This house had everything needed for a great vacation. There were 10 adults 3 of those were 13,15,17 . The teens were happy too. We had 3 toddlers 2 yr old and two 4 yr olds . First time at beach for them and they loved it. The elevator helped so much. Two 75+ adults. Pool was large not used much but if it matters very nice pool. Two large gulf front balconies. Had to be on top floor balcony for view of surf hitting the sand and watching kiddos. No cover over that balcony but not an issue for us. The covered area downstairs for beach gear was so convenient. Mindful of multiple entry ways to house that we felt needed to be locked at night but just our over cautious nature. The area was lovely and very quiet . Not far from restaurants and attractions for all ages. This was a discovery trip for the area for us. In the past we have vacationed in Seaside areas. No need to drive the extra couple of hours . The water here was beautiful. Saw dolphins daily and maybe a shark or two. Fishing for fun was tried caught a few and released of course. Only thing I would have like to have had was a boardwalk over the dune for ease in getting to beach. But not a complaint. House was clean. So many conveniences . Will hopefully return and will recommend to anyone needing a house this large. Beds were comfortable , no complaints heard. One chair while comfy was partly held together with tape. Not a concern but maybe could be updated. The fact that we would return with joy says it all!

The house was amazing and the views were even better. This house has it all, well stocked and all the room you could ask for. The management company was very responsive and easy to work with. The mother/daughter trip we took was one for the memory books --- highly recommend this location.

Our entire family of 10 returned to visit Pensacola for a week. We come every year for a beach trip! (This was our first time staying in this specific house.) We loved sitting on the deck facing the ocean in the mornings and evenings, and swimming in the pool after a hot day at the beach.

The kitchen was well stocked with dishes/pots/pans for meal preparation. The bedrooms all contained a sleeper sofa (if needed) and the ten of us had plenty of room to enjoy our family trip.

My young adult children loved the upstairs "apartment style" set up with coffee maker, coffee bar, fridge, sink, and den sitting area in the middle of 4 bedrooms.

We booked the house again for next summer before leaving to drive home to Georgia!!

We are a family of 14, 7 adults & 7 children from 2 yrs to 71 yrs and we were very happy with our choice of houses and vacation spots this year. The house was very clean, kitchen had about all one needs, plenty of room and the layout of the home was perfect. The home was advertised as having a heated pool, but...that's debatable. It's geothermally heated, which is useless. Don't base your decision on the heated pool! We were able to use it 1 day out of 6 because it was freezing! If it rains and cools the water the least bit, you can't get in it. BUT, we managed without it and had a wonderful time. There were a few minor items that needed attention inside the house and when we checked out I left those with the rental company to be fixed. Also, the garage area underneath the home is great to have to lay all your beach things after a wonderful day by the water. By the way, you practically have your own private beach!

I have been coming to Pensacola Beach every year since 1986 and my husband has been coming since he was a small boy. We have stayed in various homes over the years, but if you have a large family, this house is perfect. It's very spacious and well appointed. Joe and his crew at Paradise are wonderful to work with as well. Did I mention that the pool is fabulous?! Thank you, Paradise, for another wonderful week in paradise!

The house was beautiful. The pool was perfect size and a lot of fun! We were lucky to have it as the weather and the ocean did not cooperate with us. We would definitely use this property again! This was our first time getting a home directly on the beach so red flag conditions all week were disappointing, but the pool helped to get us our fun and sun time. My daughter and her wedding were beautiful despite Mother Nature.

This was the easiest beach trip I have ever booked. Booking was simple, the staff was so easy to work with. The home was beautiful and clean and the location could not have been any better. The bedrooms were spacious and the living/kitchen area were open and provided a great area for all the family togetherness we wanted! The balconies provided the perfect view of the Blue Angels and sunsets and the access to the beach was just a few steps from the home to the water. The pool was geothermal so perfect temp for cooler weather. And of course the elevator/ADA complaint bathroom made it easy for my 84 yr old mom to enjoy every inch of the home. We will be back!

The house was beautiful and we all loved the layout of the house! Having a den area on the second floor was wonderful, the young ones could stay up watching tv while us grandparents went to bed early!!! We also loved the pool area, the pool was a great size that all 12 of us could be in there at the same time and not feel crowded. The kitchen was well equipped and the beach was beautiful and right there in the backyard!

