We enjoyed our stay during our annual beach staycation. The house was near perfect for our entire family. The outdoor living space was phenomenal; the dock made watching the sunsets every evening even more magical and the outdoor kitchen and lounge area was the perfect space to cool down with a drink in your hand. The kids (and adults!) had fun in the game room and the pool and hot tub were a hit as well. Prepping and cooking family meals were easy as the kitchen had everything we needed and more.

This home brought lots of fun memories with family and friends, would definitely stay again. We had 4 families and there was more than enough space. Game room was fun for everyone with shuffleboard table, foosball and ping pong. Kids enjoyed the bay, but spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. The pier was very nice and although the boat lift wasn’t available, we were able to tie the boat up next to it which was very convenient. The house is walking distance to souvenir shops and convenience store. We did have an issue with the dryer, but management company had someone there almost immediately and had it fixed. Overall great week, just went by too fast!!

We loved the pool and my son in law and grandkids loved the private dock . They fished everyday from sun up to late at night . The view from the deck was amazing . The sunrise and sunsets were breathtaking. I am usually home sick by day 3 but I hated to leave here even after 7 days . The property managers were great . We only had a couple of small issues and they sent people out immediately.. I can’t express how wonderful this place is ... like I said we will definitely be back . Thank you to the owners for sharing their beautiful home with us .

What a unique beautiful property! Amenities were outstanding. Great outdoor sitting areas, private pool area, right on the sound with a boat/fishing pier. We didn't need to leave the property for much. Walking distance to the beach and shopping/eating. This is not your typical beach rental. Owner was very accessible and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this property.

This house was perfect for our busy family. It worked well for the different families, and we all had a blast. There was enough space, indoors and outdoors, for everyone to spread out or be together. The only thing I would suggest is to get the front twin-bed bedroom insulated. It was very hot, even with the fans going.

My family stayed in this beautiful beach home over the Thanksgiving holiday. It is truly amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. It has so much space. Everything from the master bathroom with the steam shower, the whole house sound system, the hot tub, game room to the kitchen was awesome! It was too cold for us to use the pool or get into the bay or go to the beach but in warmer weather that would just make this place even more like heaven! I would recommend this beach home to everyone! This is where we want to stay every time we come to the beach!

Terrific place for a vacation. We enjoyed the property very much and hardly left it. There are many fantastic places to eat in walking distance, but we chose to hangout and cook on site instead. Had a great time.

This is a lovely home, well furnished and attractive, but I have one major criticism described below. Despite a tropical storm that brought rain for 3 days of our week long stay, our family reunion spread across this house and 2 other waterfront homes did very well. The covered decks, large great room, dining, and kitchen, and the game room downstairs allowed us to adapt to the wind and rain outside. On non-rainy days we enjoyed the home's pool, private dock, and multiple outdoor eating and gathering places, as well as its convenient location.
The one criticism: The home advertises itself as 5 bedrooms, but it really is not. The 5th "bedroom" is actually an enclosed room that was once apparently a porch of some kind. Although it has one AC vent into the area, the room was not well insulated and was, thus, too warm. It also had no closet and only a small bedside chest with small drawers, certainly not a dresser for storing clothes and toiletries. This room had to share a bathroom which required walking through the kitchen, dining, and main part of the house. And yet the room had no place to even hang a bathrobe!
We also had some issues with the plumbing in one of the shared bathrooms and had to call the rental agency on two occasions.
It would be more accurate to describe the home as 4 bedrooms and a "study" furnished with twin beds for children, or even a pullout couch. We had 10 adults and 1 child in the home and my 2 widowed sisters had to stay in this 5th "bedroom." They did not find it satisfactory at all.

House was very nice and clean.

This is the fourth time our group has rented this property. This trip like the previous two was great. Our group has three couples and seven children ages 3-11. Each time we stay everything is always very well maintained and items are usually upgraded before we notice that they need to be. Check in and check out is very easy. I enjoy the property because it allows the kids to be outside and enjoy the vacation. Some like the pool, others like the bay and the beach is a quick and easy walk for those who want to do that. There is enough room in the house for the kids to spread out while allowing the adults to relax as well.As the children get older they enjoy fishing off the dock. We bought a crab trap at the local bait shop and they really enjoyed seeing what we caught every morning when they woke up. It is also enjoyable for the adults to fish in the evening while socializing on the dock. We would catch a few fish every night which was nice. If you are interested in catching fish to eat I would suggest getting a long handle net as you will be challenged to get the speckled trout to the dock without them shaking the hook out of water.In short I would not hesitate to rent this property for a fifth time.

