7490 Gulf Boulevard - Coastal Camphouse

Everything about this house got our rave reviews, and my family of 17 has held a “family camp” at large vacation homes every summer for several years.

The open floor plan was great for family gatherings, two tables gave us plenty of seating for meals, the kitchen was extremely well stocked and it was evident the owners were thoughtful about what might be needed for meal prep. Large TV, board games, and bean bags kept the teenagers happy.

Outside, the pool was bigger than most we have seen at the beach. The swing area was so enjoyable, even rainy days were happy days because we had plenty of room for games and conversation. The outside shower with hot water was especially popular after the beach, and the guys added shampoo to their showers to open up the inside bathrooms

Extremely clean accommodations and a very responsive property management team rounded out the already positive experience. Check in was delightful. The beach access was a quick walk, with parking available. We piled a truck with our beach gear and the rest of us walked to the beach.
Also, the house was equipped with beach chairs, a sand wagon, beach toys and other beach stuff that was greatly appreciated.

The Coastal Beach Camphouse was a family favorite and we would gladly book this house again!

Coastal Camphouse is amazing! My favorite thing is the sitting area with four swings. There was a cool breeze flowing even on a hot, late June day. Great place to relax and read a book! The only suggestion I would have is when building other homes, put a bathroom downstairs so you don’t have to track water inside. The outdoor shower was a great plus!

We had a wonderful stay at Coastal Campground in June. The house was wonderful. The space under the house by the pool was perfect for our family and included lots of extras such as floats and beach chairs. The pool is a great size. The house was well stocked. There was plenty of space for our family of 12 to eat dinner. The porches off both the front and back of the house provided private space to have coffee in the mornings. There was a basketball goal that was present in the pictures but wasn't there when we got there. Overall, We were very pleased with everything about this house. The walk to the beach is very short and there is easy access. There were no showers at the public beach to wash feet, etc. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great family house.

We had such an amazing, memorable week! Kids, teens and adults all had fun at the beach and with the pool, sand volleyball, basketball, game table, outdoor swings, etc. It was the perfect location with a short walk to the white sands and clean beach. The home was very clean and we had all we needed plus so much. The staff was really helpful before and during our stay. Our group is ready to go back!

Our family had. Wonderful time at this very well thought out family friendly retreat! The home and grounds are well maintained and clean. The decor is whimsical and fun. The home is well stocked with everything needed for quality family time. We paid extra to have the pool heated and it was actually warm. Excellent job in all areas of this adorable property!

We had 8 adults and 6 kids for the week in this incredible home. It was fabulous! The home has tons of space, inside and out! It had a large pool, paddleball, volleyballs, boogie boards, a fully equipped kitchen, a gas grill, and we were able to bring our sweet little yorkie too. Comfortable beds and linens too. Plenty of TV's and there was even one outside by the pool. It had little extras like a beach wagon and beach toys for the kids. The beach was so close too. We had such an amazing time! I would not hesitate to book this property again in the future! I'd probably bring more family next time because the home was so spacious and had so many extras. That really makes a difference when you've got a lot of people together. And Paradise Beach Homes was a pure pleasure to work with. They were incredibly friendly and so professional. I found there customer service to be 10 out of 10! Thank you for the best vacation we've had in a long time and we can't wait to come back.

My family got together for my 50th birthday and it was so much fun! I will be back to this home. I have stayed in several places on Navarre Beach, but this home is now my favorite. Management was great! They are so accommodating and readily available to help with anything we needed. The home was beautiful and very clean. We will definitely be booking this one again.

The house was great. Only a one minute walk to the beach. The home had everything we needed. It was great for our large family. Lots of room and our grandkids enjoyed the pool and all the toys.

We had the best stay!! The pool was a huge hit with our kids and the beach was just across the street and super easy to get to. We loved all of the extra things the home had for us to use and my husband especially loved the beach cart and extra freezer. The beds were all comfortable and our parents really enjoyed sitting under the deck watching the kids swim. We can't say enough about this home. It was simply AMAZING and we cannot wait to come back!