All aspects of this rental was perfect, except the hammock had a huge hole, no problem, my bed was good. Ladies in the office were very profession and understanding. We will be back, perfect house for my clan. BTW, we were a returning customer.

this is 4th year we've stayed in this house. once again it was a fantastic rental. the addition of the pool was fabulous. we really enjoyed it because there was a lot of seaweed in the Gulf.
i highly recommend this house.

This beach house was a wonderful setting to a family reunion celebrating my mother's 90th birthday. The weather was absolutely perfect (I'm from Pensacola, so know what to expect) I had three criteria for a house: beach front, elevator, with a bedroom for each person/couple. We all like to cook in our family and didn't find the kitchen lacking. We really liked the kitchen layout - lots of space with room to work. We arrived Saturday and found some of the burners on the grill not working; PBH replaced it so we could use it for dinner that evening. PBH was very responsive to my calls. The house could use some touch-up painting in the interior but did not detract from our enjoyment. Best thing about the house was sitting on the porch watching the waves with a cold beverage. Very relaxing. I would definitely consider renting this house again on a future trip.

Great house and perfect for our family. We have rented with Paradise Beach rentalsl for 14 years and they are great! The kitchen was short on some basic cooking & baking dishes. Would like to be able to check in before 5pm. It used to be 3pm. Overall a great house and management company.

Perfect house for our family. Ages ranged from 1-91. Having the elevator was great for my mom and dad. We loved the porches and spent most of the time outside on them. We are planning on going back in the spring.

We have been to Pensacola Beach many times but this was the best house we have ever stayed in by far. The location was perfect close enough to the boardwalk and restaurants but far enough away to have that private feel. The decor and accommodations were fantastic and the on-suite bathrooms were a huge plus on wedding day...everyone was able to get ready without scheduling hassles. My only issue was the kitchen was not as well stocked as other houses we have rented. It was not an big issue but worth noting if you are wanting to eat in at lot. Paradise Beach Rental personnel were fantastic and gave us all the attention we needed at check in and check out. I will not hesitate to use Paradise Beach Rentals again and hope I can rent this house because it was simply amazing!

904 Ariola was a nicely modern and spacious location for our beach wedding and wedding party. Paradise is truely exceptional at what they do and we would welcome to rent from them again. Our stay was cut short by Mother Nature which kept things interesting for us. Paradise once again took care of us. Only item of note, if you plan to have a DJ at your event/party, the neighbor will not hesitate to get the police at your door for the slightest infraction to the noise ordinance. FYI only

Great house! Will stay here again. This was our 13th year to rent from Paradise Beach and are always satisfied with our rental. This house was the best so far.

we always have a wonderful time at the beach. the house is wonderful but we missed the beach hours because of the weather.

We very much enjoyed our time in this home. The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed a long weekend with our families & held our small wedding in this home. We'll forever remember our stay here. Thank you so much!

P.S. The shower in one of the upstairs master suites (on the back right corner) leaks very badly.

This was the best Beach House we have stayed in. And the rental experience with Paradise Beach Homes was excellent from the 1st phone call, to picking up the keys to the check out. They were all very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Could not have asked for a better experience.

the house was amazing & the location was great. however, for a house that sleeps 25 people, i would think the hot water would go a little bit longer.

This house is amazing! Certainly designed for convenience......especially for a large group! At times we were 17 (10 adults and 7 children)......we never felt as though we were on top of each other. Great home.......wish it were mine!

1000% perfect. Everything is new. If you are going to Pensacola Beach, you have to be right on the gulf. We were a small group (only 5 of us - one night we had 6). Would be great for large group. We thought the elevator would be a luxury - but it became a necessity. Carrying luggage and Sam's Club food & drink was a breeze.
Paradise Beach Homes Property management was outstanding. We like to do a very thorough search for our rental homes - they (Donna @ PBH!!) answered every question we had. Love the goodie bag they gave us when we checked in. Very organized company.

Had booked 600 stools origannly bu construction was going on! When we left message Sunday to complain-Russel asst mgr showed up Mon morning and gave us 904 which was much quieter! So Paradise Beach homes did the right thing!