This home is absolutely wonderful! So glad we stumbled upon this jewel on the beach! We have always rented on the gulf side of the beach but this magnificent sound front retreat trumps them all! Very conveniently located, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. My husband and I stayed here for two weeks and loved every minute! You will not be disappointed in this house!

Between the pool, sound, shuffle board, ping pong, darts, pin ball, hot tub, outdoor bar, view from upper deck, the boat house or the proximity to Paradise Bar and Grill, there is literally something for everyone. Equipped with enough outdoor seating for over 70 people this is the ultimate house to entertain family and guests. Communication with David the owner was second to none. I could go on and on. I've stayed at multiple houses on the beach, some for months at a time and this house will be my first choice from now on. I'm booking again for the fall. You will not be disappointed.

Was so nice to have good communication with David, the owner, throughout the booking and staying process.--Even when he was out of the country! It's clear he takes pride in his home and cares that his visitors have a great, hassle-free time. This is a FABULOUS home!There were 11 of us in our family gathering for our Spring Break. (March 10-15) Unfortunately the weather was awful--cold and rainy every day. (NOT the norm for Pensacola). But a wonderful testament to the house--we still had an awesome time. There were four kids ages 6-13 among us and they had a blast dividing their time between the hot tub and the game area in the garage. The kids and all the adults had daily and nightly ping pong and shuffleboard "tournaments"! There are 4 bikes that we put to use also with short, easy, enjoyable rides around the area (as long as we were zipped up and bundled in our hoodies) ;) The boardwalk area is super close and the beach area is just across the street--Lots of things easy and quick to get to for all involved.We used the grill each night and the spacious, updated kitchen was nice to make and have most all other meals and snacks in too. There is also a smaller kitchen downstairs that was also convenient. One evening the weather was ok and we were able to eat out on the upper patio looking out across the water--It was gorgeous! That was just one of MANY table and chairs options surrounding the entire house outside. Another short window we had of ok weather (albeit chilly), the kids waded out off the back of the house along the rocks and along the dock and collected seashells and had other kinds of fun. It was nice to have shallow, calm waters right off the deck.We're still so so bummed about our bad luck with the bad weather---There was so much more we could've done with all the fabulous amenities the house offers for endless outdoor fun. Hopefully there can be a next time...and it'll be dry with lots of sunshine!We would most definitely recommend this house for what would be an awesome vacation!

Our family has vacationed many times at both Destin and on Pensacola Beach. You will seldom find a home or location as nice as this! It is truly a beautiful home with an even more beautiful view! The porch off the den is both large and luxurious, as well as covered. You are only steps to the sound as well as a short walk to the Gulf of Mexico. Entertainment center and surround sound abound in each room. The game room and pool are options and fun both day and night. This was our second vacation here and really had a wonderful time!

It's hard to put into words. The place is a North Florida palace. It can comfortably sleep 6 grown men or 2 family's of 4. It's a 50 yard walk to the Native Café parking lot to take shuttle rides or ride the bikes furnished by the homeowner. Our boat guides came right to our dock for pick up and drop off. We rarely drove.The interiors, pool, outdoor spaces and openness were more than we imagined. The Paradise Rental company was very accommodating. We hope to stay here again...and again...and again.

Our family vacation at this beautiful home was like PARADISE! The week we spent at this rental was beyond our expectations. There was plenty of room for all of us, whether we were inside or outside. The home is furnished beautifully, and we all felt at home immediately. The landscaping gives it a lush tropical feel. The pool was perfect for the kids and adults, and exclusive for us to use night or day. My husband who had shoulder surgery a couple of months ago, could not decide whether the hot tub or steam shower was his favorite. We all spent a lot of time on the beautiful balcony overlooking the private dock and waterfront, where we enjoyed incredible sunrises and sunsets, as well as watching jet skiing and parasailing. The entire family relaxed and enjoyed genuine quality time together, which was priceless. Our sons fished off the dock every day. We saw dolphins and stingrays and lots of fish, but unfortunately the fish were smarter than the fishermen!One son and daughter-in-law quickly learned to paddle board in the calm water.Our family motto for the week became: "Just another day in paradise".The entire week we spent together at this beautiful home was even better than we were expecting. The owner went above and beyond with detailed instructions, to make sure our stay was perfect, and the management company made everything simple and easy. I would recommend renting this home to friends and family with total confidence that they would enjoy it as much as we did. PARADISE!!!!

