This amazing Gulf View Home is just steps to the white sandy beaches and emerald green waters of Pensacola Beach. With over 1500 square feet of deck, you'll enjoy the refreshing cool gulf breezes and Florida sunshine.
The newly renovated home has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 10 people easily. The master bedroom offers a King bed and a private bathroom with standalone shower. The guest bedroom also has a King bed; the guest bathroom, with a shower/tub combo, is located in the hallway just outside the bedroom door. Both of the king beds also have power head elevation! The third bedroom offers 2 twin-over-full bunk beds and a sofa. This bedroom has a large flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a standalone shower.
Soak up the stunning views of the gulf, hear the waves, and inhale the salt air from the expansive deck. Languish in its opulence; it is furnished with outdoor dining for 6, chaises, and cozy seating.
The wide-open living spaces throughout this beautiful home also have panoramic views of the gulf. The kitchen is spacious and has a large island with 4 comfortable barstools. The hot and cold water from the kitchen sink faucet, and for the ice maker are filtered for your health. Bring your refillable water bottles; no bottled water needed. Enjoy eating dinner around the ample dining table or turn it into the perfect place to have a family game night. The living room has a wrap-around sofa comfortably positioned in front of a large flat screen TV. There are two charging stations. This home has over 2300 square feet of living space and is the ultimate in family vacation rentals.
Walking in the front door off the foyer is a bedroom with a pair of bunk beds with queen bottoms and twin tops, the en suite has a shower. Take the spiral staircase in the foyer up to the second level with a large great room housing kitchen, dining and living. The main bedroom has a king bed and en suite with a shower. The other bedroom has a king bed and uses the hall bathroom with a tub/shower.
The outdoor gas grill and laundry center are on the ground level. In the laundry center the owner has provided beach chairs, a beach umbrella, toys for the kids to enjoy, a beach cart, and a refrigerator for cooling drinks. In addition, there is a stair-walking dolly to ease bringing luggage to the second floor.

You cannot beat the location and spaciousness of this home! It’s a couple miles away from all the restaurants, bars and shopping in a quiet residential neighborhood. The back deck is probably the best feature. The boards are worn but didn’t seem hazardous. The flooring was severely warped in areas of the home, not sure if it’s from the weather or age but once we noticed it, it didn’t really bother us. Neither guest room has a closet but with our young children (5, 3, 2) it wasn’t a concern for us. The spiral staircase was a cool feature that the boys loved to use to get to their room. We ended up blocking it with a cooler from our 2 yr old. Beach gear was fabulous to use as was the washer and dryer. Kitchen has everything you need even plastic plates for kids. Beds were comfortable but we didn’t test the adjustable feature. If we returned to the area we would probably keep this home in mind.

Loved the location of this home and the view was incredible from the deck. We did think all bedrooms were on the main floor, but other than that it was a clean, nice rental that had everything you could want for a beach trip!

Our family stayed at this wonderful property for the Thanksgiving holiday. We thought the location was perfect. The deck allowed for beautiful views. The house also is well equipped with everything you will need.
I would definitely rent this property again.
