We enjoyed the property. There were many things to do, the pool table, ping pong table etc. There were a couple of maintenance issues. The back sliding glass door would not lock a piece ow wood was placed in the track. The pool had a floating chlorinator in the pool that we had to keep the kids away from. Nothing major, we would stay there again.

What a great beach house. Very roomy, nice amenities, large pool, easy walking distance to the emerald green gulf waters and white powder sandy beaches of Pensacola Beach.

Only downside is that there is no bathroom on the ground floor level

Excellent location. Beach access across the street to the right or left. This home is beautiful inside and out, very well stocked and spacious. Tons of indoor and outdoor seating. The pool is large compared to others on the rental market. We have rented many homes on this street over the years but hands down, this is the best. It did not feel like a rental, it felt like a private home.

Our family enjoyed the large open family area, kitchen, dining and living area.
Loved the comfortable beds.
Pool table was a hit as well as the swimming pool.
Easy walk to the beach and the view at night fantastic.

The house is better than described. The large oepn floor plan where you can cook in the kitchen and see the kids playing in the living room or on the back deck. The beds were super comfy, the house was really clean and fully stocked. The kids lived the pool to swim in, since there were alot of Jellyfish in late Aug in the Gulf. In the garage is a game room where the kids can play fooseball, pool, or video games. The xtra full size frig in the garage was great. Management is just a call away if needed and the house was super clean.

We had a fantastic vacation. Even though the water wasn't great when we visited, the pool made up for it! There was beach chairs, beach toys, and pool toys supplied. It was a wonderful place to stay! We had 2 toddlers a baby and an 11 year old. They all enjoyed it.

Had a great time! They have thought of everything. Loved having the living area all on one level and game room/garage was a huge plus. Lots of pool toys and kitchen is well stocked. There are hair dryers available and both large coffee pot and Keurig and coffee grinder. Home is very comfortable.

We're sorry to hear that the initial supply of trash bags and toilet paper were not enough. On Feb 18, when you made your reservation with us, we sent you two emails. One with your rental agreement and another with a list of supplies that we suggest you bring with you. In that email it states that we provide an initial supply of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc and that those items should get you through a day or two until you are able to get to the store. It sounds like that email was missed. We are working on a better system to make sure our guests see the email and know about the initial supply so expectations are met. We certainly hope this won't detour you from staying with us in the future.

We found the Big Yellow Beach House a great place for our annual family gathering. The house was well laid out, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, glasses and well maintained. Pool and the back area was also great for grilling, enjoying the pool or winding down. Appliances and A/V were updated and in good condition. Plenty of things for the kids to do. Front balcony was great for coffee and relaxing in the morning. Process with the property management company was seamless. Looking forward to returning next year!

Our family had a wonderful stay. We have four kids and it was a great fit for them! Beds were so comfortable, location was great. We unfortunately went a week when water was rough and june grass was bad, but the pool and game room made up for it. Will definitely be looking into booking again soon!
