Sans Souci #703

Dealing with the property manager was so easy! The location of the property was perfect…right on the beach. The beds were super comfortable. We were left with plenty of bath towels. The kitchen had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back!

Certainly recommend this unit. Large rooms, clean, and well maintained. Wonderful location right on the beach. Peg Leg Pete's is just across the street. Two free rental beach chairs and an umbrella came with the unit. Paradise Beach Homes is a pleasure to work with. Will stay at the Sans Souci again.

This was our third year at Sans Souci and our first year in #703. The condo was just as advertised. The gulf views are incredible. The condo was very clean and spacious. We especially love being right across the street from Peg Leg Pete’s restaurant. Will definitely be back again. The only negative thing was that the living room furniture was uncomfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay here. If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet, not overly crowded spot in Pensacola, this area is for you. With Peg Leg Pete's and Tom Thumb across the street, we rarely had to get in the car.
We were able to comfortably fit 8 grown women in this condo and not feel too crowded. There was a decent supply of kitchen items and everything appeared updated. The view was fantastic. Highly recommend this unit and Sans Souci in general.

The unit was clean and well stocked with cook ware. Something that can be rare. The location was excellent and the beach was fantastic. The chair and umbrella rental was great.

The condo slept my family and I comfortably. It was very clean for a beach condo, quiet, and had all of the essentials we needed. We had access to 4 beach chairs and an umbrella for $40. Overall great stay and my family and I will be back.

We’ve stayed at sans souci several times and it’s an absolute fav. This unit was beautiful as expected with great views and proximity to the water. An easy walk directly across the street to Peg leg Pete’s and or Tom Thumb convenience store met we hardly drove at all. Conveniently located to drive a little further down Fort Pickens Road to get to gulf Islands national seashore/private beaches down there… Stunningly beautiful. Condo was clean and accommodated our group of six mamas perfectly. The only thing I would recommend is to the property management company in general to supply simple things like trash bags, toilet paper, coffee filters. We had a wonderful stay!

We loved our stay. Nice clean condo, rooms on separate sides of living space was great for everyone to have their privacy. Great locate across from peg legs. Pool however wasn't open it was being worked on. Would stay again if in pensacola beach area.

Beach was not crowded/chairs and umbrella setup for us everyday. Loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the wonderful view :) Condo was nice and all the convenience of home. Great location

This is our second time staying at the Sans Souci condos. Gated facility with covered parking short walk to the beach and smoke free. Convenient walk across the street to Tom Thumb and Peg leg Pete’s. #703 Was well-equipped in the kitchen and had very comfortable beds in all three rooms. Awesome view from the top floor! We will request #703 for our next visit!

Everything was great, just like in the pics. Its just steps from the ocean, which makes it easy to for kids or elderly. Beach was semi private with no other condos close. Across the street from Peg legs best crab legs ever!

We had traveled here from Tampa Bay to enjoy the beach and see Widespread Panic in town. Like others, we were monitoring hurricane Dorian closely, and wondering what to do. Well we made our decision to to go and, obviously not able to control Mother Nature, we went with it. Well, yada yada....it was so awesome! Clean, easy-peezy check in and out, perfect location, beautifully stocked with everything you need! Amazing views and proximity to white silky sand and the white caps! All local businesses were fun and delicious. Even our UBERs to the show were fabulous. Bottom line, no issues at all! Thank you- well be back!

Loved our experience. We were right on the beach, nice view from balcony. Beach access from condo, homeowners even had some sand toys for the kids. Bar and grill right across the street as well as a convenience store. Loved our experience, condo had everything we needed.

Paradise Homes manages this condo and the check-in / check out, and cleanliness of the unit were excellent. The unit den and kitchen has a great view of the Gulf and the unit has a small but adequate porch which overlooks the Gulf. My only complaint is that the master bedroom is in the "back" of the unit by the walkway / elevators and has no view at all. In fact 2 of 3 bedrooms have no view, and 1 bedroom has a very limited view. Otherwise it is a very nice unit, nicely furnished and wonderful location.

Lovely condo with great view of the gulf. Loved watching the dolphins swim by and the beach action. Very spacious and beautifully decorated. New king mattress in master is very comfortable. All appliances big and small work well. Love having a restaurant right across the street. You can consider it your home away from home.

