This home is a wonderful seven-bedroom, four bathroom home with private pool and lots of room for 31 people. Perfect for weddings/events too! Wide open spaces throughout and plenty of room for everyone to relax and experience a vacation they will never forget. That includes your four-legged family member too! (Pet Fee required)
Just steps from this home are the emerald green waters and sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach. If you want a break from the beach just stroll back to the house for a nice, cool dip in the private pool. It's the best of both worlds! Enjoy tons of outdoor seating areas to soak up the beautiful Florida sunshine or head inside and curl up on the sofa and listen to the soothing sounds of the gulf waves lapping up on the shore as you dive into the adventure of a good book. Whatever your dreams are for a great beach vacation, this home seems to have it all.
The main level of this home offers an open floor plan and features a large kitchen, dining area and spacious living room. The kitchen has a great deal of countertop space and offers all stainless steel appliances, contemporary finishes and plenty of seating for everyone. On this main level is a bedroom with one king bed en-suite (sleeps 2) and in the den area are two amazing floor to ceiling bunk beds (1 twin over twin bunk and 1 full over full bunk - sleeps 6). The second full bathroom is located in this area and features a walk-in shower. Another bedroom offers a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle as well as a full daybed with twin trundle (sleeps 8). The last bedroom on this level features one king bed (sleeps 2).
On the ground-floor level is another fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, a large sink, and island with barstools and a dining table. This space also has a living room with 2 comfortable sofas as well as a large, flat screen TV. Just down the hall is a bedroom with one king bed (sleeps 2) and a bedroom with two queens (sleeps 4) which has an en-suite bathroom featuring an amazing walk-in shower. The last bedroom has two queen beds plus a triple twin bunk bed (sleeps 7) and the second bathroom features a tub/shower combination.
The pool is located on the north side of the home and features a nice seating area with a gas grill and an outdoor shower for rinsing off the beach. This home truly has everything. Beautiful views, easy access to the beach, open spaces throughout, luxury living with comfort in mind and just about every amenity to ensure you will have the vacation you have always wanted!

This beautiful home was everything the description displayed from seven bedrooms to two separate kitchens, which was great for teens, to basement area with bikes and games. We could watch our group walk to the beach and our view was awesome. We love this area! We’ll be back next year!

We rent 1-2 times a year from Paradise and this is by far the most beautiful home to date. Great location, directly across the street from the beach. The pool was a lifesaver with all the kids after time at the beach. The house has a ping pong table, 10+ bikes if all sizes, paddle boards, beach toys, pool toys- Everything you need. The upstairs is more than equipped for all of your cooking needs and a great gathering area for the families. Downstairs is a little house with 3 bedrooms and 7+ beds with a full kitchen and 2 full baths. All bedding is super comfy and clean.
We will be back for sure.

The house was amazing and the proximity to the (what seemed like a private) beach was just a few short steps across the street. We didn’t realize the home had a separate “mother in law” suite, but it really added some separation and privacy we enjoyed. We had a whole second kitchen we never needed to use. Only complaint would be the need for an extra half bath on the main floor. We loved this house!

We rented this six bedroom house for my wife and I, our four adult sons and their wives, and seven grandkids. It was an experiment to see if everyone could get along with each other for a week. The house provided plenty of room to spread out, a large kitchen to fix meals for the entire groups, and a short walk to a very nice beach. I'd go back there anytime.

The house was amazing. Tons of space for all 17 of us. The kitchen was so open and well stocked with appliances and dishes. The pool and hot tub were great retreats from the beach. Having bedrooms on the first floor helped with our handicapped folks in addition to a boardwalk to the beach right across the street. Kevin Hayes found us the PERFECT place!!

Good experience, great views, Wonderful long weekend with family.
The house is in a perfect location and the front deck with a view of the water is spectacular! Our kids loved all of the yard space to play. The open living area, dining area, and kitchen created space for a wonderful family time! We will be back for sure!
