This beautiful, 5,000 square foot beach-front home provides one of the most spectacular views on all of Pensacola Beach, with a front row seat to both sunrise and sunset! You’ll soak up sights of the white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico from almost every room. With 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths, sleeping as many as 18, this home is the perfect setting to make memories of a lifetime with your entire family or group!
The main level boasts floor to ceiling views of the gulf and includes an open living room, dining room, kitchen, and bar area with balcony access. This same level also includes a stunning master suite, where you may take in the breathtaking landscape from the king bed and sitting area. In the suite, you’ll find a walk-in closet, giant bathroom with an enormous two-sided shower, large vanity area, and its own access to the large second floor balcony area.
The living area offers the perfect space for enjoying family time after a long day at the beach. The kitchen has it all, including an extra oven and separate bar area with sink and stand-alone ice maker. The spacious laundry room has a second refrigerator, second dishwasher, and a large wash basin for rinsing off sandy bathing suits. With an 82” television for watching movies, games for the entire family, and a kitchen where you’ll find anything and everything you need for a family favorite dinner, what more could you want?
After a sun-soaked day on the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower that has two shower heads and its own entrance and stairwell leading to the main level. Finish your day by relaxing on the large balcony, or enjoy indoor entertainment with games, wireless internet, and flat screen TVs in every bedroom.
Other amenities include two garages with separate interior entrances, exterior parking for 5 cars, a large gas grill, and an elevator (access only made available for medical use only). Spend your vacation relaxing at this beautiful Gulf Front home!

We're a family of 15 from Dallas and Tyler - 6 adults, 9 " grandkids" ages from 13-24. We all love the ocean and have rented a home during the week between Christmas and New Years since the gkids were babies. This home , with the 5 bedrooms with attached bathrooms was perfect! Wide open concept for those who watched all the football games while some of us sat around the huge table doing jigsaw puzzles. Many shells were found on the pristine white beach, the sunrises and sunsets were absolutely beyond description! We have already rented it for next year.
The only thing I would tell future renters is that there were no beach towels at all which we thought was odd considering the home was right on the gulf. What about families that fly in to Pensacola or, like us, drove from Dallas and didn't have one spare inch in the cars to pack beach towels?

We previously offered beach towels in all our properties but most of the time guests would accidentally pack them in their suitcases and would never get returned. With 240 plus properties you can imagine having to replace beach towels for every reservation became a very high expense. Some properties do offer them but in the vacation rental industry is has become an industry standard not to offer them due to the extremely high expense of replacing them. We rented this house for our family Thanksgiving and a 71st Birthday Celebration. Although the weather did not cooperate and the stomach bug decided to invade our stay, this house was AMAZING. This home is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary cooking essentials. Absolutely loved the beautiful view of the ocean and the easy access to the beach. The outdoor shower was perfect for washing off the sand. I highly recommend this beautiful house. Paradise Beach has a very friendly staff with easy check-in/check-out. This was our first visit to Pensacola Beach and we plan to come back.

Over all very please with the property. The one downside was that the 2 largest burners on the stove were not working. We were told this at check-in and Paradise Beach Homes provided a 2 burner electric plate to use. This set up made it very difficult to boil shrimp and prepare spaghetti dinner for 12.

We did try to accommodate for the mishap but we can certainly understand how using a 2 burner electric plate is not the same as regular stove burners. The previous THOR range was only 18 months old but the new THOR range was sent by the manufacturer and installed shortly after your visit with us so this won't be a problem for any future stays. My husband and I chose this house to celebrate his 40th birthday with both our parents and our siblings. We had 3 year olds to 70 year olds and this house worked out perfect for all of us. We found this house very well appointed in the Kitchen which was a welcome surprise and everyones beds and rooms were comfortable. Access to the beautiful sand and ocean was the icing on the cake. Everyone also raved about how comfortable those couches were. We have rented on Pensacola Beach a number of times and this house so far has been our favorite.

We (8 people) rented this awesome house last week on Pensacola beach. You honestly cannot get closer to the beach. You can sit on the decks and hear the gulf rolling in and see the beautiful emerald green water. Deck had plenty of seating for our party of 8. We rented chairs and umbrellas from Lazy Days and they were just steps from our walkway to the beach! The house was set up nicely with a large master/ king on the main level and 2 masters upstairs/ kings facing the gulf with their own baths. 1 twin bedroom with bath also faces the gulf with access to upper deck. I would suggest being able to make that a king for adults , but that’s my opinion. I would want little children staying in that room with the deck access. Then room with 2 queens and bath facing street and down the hall another room with double bed under twin bunks with bath facing street. The house has 2 refrigerators which was awesome! Washer and dryer have seen better days . Dryer takes forever to dry towels. They let us know at check in that the ice maker was not working and filled our freeze with ice bags and on Monday the ice maker was fixed. They text us when the house was ready, which was 3 hours earlier than we expected! Oh also the house has an elevator which we needed for 2 people. You must ask in advance for it to be unlocked if u need it. The kitchen has 2 ovens and most everything u need. Could use a few more mixing bowls and steak knives. We ate at the house 3 nights of our stay because the waits were crazy at some of the restaurants. If u intend to go to Peg Leg Pete’s go when they open at 4! Casinos ( ate there 2 nights)was great. We loved being able to sit outside and see the beach and gulf! Crabs was also good. Shaggy’s was good too. Never made it to Flounders, which I hear is good or The Grand Marlin. It was a fabulous trip! Don’t hesitate to rent this house. I would rent again in a heartbeat!

This is a beautifully decorated home with spacious rooms and we had a great beach vacation. The kitchen was stocked with enough silverware, dishes, glasses, serve ware and tools for our large family. We loved the beach front location and all the beach toys. The ice maker was so nice to have! We loved all of the space and that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The WiFi didn’t work, that needs to be fixed. The kitchen was pretty well stocked but need to add large pizza pans. The bed pillows and comforters could be freshened up.

The owner of the home just remodeled and upgraded a great deal of things in the home and it sounds like the wifi may have just been unplugged due to the remodel. We are available to our guests 24/7 and would have been more than happy to have had someone come repair the wifi. We want all of our guests to enjoy their stay with us! We will certainly discuss with the owner about adding large pizza pans to the kitchen and all of the comforters and pillows are brand new but we will certainly take a look at those and make sure none of the old ones were left behind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely house over the 4th of July weekend. We had 8 adults and 1 child. Being able to walk out to the beach was so convenient! Nice sand on the beach, not very crowded at all. A little bit of rough surf a couple of days. We could see fireworks in various places on the 4th from our house. We rented chairs for each day from Lazy Days Beach Rentals which they set up and took down every day. Very worth it! The house had everything we needed. A nice bonus was the ice machine and the extra fridge. The outdoor shower was really appreciated as well. Going into town for groceries and dining was a bit of a challenge but maybe it’s better when not a holiday? We would definitely stay here again!
