This propery was ideal for our family. Great layout for families. Walkable to the beautiful beaches of Pensacola beach.

We had a great time, the pool was fabulous, the location was great. We took a wonderful evening boat ride across the bay. Shopping was a breeze, we had great access to the beach. The house had everything we needed. Perfect space for our family!

This property was large enough for our 17 family members. Open floor plan and spacious. Updated appliances and large island in the kitchen. The sofa has seen better days but the chairs were comfortable. The back yard was spacious and the pool was an added bonus. The property was clean and bright. The staff at Paradise Homes were very knowledgeable and accommodating. We did have a problem with the upstairs air conditioner but it was taken care of immediately. I would recommend this property and Paradise beach homes reality to friends and family.

Paradise Beach Homes was a perfect business to call for a beach rental. It was simple and easy. I call Paradise Beach Homes to find out if they had any rentals for the holiday weekend. They quickly sent me a list along with pictures of the beach rentals they had available that could accommodate my party. Booking the rental was easy. I loved the rental we book it was home away from home. I can't wait for my next vacation because I will book with them again.

It was great. The home was nice and everyone was nice and helpful at all times.

Was my first time renting a house .. was not made aware that I had to furnish trash bags, toilet paper etc. We had to laundry some sheets before sleeping in one or two beds. We swept the floors and was amassed how much we were able to sweep up. Spider webs in the corners of rooms. Spiders in the upstairs shower upset the ones in the smaller bedroom. It would have been great having informative directions on how to use the TV . The two refrigerators in the house need to be repaired. On the smaller refrig , can't use the door space. On the big refrig, a glass shelf over one of the bins was missing. Didn't see that and crushed some vegtables in the bin.. Over all we all did enjoy our visit..

This was a nice place to stay with all the comforts of home. The layout was nice for families and we got good rest here. Loved the pool and the grill and it was not a long walk to the beach. We did have to cross a busy street though but it wasn't bad on weekdays when there was less traffic. This is an old house so there were some wear and tear issues. All of the doors upstairs were very loud which was a challenge with a baby sleeping in the master. She got woken up a few times. Also the weather stripping in the master was no good. When there was a storm, the area around the patio doors made a very loud sound which woke the baby. We had to stuff a wash cloth in the space to seal it. The floors were very dirty up on our arrival which we noticed by the dirt on the baby's knees after crawling around. Also the DVD player did not work. It would also be nice to have darker curtains in the bedrooms since it gets light outside very early in the morning. Overall this was a great house for a vacation and a large group. We didn't want to go home!
