This spacious, upscale 4 Bedroom, 4 bath home is located in the gated community of Santa Rosa Villa Estates. It offers a community pool and pier and is just steps to the emerald green waters and white sandy beaches.
With a large front porch area and open living space this home is a wonderful place for you and your family to enjoy a relaxing vacation! Lots of windows throughout to let the Florida sunshine in and plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen offers all stainless steel appliances, a gas stove top, double ovens and a large island. It also has two beverage coolers and a Keurig! Just off the kitchen is the most wonderful little dining nook. It's an amazing place to enjoy your morning coffee and talk over breakfast with the family! To make this kitchen even more incredible it even opens to the back patio for al fresco dining. It also has a coffee bar/cocktail bar. The first guest bedroom is also located on this level and has 1 Queen bed and a full private bath with a shower/tub combo. All of the bedrooms in this home are very large!
The master bedroom offers 1 King and is located on the upper level, with double doors leading to a private covered patio with amazing double-water views, the ideal place to relax and read your favorite book. It also has two swings and two chairs so everyone can enjoy the views. The en-suite bathroom has double vanities, a garden tub, and a separate stand-alone shower. Two additional guest bedrooms, with 1 Queen bed in each, are also located on this level and have their own private bathrooms as well. One bathroom offers a shower/tub combo and the other has a stand-alone shower.
This home is located right in between the emerald green waters in the Gulf of Mexico and the calm and peaceful Santa Rosa Sound. After a fun filled day at the beach enjoy the convenience of the outdoor shower area where you can quickly rinse off those sandy toes. Within this gated community is a pool and a pier too so don't forget to bring your flip flops and fishing poles with you. This beautiful home also offers an elevator, to help family members that need assistance, to each floor with ease. (Elevator for medical use only).

We stayed here in June with our son, DIL and their four small children. It was a a perfect location, gated, quiet and a short walk to either the beach, the sound or the pool. The house is beautiful and functional. Paradise Beach Property rentals was very responsive to our needs when a couple needed of items weren't found on the property. We were very happy with this choice!

We had a wonderful experience at this home. It was so comfortable and very well equipped. The view was spectacular and the porch furniture was perfect. We enjoyed the week in the neighborhood since our family was staying in other house. It is very convenient.

This house has been the best one we've stayed in. The house was extremely clean and well stocked. The layout of the house was perfect for our family. The rental unit was in a small gated community a couple of miles east of downtown, making for a quiet stay. The unit itself seemed brand new and was perfect for our six family members. The neighborhood pier was great for fishing, and the beach was a very short walk away.

This was our first time renting a home on the FL panhandle for our family vacation. The home was beautiful with great furnishings and plenty of room for everyone. The location was a 5 minute walk to the beach. The beach location was not very crowded at all. We had heard from others that the FL beaches are crowded but we had 100-200 feet to the next sunbathers. It was hot in the sun and we are glad we took a 10' canopy to provide some shade. Overall a great time.

We needed a comfortable place to stay while my son had surgery in gulf breeze and this fit the bill perfectly! We had one small issue with a thermostat and the mgmt team sent the friendliest tech out immediately to resolve the issue. We enjoyed our stay and the check in/out process was easy. Would definitely recommend the company and the house! Looking forward to our next visit!

We spent the most beautiful week in this lovely home. There were 7 of us and we had plenty room. The house is tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable for a large group. The kitchen and dining area are fantastic! The house is perfectly nestled between the Gulf and the Santa Rosa sound. It even has a neighborhood pool. HIGHLY recommend this property!!
We had a fabulous vacation at this house. We have been staying here for about 6 years. It’s perfect for our family. It’s well stocked and very comfortable. However, this year the downstairs AC wasn’t working properly but I’m sure it will be fixed by the time we return next year.