We had six adults and five children ranging in age from 3 1/2 to 13 years old. The accommodations were superb for all of us. The property is very spacious with accommodations for everyone to have great family times together as well as the occasional need for "me space". The pool and the large covered upper balcony areas were probably our favorite spots. Swimming off the end of the pier was also a frequent activity. Beautiful home. At first we were not sure we would like being on the sound, but it was fantastic. We had a few issues with the high end stove and oven but we got used to them. Realy no negatives about this property.

Second time staying here and it keeps getting better. From the location of the property being center to most every activity on the island, to the amenities, to the ease of working with the owners and the management company, I'll never stay anywhere else when my family and I come back to Pensacola Beach. The property offers 5 real bedrooms, including a master suite that is beyond 5 stars if you just take the bathroom into consideration. The floor plan is set up to entertain with 2 separate living rooms that can be opened up to incorporate two amazing outdoor decks. The main kitchen is gourmet, the downstairs second kitchen is so convenient if you are preparing to eat on the dock and the outside kitchen is just one of those luxuries you won't find probably anywhere else. If you run into less than perfect outdoor weather like we did this past trip, no worries. The main living room has two huge plush couches for family movie watching on a top notch entertainment set up. The garages are outfitted with ping pong, Foosball, darts, a pinball machine and an amazing bar shuffle board game to entertain the whole family for hours. We rode bikes, caught fish off the dock, enjoyed the hot tub and had an all around stress free amazing couple days at the beach. Great value, great experience, highly recommend it if you want a truly amazing vacation.

we enjoyed the property it was very nice and clean, maintained. The oven upstairs in the main kitchen doesn't work properly and the owner and paradise is aware and it needs to be replaced. Great place for family reunion or multi family get together. View is great, game room, bikes, hot tub this house had it all. I would rent this house again!

Coming home with kids and grands. Absolutely wonderful home.

Absolutely lovely home. My family really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of space for everyone and no matter the weather or time of day, there was always a comfortable place to hang out. The game room is perfect for a rainy day. It's close to resaurants and shops and a quick and easy walk to the gulf. We especially enjoyed the pool, the bikes, and the sitting area at the end of the dock. The comfy beds were an added plus.

Our family of 10 (ages 3-83), spent a week at this wonderful home - WE LOVED IT!!! It was everything we needed and more to make family memories. The grandkids loved the pool, hot tub, game room and catching hermit crabs on the beach by the deck (which were released). The views, sun rises & sunsets were amazing! The neighbors on both sides were great! We brought our boat which came loose during a storm and ended up with damage. The neighbors gave us help and the rental office gave us the name of marine mechanic. We also had air conditioner problems on the lower level - the owner sent a repair man immediately. We enjoyed having the bikes provided by the owner to ride everywhere. The house is also within walking distance to beach (across the street), restaurants & shopping. We skied, tubed, & wakeboarded in the sound. Can’t wait to come back.

We rented this property for our family vacation and it completely exceeded all of our expectations! The house was amazing and provided a place for our family to gather together and at the same time if someone wanted time to themselves they were able to find a room or space for that.The location of the house is perfect...it is within walking distance to shops and restaurants and the sound provided a perfect place for our 3 and 6 year olds to play in the water and sand.The owner is also very helpful and provided us with detailed instructions on how to use the entertainment system and navigate the house.

This property is exactly as it is pictured. A perfect setting for entertaining friends and family. The whole house is very tastefully furnished and comfortable. The grounds well maintained. Great customer service from the owner and the manager. And it is only steps away from the Native Cafe and my favorite "Crab Cakes Benedict".

This fantastic rental was everything expected and more. We had a full house for a week, with plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The deck and view from it were gorgeous. The home is walking distance to the beach and restaurants--an added plus. The game room was lots of fun, too. The setting was so beautiful that we had pre-wedding pictures taken in the house and on the expansive deck; we cannot wait to see the photos!

Our entire extended family (minus one family) of ten adults and three children had a blast!! My husband and I came down from Georgia on Sunday and were joined by our children and grandchildren on Wednesday. The house was absolutely beautiful and was so roomy! We loved the back deck with the breathtaking views. There was more than enough room for all of us. The pictures really don't do the home justice.The location was great too. Just a short walk to restaurants and shops and only a couple of minutes walk to the beach. There was something for everyone nearby.Even though we enjoyed the local attractions we enjoyed hanging out at the house enjoying each others company even more. We had great fun in the gameroom and a couple of the son in laws had a two day fishing contest from the dock. We swam in the bay and the pool and the Clemson grads enjoyed football on Saturday.The owner was the absolute best - leaving detailed instructions on how to work everything and was always available to answer any question. The whole vacation was just perfect!!

