Lots of room to get a large group together or spread out into smaller groups. Two living room areas, large porch areas, lots of kitchen and dining space (including three refrigerators and two dishwashers).Close easy access to the beach and a pool! Master bath on each floor has a spa like walk in shower. Lots of storage everywhere. Located very near lots of great restaurants and grocery stores and other shopping areas. Also close to the old fort which is a nice way to spend an afternoon. Check-in and out were seamless and very friendly.

The house at 907 Ariola was brand new! The floor plan was perfect. Open and each room had a bathroom to use. 4 en-suite and 2 in the hall at but right outside the bedroom. Each room Had a king and extr beds. The upstairs has a small kitchen as well. . The location is right across a quiet street. The entrance is only 2 houses over. The only slightly negative is that the backyard is all sand and no shade. That maybe because they hadn't gotten to that. All in all it is a fantasprpery. I will certainly stay here again in the near future. The property manager had great customer service.

We had a great time at 907 Ariola! We were six couples that attended college together and met up for a reunion in Pensacola Beach. Some had not seen each other in over thirty years! This house was perfect because it had six bedrooms, all with a comfortable king sized bed, and six bathrooms. The large living space and two large dining room tables ensured that all of us could gather and have plenty of room. Not only is the house spacious, it was tastefully decorated and spotless. It had plenty of utensils, plates, bowls, pots and pans, wine glasses and coffee cups for large groups. Would love to make this an annual event at this home! Highly recommend!
