe! There is a huge garage that holds two vehicles and a door that opens right onto the back deck. There is a water hose and shower right there where you come up from the beach. Your very own! Tons of space to keep floats, chairs, umbrellas and other beach gear right on the lower deck without fear of someone stealing them. Someone prior to our stay had left tons of boogie boards, floats, and beach toys. That was a great treat.

The door locks and operation are a bit tricky, but the management company anticipated that and provided us with a "how to" which was very nice.

Our family from: Gulf Breeeze, FL, Lafayette, LA, Batesville,IN, and Seward, ALASKA--10 in all--once again had a great time on our great beach, in a great condo. Nuff said!

We love staying at White Sands. This year was our fourth vacation in the same unit.

It was very nice and right on the beach with a great view. The rental agency was very helpful with any questions.

Better than we expected! Everyone wants to make this an annual event. Patio furniture needs replaced. It was everything I wanted except no pool. The home is beautiful and right on the beach. I want to live there!!!

Everything went smooth from first making the reservation through the checking out process. Our adult group enjoyed the sand,water,the beautiful condo apt., and the variety of restaurants. Everyone wants to return to the same place next year.
