COMPLETELY UPDATED! This direct Gulf view town home offers easy access to the pristine white sands of Pensacola Beach via the dune walkover.
The deck off of the living area and balcony off of the master bedroom both have direct Gulf views. The new owner has updated the kitchen and bathrooms with granite counter tops and beautiful tile. The master bedroom offers a king bed, private bath and private balcony. The guest bedroom has a custom built "L" shaped bunk bed with a twin over twin (bunk) and a twin bed off the base of the bunk. The guest bath is just across the hall from this bedroom. The living area offers a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping as well as a third full bath.
The Regency Cabanas is a gated community and guests have access to two different swimming pools located on the property.

We had the best week here! The townhouse is located on the beach in a perfect location - close to everything but far enough away that the beach was never crowded. Very quiet area. It was clean and nicely decorated. We will definitely stay here again!

This is the 2nd year we’ve stayed at Regency Cabanas C3. Overall we love the unit. It is clean and well stocked. The only issue we had this year is that the owner has put a passcode on the thermostat so that you cannot adjust the temperature in either direction. We called Paradise Beach Homes. They were able to reach out to the owners and have it adjusted but the next day the temp was reset to 74 again. We called again and had it lowered. This time the owners lowered it to 68 which got too cold but we didn’t want to call back afraid they would make it too hot. I feel if you spend this much on a unit, you should be able to control the temperature. Paradise Beach Homes was very responsive though. This is just on the owners. With that being said, we are trying it again next year because we do like the unit. Hopefully, they will take the passcode off by then.

We enjoyed staying at this condo. It was easy checking in. They were very nice and helpful getting us checked in. I would definitely rent this again. This vacation rental was truly the perfect place for our family of 4 to vacation in March. I don’t have one bad comment to make about the location or condo itself. We originally rented a place on 30a near Destin but upon arriving found out they had a busted pipe and a water leak. I had to find something last minute and this place is a charm. Basically on the Gulf and looks brand new on the inside. They just renovated with very high end features. Will stay here again

We needed a place near the bride's family and this was great. Lived having two decks and seeing and hearing the ocean. Not a front view but very close and convenient to the beach. With special permission we were able to take our dog. The grounds are well maintained and has doggie areas. Nice kitchen and living space. Kitchen well stocked. Lots of stairs kept us in shape.

We called this condo home for 7 fun filled days. My family and I always take a summer vacation my mom and sister drove down from Colorado and stayed with us. We celebrated my daughters 4th birthday here as well. WE HAD A BLAST. Honestly the condo was perfect, very clean the location is amazing!!! We could walk out of our door and the beach was just a few steps away. That was really convenient with a little one and also because my husbands family rented a condo in the same complex just a few doors down from ours, the beach was our meeting place every morning. We could meet up and let the kids run and us parents drank our coffee. The private balconies were a great touch as well, my husband and I would sit out on the master room balcony and watch the ocean. The Paradise Beach Home Employees were always very helpful and so nice, I felt they were always very eager to help. Our thermostat was programed to a setting that was a little to warm for us they had no problem changing it for us since we could not figure it out. The two pools that are on site are beautiful and great when you have had enough of the salt water. My family plan on staying here again, I would recommend this property to everyone.

Everything was in good order. Clean. Beds comfortable. Had one problem our whole stay a clogged toilet which was fixed very quickly. Would stay here again. Perfect location for us.
This was my families first time staying at Regency Cabanas and it didn't disappoint. The condo was beautiful and had everything that we needed. It was a very short walk to the beach and also to the swimming pool. We will definitely plan on staying here in the future.
