Welcome to "A Wave From It All" where you truly are away from it all but still so close to everything Navarre Beach has to offer!
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath town home sits tucked away in the Sandcastle Beach complex right on the edge of The Santa Rosa Sound. The property is within walking distance of the Navarre Beach Pier and local bars and restaurants like Juana's Pagoda and Broussard's.
The first floor of the townhome offers a roomy, open floor plan with a bright living room area with comfortable seating and a full size sleeper couch. The living area is brightened by a large sliding door that leads out to a balcony with a view of the fishing pier, gazebo and the beautiful Santa Rosa Sound.
The well-stocked kitchen and dining area with a large dining table for those fun family meals is just off of the living area convenient to a full bathroom and another small balcony off of the kitchen.
Upstairs you will find a cozy guest bedroom with a queen bed and a TV for privacy and the master bedroom which offers a king bed and private entrance to the shared full bathroom and yet another balcony with those amazing views. A full size washer and dryer are also located upstairs for guest's convenience.
The unit is convenient to the community pool area and access to the Sound beach is just off the spacious deck under the property. The deck is the perfect place to sit and enjoy an evening cocktail or watch the kids fish from the pier. You'll never want to leave!

We loved our bay side waterfront townhouse! Beautiful sunrise and sunsets were able to be seen from the deck and pier which was located directly our our garage door! "A Wave From It All" was exactly that! We would highly recommend it as a relaxing beach getaway!

Very cozy condo. Master bedroom with an amazing view. The deck and little beach area behind the condo was perfect! Especially if you have small children. My daughter who is 3, enjoyed the sound side vs the gulf. The waves freaked her out. Will book here for future visits if available. Neighbors were great.

overall fantastic vacation stay- the santa rosa sound right at our back step (closer than it looks in the photos) :) and the townhouse itself is larger than i thought going by the photos- perfect for 4 people... the gazebo and private pier are added bonuses for relaxing or fishing.... will definitely come back here again! Highly Recommended!

Loved our 1st time visit at Navarre Beach. Townhouse was perfect location with beautiful views. We truly had the best location. This place met all of our needs. We had plenty of room with 5 adults. This is a lovely condo in a fantastic location! We loved the view of the sound and fishing pier, although a bit disappointed that Hurricane Sally damaged the pier so it was not usable. Also liked that there is a small beach. The condo was within walking distance of the big pier and local restaurants and bars. We wished there was a bigger cable package as we don't have streaming accounts. We had everything we needed for cooking and really appreciated the goodie bag full of treats! We would definitely stay here again when we return to Navarre.

Vacation turned out better than we originally anticipated. Power was back on two days before we left town to go on vacation. Pier was messed up by hurricane I & pool was usable. Bridge over to the Island was pretty close but did not lead to excessive noise.State Park was closed and that was our main reason for choosing this location. Several disappointments there but we made the best of it the townhome was clean and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. My husband loved fishing on the bay! We would definitely consider returning to this location in the future

The rental experience was flawless. The accommodations were stellar. Very close to the gulf (walking distance) and your own beach on the sound. The fishing pier off the back side of the property was phenomenal. I would highly recommend this rental, I know that we will be back.

This place is amazing! For the past 2 years we've booked this location during the holiday season and this place is WONDERFUL! From the private beach at your back porch, to the OUTSTANDING staff at Paradise Beach Homes Navarre, to the great Sandcastle townhomes community, this place was our home away from home! The house is extreme clean, the beds are very comfortable (they're thick and high!), you have all the living necessities (pots,pans, CLEAN TOWELS AND LINENS) and that VIEW, oh my gosh!! This is by far, the best vacation rental me and my family have had in years! I can't express how much this place felt like home for us. Do yourself a favor and rent this spot, YOU'LL LOVE IT AND YOU'LL NEVER WANT TO LEAVE!
