Afterdune Delight! This 4 bedroom, 4 bath home on Ariola Drive comes with a private pool, volleyball court and is just steps to the sugar white sands and emerald green waters of Pensacola Beach!
Are you ready for a fun-filled family vacation? Then Afterdune Delight is the perfect home for you. Upstairs the living room is open to the kitchen and dining area and offers amazing gulf views. Stretch out on the sofa and watch a movie on the large flat screen TV or get cozy and take an afternoon nap. Just off of the living room is the master bedroom with a large king bed, flat screen TV and private bath with a tub/shower combo.
In the middle of the home is the kitchen and offers all stainless steel appliances and is open to the dining area where a large table, easily seating 8, welcomes a delicious meal or family game night! Just a few steps further is a sitting area and is a great place for catching up with family or reading a good book. Behind this area is another bedroom with a kind bed, flat screen TV and private bath with a stand-alone shower. From the living room and kitchen area step out onto the oversized deck and enjoy soothing beach breezes with beautiful views of the Gulf and beach.
Downstairs is a large bedroom with 2 queen beds, a flat screen TV and a guest bathroom with stand-alone shower. Step outside and across the walkway to the fourth bedroom with 1 queen bed and a full over full bunk. This room also has a flat screen TV and a private bathroom with tub/shower combo. The full sized washer and dryer are also located in this room.
After playing on the beach all day come back to the house and take a dip in the sparkling pool or grab a lounge chair and soak up more Florida sunshine! It's also a great area for gathering everyone together for a cookout on the charcoal grill.

This house is nicely situated with a view of the ocean and with a beach entrance walkway right across the street. And the western sunset is on full view from the large front porch. The house itself is well stocked with kitchen items and offers 4 nice bedrooms with plenty of sun!

Paradise Beach Homes
We were a family of 11 and had plenty of room to spread out in the house on the rainy days of our vacation. The bedroom downstairs with direct access to outside was perfect for privacy. The pool was wonderful to have as the weather was unsettled most of the week and the Gulf waters were off limits. So happy that we had the pool for the kids to play in. The house had almost everything that we needed. The only thing that seemed to be missing was an ice maker. There was no ice maker in the Fridge and no separate ice maker. There were three plastic ice trays provided and they weren't even in the freezer when we arrived. So no ice upon arrival. There was plenty of parking space available and the beach was directly across the street. There's a nice view from the large balcony across the front of the house. It's a great place to sit and relax. We would definitely stay here again.
