Just off the living area, glass doors open to a large, covered patio overlooking Santa Rosa Sound. With comfortable seating, an additional outdoor dining area and a gas grill, this may quickly become one of your favorite spots in the house. Start the morning outside with coffee and a water view, spend the afternoon relaxing in the shade, then gather around the fire pit as the sun begins to set over the Sound.

The main level primary suite offers a King bed and Queen sleeper sofa along with a spacious private bathroom featuring both a tub and separate shower. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms provide plenty of sleeping space for family and friends. One bedroom features a Queen bed with a Twin over Twin bunk bed, another offers a Queen bed and Twin daybed with Twin trundle, and the fourth bedroom has a Queen bed. Multiple bathrooms on this level make it easier for everyone to get ready for the day, and one of the bedrooms opens to a private balcony where you can step outside and take in the beautiful waterfront surroundings.

When you're ready to cool off, the Sailmaker's Cove community pool is conveniently located very close to the home. And when the Gulf is calling, Navarre Beach's sugar white sand and emerald water are nearby for days spent swimming, shelling, fishing or simply finding your favorite spot on the beach.

Navarre Beach is loved for its relaxed atmosphere and natural beauty.