We had a total of 6 condos rented at Sans Souci. It’s a great location right on the beach with a pool for afternoon use once the beach gets too hot. One of the best restaurants on beach, Peg Leg Pete’s, is right across the street. I loved sitting on the balcony watching the beach come alive with my morning coffee. We had a couple minor issues with the condo but nothing worth taking care of that week. (Reported it to management when we left). The size of the condo was perfect for us, 3 br: 1 king, 2 doubles, 2 twin. Would definitely rent this again.

The folks at Paradise were so nice! The view from the balcony was wonderful and the unit was clean and very comfortable. The beach had no seaweed and there were no jellyfish. The water was absolutely beautiful and completely clear. We will definitely go back!

This was our second stay at this specific condo and it did not disappoint. The dishes, utensils, and kitchen was well stocked. Recommend a strainer to add to the colander already there. The new mattresses were better but we did not care for the 4" foam topper on the king. The new bath towels were great as was the new chairs on the deck. View at this condo is fabulous as pelicans fly at the deck height. The addition of Sans Souci recycle bins were great. The condo and entire property kept clean including pool. Peg Leg Petes across the street still our fav!

Easy check in/out. Condo was clean and just like the pictures. The only bedroom with Gulf view was the guest one with the two queen beds. Could use more towel bars for wet bath towels. Sans Succi is a good location with pool (unheated) and hot tub. Master bedroom mattress (king bed) definitely could use an update, but guests reported the queen mattresses were good.

With a Flight School Graduation in the works we needed a place to 'call home' for the week. It is so difficult to view 'on-line' and hope you get what you really see. After thousands of views on-line, a dear friend suggested Paradise Beach Homes and my anguish ended! Hope and Donna at Paradise were incredible to work with and made this very special time for our family stress-free. The property and both Units we rented were fantastic. Although most of our 'social' time was focused around the graduation and related festivities we did have a group meal at Peg Leg Petes which was a great time and excellent food.

This is the 3rd year we have rented this unit, so obviously we LOVE it! It is roomy and nicely decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked making cooking easy. I love that it has a washer and dryer! The privacy and security offered by the resort encourages guests to feel safe. The only complaint we have had EVERY year is that one or more of the beds is EXTREMELY uncomfortable. One bed was so bad that you actually roll to the center because there is no support. We bought an air mattress to sleep on. Would have given it a 5 plus if the beds were better.

As far as the rental process, for the most part it was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating at check-in. We did call to enquire about insurance on 2 occasions. Unfortunately, our calls were never returned.

Perfect location across from peg leg Pete and Tom thumb. Pool was huge and enjoyed hot tub as well.

It was great except for the rain but we can't predict the weather. Always love staying here.

Everything about our dealings with Paradise Beach Rentals was awesome, excellent, outstanding. Clean condo; wonderful helpful friendly personnel. There were NO negatives during our stay. We WILL do it again!

We love the Sans Souci! This our 3rd time staying at this location and 2nd time in this exact unit. Overall, our trip was AMAZING! The beach is beautiful. The Sans Souci is not crowded and provides a private location even in the summer travel season. The condo was spacious and furnished nicely. I always try to let you know where improvements can be made so others can enjoy their stay. There were a few small things that were concerning with our stay. For example, there were only 5 forks provided. We bought some platicware to compensate. Also, the mattress in the bedroom with the private bathroom was MISERABLE! It is so worn down you roll to the center of the bed and there is actually a small section of springs visible from the side. It was uncomfortable the last time we stayed in the exact room as well. The patio wasn't clean upon arrival as it had cheese, sand and dental flossers present. The dryer lint trap hadn't been emptied in a very long time. We found candy bar wrappers under the bed in one room upon arrival. We did call the management company regarding a clogged sink, broken lamp, and non-working coffee maker. They were SUPER responsive and attentive to our needs. We will continue to vacation at the Sans Souci and continue to love this spacious unit because it is perfect for our family.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was so clean! Every little question and problem was promptly handled by the management team.

It was great. The condo and the view was wonderful. My family and I look forward to hopefully being able to do this again in 2016.

We had a great time, the beach right outside our doors and the pool was never crowded. Location was great as there was no congestion right around the condo. We could walk across the street to great seafood.
