Via De Luna 109 - Soundz Amazing

This house was the perfect place for our spring break trip with kids and grandkids. The four bedrooms and two bathrooms gave us plenty of space with one of the rooms having four bunkbeds. Bathrooms had plenty of towels, and there were extra linens and pillows in the closets. The kitchen was fully equipped with absolutely everything we needed from, cups, plates, bowls, wine glasses, 2 coffee pots, toaster, cutting boards, silverware, knives, food storage containers, pots pans, spatulas, dish soap, towels, sponges, and so much more! There’s a full-size washer and dryer in the hallway closet that made it convenient to do a couple of loads of laundry toward the end of the week. Outside was not only the awesome pool, but also picnic tables, chairs, loungers, a propane grill and the cutest little cabana that my granddaughter turned into her lemonade stand to serve the family from. The view and the pier was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed sitting out there so much watching the birds, ducks, stingrays, boats, and even dolphins! Although some other areas on the beach were a little crowded. We had our own slice of heaven and privacy right back there on the sound side. we heard music in the distance a couple of times from nearby restaurants, but it wasn’t bothersome at all. It was actually really cool and fun to hear. The location is super convenient to stores, restaurants, the main boardwalk and other nightlife in the area. We loved it so much. No one wanted to leave! We’ve already booked it for another week this summer. We can’t wait to return!

We loved our stay at your waterfront beach house. It was beautiful every day to watch the sunsets. We had plenty of room for our family. The kids loved the bunk beds and TV in their room. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the cooking essentials. We loved that our dog could also stay with us. It was quiet and relaxing. Thank you for opening your home to us. My family of 7 stayed along with 2 dogs and it was a great home. The pool is where we spent most of the time and it was perfect. For the price it really can't be beat. The toughest part was with the dogs only because there are not many full grassy areas around so it took a while for them to do their business. But the area was quiet, the house was clean and we would definitely stay there again!

We came to Pensacola for my bachelorette weekend with 9 girls, and we had the best time at Soundz Amazing! First of all, the views are spectacular. We saw dolphins and stingrays off the dock. The pool was perfect and well kept, and there were plenty of chairs! The tiki bar was a nice touch too! The location was so convenient as well. We were able to walk a lot of places, or hop in the car for a short 1-2 minute drive. We were big fans of Flounders, Bamboo Willies (GO CHIEFS), and The Break. We also did a brewery hop in downtown Pensacola and loved the vibes off all the bars there. We couldn't recommend are stay more.

This is our second time staying at this house. It is by far the best location on the island! We often vacation in Pensacola Beach and this house is special. There are dolphins that hunt just off our pier and we've seen a sting ray as well. We're steps away from shops and restaurants. Check out the Sneaky Tiki beach bar, the Paradise (great food and live music) and our favorite Flounders & Crabs. The private beach area my grandchildren love as well as the pool. The house has had some really nice updates since our last visit. The décor has been updated, it's been painted and the towels are far nicer than they used to be. The management company is excellent to work with and really make the entire rental experience seamless. I would highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing time staying at this lovely home. The home was clean and comfortable and had plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 kiddos. The pool was perfect and we enjoyed sitting out at the end of the fishing peir watching sting rays swim by and dolphins play. Everything was close by yet we were nestled in an area that felt very private. One of the best vacation spots we've ever stayed.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! Right on the sound with a great little beach spot and a nice dock, it was perfect for all of us. The inside was spacious for our 2 families and everyone loved the pool. The home is a short walk to dining and activities, plus it was easy access to the ocean side. Also a reasonable drive, about 10 minutes, to the closest Publix grocery. Being next to the water treatment plant, there was the occasional odor, but it was not long lasting and we would certainly stay here again. Linens were clean, beds and furniture were comfy. We also really enjoyed all of the outdoor seating. Plenty of cookware and utensils, even a working grill. We did bring our dog to this pet friendly home and there was lots of green space nearby for walking him. Only thing I would suggest is a runner for the floor in a few spots as the floor was a bit slick for him but he managed fine. Other than that, this was a wonderful week vacation and can't wait to come back!

We enjoyed the whole week at this property. This home is tucked away which was really nice and our private small beach area was an added bonus. All of the staff were great. We had an issue with a light and they came over and took care of it in a timely manner. It is close to everything. the beach was a few blocks away. The sunsets were amazing. We watched dolphins in the evening and parasailing all day from our patio. The home is stocked very well. I searched for reviews before coming to find out what all was included in the kitchen and if there were pool floats and found any reviews that identified what the home actually had. The kitchen is fully stocked. There was plenty of plastic plates, bowls and cups. There is a toaster oven, regular toaster, blender, crockpot, grilling and cooking utensils, coffee pot along with a Keurig. They even have bags outside to clean up after your dog does their business. There is also a second full size refrigerator in the downstairs storage area which was awesome for when we were hanging out at the pool. There are several pool floats and noodles. My recommendations would be to add a stand up fan for the living/kitchen area to help keep that area cool (we purchased one and it made a HUGE difference), a small countertop ice maker, a ceiling fan is needed in the one guest room, gates at the top of both stairs would be nice to have especially with small children and pets. The grill burners need to be replaced. We were concerned about being next to the water treatment plant, there was a couple of days we had an awful smell, however it really depended on which direction the breeze was coming from.
All in all we LOVED this location and home and look forward to our next visit in PCB!

Absolutely loved this house. Everything about the house is what we were looking for. From the spacious bedrooms, beautiful kitchen/living area to the deck, pool and pier. Shops and restaurants were walking distance and that was a huge plus. The only thing I wished they had, was a gate of some sort on the upstairs deck before the stairs. Highly recommend this house and we will definitely be booking this house again!

We didn't originally plan to stay on the sound side of the island but our first property underwent renovations that were running behind. But this house and location didn't disappoint! We will definitely be going back.

