This home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and offers plenty of space to spread out. The sleeping arrangements are ideal with the primary suite featuring a King bed and private access to the third-floor balcony, while a second bedroom also offers a cozy King. The third bedroom includes two Full beds—perfect for kids or friends to share—and the fourth bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with a Queen bed, a Twin bed with a Twin trundle.
Enjoy access to the neighborhood’s brand-new community pool and private pier on the Sound — ideal for swimming, fishing, or simply watching the sunset.
Inside, the home features a large open-concept living area, perfect for gathering after a day at the beach. Multiple balconies offer quiet spots for morning coffee or evening cocktails with a view. There's also a convenient outdoor shower and covered porch space on the ground level.
Just a short stroll to the sand and surf, this home is perfectly positioned for beach days, family dinners, and laid-back coastal living.

This really was the cutest little beach house. The kitchen had everything you could need...both Keurig & drip coffee makers, countertop ice maker, air fryer, plenty of pots/pans/bakeware/flatware/plates, etc. The beds were super comfy, plenty of linens, just be prepared to spread shower times out... hot water runs out fairly quickly. The location is excellent in a quiet little neighborhood, only a couple miles from shops/restaurants. All in all, it was a fabulous stay!

We have rented in this neighborhood many times, this was one of our favorite homes and accommodated our group of 12 easily. We had great access to pool, sound and beach. Great meals and games in the common room. Kayak and paddle board access a bonus.

Paradise Beach Homes
Updated home in a gated subdivision next to The Portofino. Public beach access is across the street, a short walk away but better if you drive and park in lot with plenty of of parking spaces. House comes with may beach chairs and gear so you don’t have to pack anything. Kids enjoyed the pier in the bay across the street and used the provided paddle boards and kayak, which helped break up those “beach days”.
