My family and I had a wonderful weekend in Navarre. The house was exceptionally clean and situated right on the beautiful beach.

Three couples embarked on this lovely property for five nights and could not have had a better time or experience. The amenities were just as described and the separate ice maker was the real deal. Ideal place for four couples or large family because everyone has their own bathroom plus a half bath too. Definitely would rent this house again. Tons of positive attributes with my only complaints of only one way into the house, no stairs off of the deck, and we couldn`t find any hot-pads to take things out of the oven so we had to purchase those.

We were a group of 4 moms (along with a bonus mom) who begged our 4 boys (who are graduating seniors and will be rooming together at college) to take a Spring Break Trip. They agreed and we found Footprints in the Sand. It was more than perfect for our group! We loved that we could enjoy our breakfast on the deck and the short over the dune walk to the beach. The house was super clean and just beautiful. We did have a couple of random, crazy “only happens to us,” totally no fault of anyone issues, but management was quick to resolve plus kept us informed every step of the way. I can not recommend this house enough and hope we can come back soon!

Very nice and clean house! Had everything we needed. Great view. The only change I would recommend would be to add a few movable chairs on the deck.

The house was very clean and a great layout. The porch on the back was wonderful to sit and watch the beach or have lunch. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We did ask about a grill before renting and they said they had one, but it did not work. I texted someone to come look at it and they set up a time to come but no one ever showed up. We wound up just cooking our fish on the stove. The views are gorgeous and the house is great!

My family, my brother’s family, and our parents spent our Thanksgiving at this lovely home. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy, with great water views and easy access to the beach. We loved that each bedroom has its own private bathroom and that the public spaces were so spacious—huge dining table that can seat up to 10, lots of seating on the deck (including a large picnic table), large well stocked kitchen, and comfy couches for watching football on the TV. We found that the standalone ice maker in the pantry came in especially handy. And we cooked our Thanksgiving dinner with no problems—Cornish hens on the grill, casseroles in the oven, pretty serving dishes for the table. Lots of parking with room to turn around in the driveway.

Just returned from our week at Navarre. This home was so nice for our crew of 6 (5 adults and 1 child) and each room having an on suite bathroom was one of my favorite things about the house. Hands down this was my favorite beach vacay, largely due to the home being right on the gulf. I took my coffee down to the beach on several mornings and enjoyed being the only one out. It was just beautiful. The furniture on the deck is built-in, nailed down, and not terribly comfortable. There were no Adirondack chairs as shown in the pictures here. It would be really nice to add some comfortable chairs. That being said, I'll sit on an uncomfortable 2x4s bench for the view.

This home is in a great location! There was plenty of room. I love that all the bedrooms had queen beds and an ensuite in each room and the 1/2 bath in the commmon area was convenient. There were plenty of pans and dishes. No yardsale dishes or cooking vessels is so appreciative! It wouldn't hurt to invest in a Keurig! Plenty of table space to eat family style.
I would have like to give 5 stars,but even though it was clean, the initial impression before you enter is not very impressionable. This home needs some updating, but more than anything the exterior needs some attention. The Paradise Beach Homes folks are great. Melissa and Cathy were always polite and helpful. We didn't have any issues.
All said, I would rent this home again and I will definitely be contacting Paradise Beach homes in the future. M Todd Lavergne Tn

This house was the perfect place for 8 adults! 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths! The kitchen and family room was open and a great place to gather. We had everything we needed to cook/eat. The back deck was both sunny and shaded. A great location to see both sunrises and sunsets! I love the secluded feel of this beach. We had the best Thanksgiving here! I would come again!

Absolutely perfect house for the entire family to getaway and take a vacation to the beach! We traveled with five adults, a preschooler and a six-month old and had adequate room to spread out. Each room having its own full bathroom is so convenient! Additionally, the floor plan couldn’t be better to have privacy and community all rolled in to one! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, grill works great, washer & dryer are helpful to have & the speaker system is a nice touch too!

The walk to the beach is minimal & is very easy to carry your stuff down. That deck & view are phenomenal, as well!

