A very pleasant stay in a wonderful condo. The view
of the Gulf is a 9,and you are within walking distance of just about anything you need. Would love to stay here again.

Everything was perfect and the only very minor thing was the code to walk out the gate was not given in packet. However everyone we met was so friendly and shared it with us.

The condo was clean and overall as described. Location was great - right next to Peg Leg Pete's! Access to the beach is right across the road and views from the unit were very nice. We very much enjoyed the pool and found the access to both it and the parking area to be extremely convenient. We did find that the kitchen was lacking in basic items -not enough plates, forks, glasses, etc.

We had an excellent rental experience. Emerald Dolphin 1040 is a newly renovated space. We own rental properties and are experienced specifically with beach rentals. It's a wonderful space. The rental company is polite and professional. The view is spectacular. The beds are pretty firm, but some people really like that. Y'all may wish to tell renters to look for the PARKING SPACE NUMBERS painted on the ground and give a specific space number. Finding the spot took a bit of looking.