Great rental. Perfect location to everything. We had a full house of adults and it worked out perfectly. We were also able to rent a pontoon for the week and keep it right on the excellent dock. Would definitely recommend this house. Also, huge plus having the rental company within walking distance to answer any questions, pickup and drop off keys etc.

This house has all the amenities for a comfortable stay along with an amazing outdoor space. We loved having the pool and dock and enjoyed a couple of mornings with dolphin sightings. Everything is within a close walk. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved the house and location. With the dock and pool never have to leave. But after dinner a great ice cream store is only 30 seconds away. House is conveniently located and only a short walk to anything.

This was the absolute best vacation rental I have ever stayed in. The private, waterfront pool area is amazing and you can walk to everything! The house was very clean and perfectly laid out. We were nervous about the potential smell of the water treatment plant next door, but never smelled any type of odor! It is a bit of an eye sore, but hey, one less neighbor!

The Paradise Homes staff were very professional and kind. They even gave us an awesome welcome bag, and check-in/out process was a breeze!

My ONLY complaint is that check-in is 5pm and check out is 10am... I feel like check-in should be earlier or checkout should be later. We felt kinda robbed of time on those days, especially since the house is amazing and we wanted to maximize our time there.

This house was amazing. Access directly to the water for fishing, laying out and swimming in the bay. The pool was a bonus for the kids. There was something for everyone all in the same space.

Excellent for families. There is a door between living space and hall with the bedrooms. The outside space makes this house worth every cent. The pool is fully fenced and littles can’t open the gates. The sandy area is like having a private beach during low tides. Easy walk to shops. Our only complaints 1. A gate added to garage area from pool would be nice 2. No covered stairs, we found ourselves trying to unload in pouring rain several times.

As a long-time Pensacola Beach visitor, I was very impressed with the convenient location of this house, but mostly with the wonderful beach! We were there with our kids and small grandchildren and this private pool and private beach gave them hours of safe water fun. Especially since the Gulf was full of algae, we had our own clean and safe beach right behind our house. The 4 br/2 ba worked well for us as we only had 4 adults but would be a problem for larger groups with more adults. The covered back porch gave us a great place for meals and watching the boats go by. The tiki hut was a fun backyard addition as well. Having the pier and accessible beach made renting a boat a nice addition as we were able to drop off and pick up directly at our house. Some small details management/owner might want to address: Bench seating in dining room difficult(switch to chairs), kitchen needs wine glasses and Keurig, first bathroom has a loose towel rack, please add mirrors in bedrooms, please add more hanging hooks in bathrooms and bedrooms,switch the double bed to a queen,would be nice to have ceiling fans in all bedrooms and back porch, add a vacuum cleaner. Wonderful experience here....will return!

The house had a great view of the water and the bridge onto Pensacola Beach. The rental company was also very accommodating.

We managed to park 3 pickup trucks, 3 motorcycle trailers, and 5 motorcycles at the house.

This was the first time we we're able to take a vacation with our adult children and their spouses and it was awesome. The house was in a great location, very clean and comfortable. The staff we're very informative. We we're given the wrong keys but I was able to call the office and Russell personally drove to the property to bring us the correct keys. The people around us in the neighboring homes we're very nice. Overall our experience was fantastic. We will definitely use Paradise Homes for our next vacation to the area.

Great vacation as always with Paradise. This group always goes the extra mile to ensure your vacation goes the way you would want it to. 12 years in a row we have used Paradise and will use no one else!

The office staff were so kind and helpful. Took a little longer than expected to check in but it was due to the cleaning lady. Who ended up being ill so that may be the reason for the delay. We had an amazing time and would recommend this property to anyone!

Relaxing vacation with a great view and comfortable accommodations. Everything was clean and serviceable and the location was excellent for fishing, dining, the beach and other activities.

We rented this home for a multi-family group. There was plenty of room for all of us. We went in late June and found there was a lot of seaweed on beachside(I'm sure probably just that time of year). However, the bayside (right at our backdoor) was an excellent place to swim, fish, kayak, etc. There is also a small beach area to set up chairs and get sun. The long pier was a hit also. I recommend visiting the boardwalk area. The only downfall was the traffic on the island on Saturday. Other than than that our stay was great and would definately recommend this home!!!

We enjoyed our stay at the beach house. Only problems we found was that the steps going down to the water were covered with alge and very slippery, and the pier had some nails that were sticking up. Overall it was a very nice place, and we plan on visiting again in the future.

The home was comfortable and perfectly located for me and 9 friends. We could easily get to the beaches, restaurants, and shopping, as well as groceries and other necessities. The view from the back deck and the dock (and the fishing!) were excellent. I would happily rent this home again.

Third time staying at this property in the last 3 years. Great home in a great location that accepts pets and has its own private beach on the sound front. Very minor issues this trip with outdoor lights being burned out and a smoke detector in one bedroom that kept chirping because the battery needed to be replaced. It was after 5pm on checkin day, so the maintenance staff couldn't get to it until the next day and then after a second call when no one had shown up by 1pm that following day. Master bathroom throw rug is old and dingy (the same one for three years) and needs to be replaced. Bed comforters have been replaced so we're not quite sure why this very obvious, dirty rug has not been (or at least laundered). Home is next to a sewerage treatment plant, hence the owners have a sign on a lower, outside wall that displays the name, "Sewerside". Never an issue for us - no noise and no odors. Don't like the early checkout time of 10am and late checkin time of 5pm. Checkout time should be 11am and checkin time should be 3pm, in our opinion, year round for the price being paid.

The furniture could be updated. The couch had duct tape around the corner. The screen over the window behind the kitchen table was torn and the carpets were filthy. However, the location was marvelous. I would stay there again.
