We loved everything about this house! It's huge and has plenty of space for dinner gatherings. The kitchen had everything we needed for making huge meals for all of our guests. The kitchen panty was spacious enough for all of our groceries and the laundry rm with 2 washers & dryers was perfect for all the kids and towels.
The bedrooms were great with closets and hangers in each. We found a blow up mattress for the upstairs living rm area, but did need some sheets and blankets for it. I would suggest a few more throw blankets for the common areas.
Overall, a wonderful stay! The beach area was perfect for launching the paddle boards and kayaks. The house really did have EVERYTHING we could think of needing. Beautiful views and the pool area was perfect too. The trek to the beach on the gulf side of the island was longer than we usually like, but only a 3 minute drive. Certainly one of the best rentals we have ever used in 30 years! So many wonderful things about this house!

We stayed here with five couples to celebrate 50th bdays. This house is absolutely beautiful and has everything! We enjoyed the spacious living area and kitchen which had everything you could think of. Lived watching sunsets on the deck outside and relaxing by the pool overlooking the bay. Basically have your own private beach in the backyard-so nice!! They also had kayaks, paddle boards, and floats for us to use in the bay which was nice surprise. Will definitely be back. Best vacation rental we have stayed at! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This house is truly INCREDIBLE! It’s beautifully designed and furnished. The art is great. The best part is the wall of windows overlooking the water. Every night, at cocktail hour, the sunset is a light show. The private pool, the private beach, the paddle boards and kayaks, the Sonos sound system are all perfect. We didn’t want to leave. Def will book again next year.
The location is fantastic- right on the water. Saw many dolphins! Loved being able to use the kayaks, paddle boards and pickleball.