When we arrived, the outside shower was broken, but before I could even contact anyone about it - the property manager called to let me know a handyman was on his way to fix it! Great customer service & fabulous experience all around - we hope to make this an annual visit to Navarre & will be back to Footprints in the Sand!

We spent a week in this home in April 2021. The house was clean and very comfortable. We liked the layout of this house because it provided enough space for our family but kept us all on one level. The only downside is that it appeared that the roof was in the process of being replaced - sections were covered in a tarp with lots of shingles and roofing supplies under that house. There was no active construction during our rental.

Footprints in the sand was absolutely perfect! Everything was as described in the description. There was plenty of room for everyone. It felt very comfortable and welcoming. Special attention to bedding and household items was on point. The sound system was a bonus for listening to our tunes while preparing dinner, playing games and relaxing. It was clean upon our arrival and everything that we could need for the beach was provided. The interior has an updated look, nice furniture, beautiful floors, and plenty of bathrooms. It has been well taken care of. The beach access is wonderful! Perfect for our own piece of paradise for the week. Only once was there as issue of other people trying to walk through our private entrance to access the beach. The only other issues that we encountered were the grill was in poor working condition. I made sure before I booked the property that it was in working order since there was another review stating that it wasn’t. I was assured that it was but it was not. We called, and they had a guy come over the next day to try and get it in somewhat of a working order. In reality the owner needs to go ahead and replace it. The back porch lights were not working, the guy working on the grill took a look at them as well and they need replacing as well. The weather at the ocean takes a toll on things for sure, but replacement of those couple items is ALL this place needs. It was perfect and I’ve already set it up to book it for next year!

Great vacation spot! Very quiet and relaxing. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need. There is a private bathroom for each bedroom. The beds are VERY firm. I was able to use some extra blankets to help cushion. There are toys and chairs to take to the beach, just a short walk over the dunes. The deck, which could stand some comfy chaise loungers, provides magnificent views.

We spent 8 days over Thanksgiving enjoying the sun, beach, and sunsets. Most days we had our own private beach.

We were so happy we chose this house. It was exactly what we expected after seeing the pictures and reading the description. Like every VRBO home we have stayed in, this home was clean and filled with amenities to make your stay fun and comfortable. The management company made it easy to gain access (we arrived after normal business hours) and we were surprised we a very nice welcome bag filled with treats when we walked in.

The location was perfect, Down Gulf Blvd enough so there was minimal traffic and yet just a short drive to all the great restaurants in the area. We didn’t want to leave the gorgeous beach so most of our meals were on the spacious deck watching the water.

Our days passed slowly as we walked the beach looking for shells, watched the dolphins and bat rays swim by, and the para gliders in the evening. This house is designed to make it very easy to relax and focus on fun! Plenty of amenities like beach chairs and beach toys for the kids. This was a perfect time of the year and there were no crowds and rather wate4 was still warms enough to make swimming comfortable.

I would certainly recommend this house to friends and family for a wonderful vacation on thes3 beautiful beaches.

This was our first time renting from this company and we had a very positive experience! With the uncertainty of the Covid-19 they allowed us up until one month before our scheduled vacation time to make our finial decision and pay the final amount due. The people working in the office were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely rent from them again.

Located directly on the gulf, literally steps to the beach. The property is clean and well maintained and any problems are quickly and professionally addressed by the property management company, which is a 3 minute drive.

Lovely home on the beach with all the amenities you will need. Light and airy chic beach decor, open concept, comfortable and clean. Beds were very comfortable.
Close to restaurants and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had two families share this house and it was comfortable for everyone. Beach access was fantastic. Just make sure you pick up your beach toys or they will get picked up - we lost all of ours b/c we didn’t know this Also the management was very responsive when we had concerns. Would stay here again.

We had a great week! Perfect weather and water! The house is great- plenty of bedrooms for all of us. The kitchen is well stocked- the pantry space was great for us to place groceries. All of the furniture, towels, and bedding is nice and new which made things very inviting! Cushions/updated deck furniture would have been the only thing I would add!
