1426 Sonata Court - Sonata Shores *NEW

I got recommendations for this house by some family members and it was fantastic for my family and our friends’ families. Not far off from the bridge, really convenient to get to and to go to the grocery store/mainland. They have some great beach entertainment included in the house, so we didn’t need to pack as much as we did. The house itself is very nice, much nicer than your usual vacation rental. Great space for kids and adults! And the beach is absolutely beautiful.

Beautiful home and great location! This home was perfect for our multi family vacation, it has more than enough space for everyone. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything you will need including beach gear and activities such as a paddle board and games, no need to overpack while staying here!! Located close to the bridge making it easy and convenient for trips to the store/restaurants off the island.Close enough to walk to the beach or just a short drive to the gorgeous state park. We felt very much at home while staying here and would absolutely stay at this property again.

We loved our stay here at Sonata Shores! The condo was very clean and spacious. We had everything we needed and more. The beach chairs, stand up paddle board, sand toys and games made our beach trip extra enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

We’ve stayed in Destin and Navarre many times but rarely leave reviews because time gets the best of me…but this beautiful home is worth stopping for a minute to leave a review because of its breathtaking views of the sound in the backyard and emerald coast Gulf of Mexico across the street. You get to have it all when you stay in Sonata Shores. If the waves were too much for my littles, we’d just enjoy the 1 minute walk to the sound in the backyard, the kids could play for hours and the sunsets did not disappoint!! The home came fully equipped with everything to make this beach vaca perfect for our family! We can’t wait to return - thank you!!!

First of all, we have stayed at 1426 Senada many times. Even though we are from South Carolina and have some pretty nice beaches here, we think this property and Navarre Beach are exceptional. You will be hard-pressed to find a more comfortable, convenient, family oriented property anywhere around. Only 100 feet to the sound and a couple hundred yards to the gulf, it couldn’t be located in a better spot. The house has everything you need and more. We will be back as often as we can.

What other location can you enjoy both the beautiful white shores of the Florida Panhandle and the calm waters of a sound within 100 yards in either direction of where you sleep? My family got to enjoy a long weekend in the great accomodations, enjoyed the recreational items left by the owners, and overall loved being on Navarre beach. It's a perfect place for a walk, to go enjoy music at the restaurants down the street, or rent jet-ski's and be able to park them a few feet from where I was keeping my drinks in the fridge. Pretty sweet. Not to mention the beds were comfortable, kitchen was tastefully appointed, and there was even an outdoor shower where I could wash the salt and sand off. I hope to make it back to Sonata Shores again soon. We have some pretty amazing memories there, and it is the perfect place to make more with friends and family.

My husband and I recently stayed here and loved it! The location is perfect and is within walking distance to the beautiful beach, the Navarre Pier, the Santa Rosa Sound, the Sea Turtle Conservation Center, and several restaurants. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood with it’s own pool and dock. The house is beautiful with light and airy decor and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. My favorite activities were watching the sunset from the dock and relaxing on the front porch in the rocking chairs. We hope to be back next summer!
