Beautiful 6th floor 3 bedroom Regency Towers unit with breathtaking views! This high-end unit with beachy decor' will leave you feeling like you've just stepped into the perfect beach vacation spot and you will never want to leave.
With three bedrooms and three bathrooms it can easily accommodate up to 10 people. The Master bedroom offers a King bed with a large flat screen TV, a vanity area and a private bathroom with a stand alone shower. And the views of the gulf are stunning from the bedroom window.
The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a large flat screen TV and a full bathroom just outside the bedroom door. It also has a vanity area and offers a shower/tub combo.
The third bedroom comes with a Queen bed and two twin beds. Perfect for the kiddos and even comes with a flat screen TV and DVD player! It also has a vanity area and private bathroom with stand alone shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking your favorite seafood specialties or for gathering snacks for the beach. The bar area comes with 4 bar stools and a large kitchen table - perfect for a large family meal or late night card games with the fam. Just down the hall from the kitchen is a full washer and dryer too!
Just off of the dining area is an open living room with plenty of seating for everyone. A large flat screen TV, a large leather sofa, a love seat for two and a single chair with ottoman to kick your feet up after a long, fun-filled day at the beach. Watch your favorite movie or sports game together or cuddle up with a good book. Step out onto the balcony that overlooks the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and soak up the incredible views. From the white sandy beaches to gorgeous sunsets that melt into the gulf, there's nothing quite like the Regency Towers condominiums.

Loved the location and condo was well equipped. Wish the mattresses were memory foam ones so you didn’t wake others up simply rolling over but other than that the condo was perfect! The property is maintained better than any other complex we’ve ever stayed at on the island.

We enjoyed our stay at Regency Towers. The location was great. The beach was not crowded. The check-in process was very easy, I only wish it could have been earlier than 5pm. When we arrived at the property, the cleaning crew informed us that the coffee pot needed to be replaced and that they had put in the order. Before we even finished unpacking, they had delivered a new coffee pot to the condo. The property was very clean. The only complaint was that the sofas had a slight smell and we would have liked to have had access to the gym. Overall, I would definitely recommend the unit and would stay there again!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this condo. Loved the decor and it had everything you could need. Would be a great place for a group because there is separate space for everyone. Beautiful views from all windows. I would highly recommend it.

The Vacation rental experience at this unit was wonderful overall. The layout was great as were the 3 bathrooms. Kitchen and balcony were small and A/C unit was extremely loud when on the balcony. Wonderful proximity to beach and pool. I would stay there again.

We stayed here for a week with our kids and grandkids. The three bedrooms are all separate from each other so there was plenty of privacy. The dining table seats eight and the living area is large enough for everyone. The closet has lots of toys for the beach.

My children and grandchildren came down for a week. We had the BEST time. Even though soon after Hurricane Sally, restaurants and shops were open. We shopped and ate at all out favorites like Native Cafe, Pizzaz, and the ice cream shop at the boardwalk, Crabs, the boardwalk shops, and of course Publix since we had a 5 year old and didn't want to go out for every meal. The condo was perfectly furnished and we didn't need a thing we didn't have. It even had beach chairs, umbrellas and TOYS. Mostly we enjoyed the condo, the pool, the beach and FAMILY, but it was easy and convenient to get out and enjoy all the amenities Pensacola Beach has to offer.

The rental was large enough for our family of 6. Everyone had their own bed and felt comfortable. The views from the master bedroom, living room and kitchen were great! you could view the sound and the beach. We enjoyed staying here and would again.

Loved our time here and hope to rent it again. Lots of space .. updated .. great location sap since the virus .. we were away from the crowds and had plenty of beach for our family to play with our grandkids and not disturb others. Pool was nice. The only Thing i wish is that had a bigger balcony on the gulf side but it was safe n glassed in and we could see the gulf n the bay. Very happy with our stay. The people were wonderful at Paradise Homes .. next time will def call them direct !

This was our second time to stay at Regency unit 608W. It was clean and cozy and provided a very nice get away for my family. We really love that it is right on the beach and there are no busy roads to cross. The rental process was easy and we will definitely be back.
