IDX, or Internet Data Exchange is the future
of Real Estate in the United States . Practically
speaking, IDX is the sharing of listings across
cooperating Brokers who share these listings
with each other for display on the Internet.
Technically, it is the use of Multiple Listing
Service (MLS) data in a set of search tools
on a Broker's (or in some cases an Agent's)
