Beautifully decorated, well equipped Bayview condo. Large balcony in a quiet area but near Flounders/Quietwater beach activities. We drove about a minute to the "Cross Beach" down toward Fort Pickens because we have gone there for years but my kids went across the street to the Gulf Beach without a problem. Paradise Beach Realty was easy to deal with. Laundry facilities are on ground floor. Wifi is available.

We had a very nice stay. The condo was updated with lots of storage. The kitchen was very nice but we could get the ice maker to work and the touch pad on the front of the refrigerator did not work. Our condo was quiet with a great view of the bay.

Loved the unit. Met the owner upon arrival as they were bringing in new furniture and he gave us a tour of the unit. The building and grounds were well maintained and the lobby and interior of each floor was air-conditioned which was nice given the heat while we were there. Would definitely stay here again.

This is perhaps the best experience I've ever had with a place to stay on vacation. We'll definitely be back. Great location. The beach access is just a short walk. Boardwalk and peir are walking distance (less than a mile),if you don't mind walking. Plenty of places to shop and eat,right there on the Boardwalk. The host,James,was amazing. His main goal is to make your stay there as enjoyable and trouble free as possible. James is a local and has a plethora of knowledge about the area, and he is willing to share whatever you need to know. Down there for eight days and feel like we have a friend down there. Thanks, James Foss. Highly recommend this condo.
