The main floor welcomes you with an open kitchen featuring a gas cooktop, a large island that invites everyone to gather, and a full dining table that easily handles big breakfasts or seafood feasts. The adjoining living area keeps family time effortless, while a second spacious living room becomes the perfect kids’ hangout and offers extra sleeping space thanks to a queen sleeper sofa.
Sleeping arrangements are comfortable and convenient. The primary suite boasts a king bed and a private bath. One guest room provides a queen bed that also has a private bath, another has two twin-over-twin bunks that younger travelers will love, and a fourth bedroom offers an additional king bed. Both bedrooms share a full bath with shower/tub combo.
Step outside to a generous deck overlooking the gulf where morning coffee and evening sunsets feel extra special. Beneath the home, a shaded porch with plenty of seating is ideal for games, grilling, and easy conversations after a long, fun-filled day at the beach. We had a wonderful stay at Ariola 901 - Dune R Thang! The home is spacious, clean, and filled with natural light, with unbeatable views of the Gulf. The location is perfect — just steps from the beach, making it easy to enjoy morning walks and sunset views. We visited our son and his fiancée who live in Pensacola and loved shopping at Joe Patti’s for fresh seafood, which we cooked in the well-stocked kitchen several times during our stay.
The only downside was the comfort of the beds and pillows — they were very firm and could definitely use an upgrade to match the rest of the home's comfort and appeal.
Other than that, everything about the home was great. The layout was ideal for relaxing and gathering as a family, and the direct beach access made it feel like our own private getaway. We'd absolutely consider staying here again with a few updates to the sleeping arrangements.

I sent this review to our Operations Manager and the since your stay we have installed 4 inch thick gel mattress toppers on the beds and have replaced all the pillows in the home. We really do appreciate your feedback. It helps us to improve the quality of our guest stays. Please know though, that we are always available to our guests should you need anything. We would have been more than happy to have sent someone to the house with new pillows and some nice bed toppers to ensure your comfort. We're here to work for you! The house and beach location were crazy good! Enjoyed the big living spaces, kitchen, and the deck and patio areas. Very comfortable. Loved it and can't wait to go back!
The house is in a great location, and very spacious! We had plenty of room, inside and out to hang out and relax! The house was immaculate, well stocked, and we really enjoyed the large kitchen. The weather was perfect to walk across the street to the beach. We will definitely stay here again next year when visiting our friends!
