This five-bedroom/six-bath home, located on a large corner lot, is an easy walk down a paved sidewalk to the sugar-white sandy beach and emerald-green water of the Gulf of Mexico. A truly exceptional home, designed by owner Kevin Hubbard, it accommodates up to 16 guests with luxurious amenities including a private gunite swimming pool and a rooftop viewing deck with views of the entire island. Designed for large family gatherings, you are certain to make a lifetime of memories in this home.
With views of the Gulf and Sound on all three levels, this airy modern home features a large open living, dining and kitchen area including all-stainless commercial-grade appliances (double oven, ice maker, refrigerator) with bar seating (seats five) and a large dining table (seats eight). This living area is flooded with natural light and opens to a beautiful covered deck. The living room couch is a queen sleeper sofa.
The main floor master bedroom features a king with a custom bath accompanied by a glass-enclosed shower and tub. Also on the main level, is a “secret” hiding spot (under the stairs) with two twin beds and a full bath across the hall.
A 2nd master is located on the upper lever with a king and a full bath. The 3rd bedroom has two queens, full bath and a private balcony. The 4th and 5th bedrooms each feature a king bed and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Bonus sleeping loft with two twins and is ideal for teens.
All bathrooms feature stone and granite counter tops and sinks.
The ground level features a large game room with a basketball game, bean bag toss, foosball, stereo, as well as a television and bar area. If you are beach-bound, you’ll enjoy the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach cart.
This event-friendly home includes an elevator which takes you to all three levels. It also includes a full washer and dryer, a gas grill, complimentary WiFi and parking for approximately eight cars (two in the garage).

-Rental house was beautiful with easy access to the beach: 4 houses away/walk
-Well maintained property
-Very clean
-Met owner and he was very helpful and friendly
-Unusual but great little sleeping area under the stairs for very young children
-Nice bonus area in garage for family fun/games
-Rental company quickly responded to any questions I emailed/asked them
-Downside: Small pool
-Downside: Rental needed to be advertised as 5 bedrooms instead of 6 bedrooms
(What they listed as a bedroom/loft bed was actually a room with a very low ceiling which you could not stand in and just fit a mattress in it located in the garage area...we did not use it!)

The house is beautiful and just a very short walk to the beach. Everything was just as expected except the small bedroom in the downstairs garage area had an extremely low ceiling and was too hot for anyone to stay in. There was a bonus kid cubby bedroom that was really neat and little kids would love. We had a great stay and would stay here again.