This place was amazing! My husband and I came down from Georgia and stayed 3 days by ourselves enjoying this beautiful, peaceful home. Then we got to do something that we have been wanting to do for a long time - get his children, my children and the grandchildren all together. Unfortunately, one family was unable to attend and we missed them, but the rest of us had a blast.
Including us, there were 10 adults and 3 children. There was something for everyone to do from the oldest - 54; to the youngest - 6 months!
The house was just awesome and the den and kitchen area was huge and so comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the back porch which had an incredible view of the bay. A couple of the guys spent a lot of time fishing off the dock and really had some good luck one night. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance and of course the beach was just a couple of minutes walk.
I think I read on another review that the pictures don't do the home justice and that is right. It is so much more than what you could ever see from looking at a photograph.
The owners could not have been more helpful. They emailed a lot of very useful information about the house and how to work certain things. Saved us a lot of time trying to figure things out!
I would recommend this property to anyone especially my friends!

We loved the house, the bikes, and pool. In love with the view of the sound from pier. Kids checked on crab nets at least 3 times/day and had great success in their crabbing efforts. Saw sting rays, tons of fish and dolphins all from pier in back. Beach was an easy walk across the street.

We chose this property for a family reunion. We live locally. The rest of the family was coming from New York. We were able to see the house before renting. When entered we immediately realized that the V.R.B.O pictures didn't do the house justice..Pictures can't capture the size and perfect layout of this home.Our family couldn't say enough great things about the house and even though they know the square footage they were surprised at how large it was.The amenities are endless.Four bikes in excellent condition. The Gulf of Mexico a short walk across the street. The pool was refreshing.The bay in your back yard.Our teenage Grandson caught several large speck trout off the lighted pier at night.The very well equipped game room stayed in nearly constant use.. The house is in easy walking distance of restaurants & beach bars. Most cars never left the driveway. No need to drive anywhere once you stock up your groceries. David, the owner, proved to be a gracious and attentive. People at Paradise Beach Homes were very helpful too..We highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed.....

This is the second year my family has rented this property. This house is lovely and has a beautiful view of Quiet Water Sound and easy access to the Gulf of Mexico beach. I love having a private pool but was very disappointed that the pool was not very clean. The water was cloudy and debris was floating upon our arrival. The house was clean but the floors still had sand. Not enough linen. We brought extra towels this year. Otherwise, a great vacation.

Wonderful property, beautiful sunsets to watch on the spacious veranda. My husband and I enjoyed early morning bike rides. We had some family staying with us and additional family that stayed right across the street. The meals we were able to have together were perfect, a chair for everyone with the most beautiful setting possible. Perfect property!!!! Many thanks and appreciation to the owners of this property and their decision to share it with strangers.

This is the best rental house I have experienced so far. We have a big family so it's hard to accommodate everyone but this place had everything that all different age group can enjoy. My dad was fishing at pier almost everyday even though he didn't catch barely any fish. Kids were fishing as well time to time and when they got bored from fishing they swam in the pool or played game. First couple days were little windy and raining but kids enjoyed staying in the house playing games. The owner, David was very responsive on any question we had and very friendly. We reported one of the pier light being out and the owner sent someone right away to replace the light even though he was not in town. I was very pleased with everything that this house had and the service. I would recommend this property to everyone.

Durty five girls weekend plus a few more.... What can I say? This home was simply amazing! The owners hold nothing back on this home. It was simply perfection. David was very accommodating and very knowledgable. The only drawback was the bikes that were at our disposal were not operable..... But it didn't matter because this house is centrally located to everything. Sound system unbelievable! Very comfortable beds wonderful kitchen to whip up a delicious meal. This was a memorable, much needed girls weekend! Thanks David & Ginna!

What a wonderful vacation house. All expectations met and exceeded! Offers everything you need to totally relax. We had 7 adults and one child. Space for everyone without feeling crowded.

This is a fantastic family rental. My family and one other (four adults, seven kids) were able to spread out on the two levels and really relax for a Spring Break week. The home is clearly well cared for...the furniture, electronics, pool, hot tub...everything is first class. This home is close to restaurants and shopping although we preferred to stay in most days and take advantage of the huge back upper deck and lower level outdoor ktichen area. The owner was very responsive to questions that we had prior to our arrival and could not have been nicer. Most reviews include a negative or two but I can not think of a single thing that we did not like about this house - "perfect" is probably a stretch but this home is close. It would be great for a couples get away also... very spacious accomodations-- allows for privacy. We will be back next year.We really enjoyed having a second kitchen on the bottom level. The kids loved that they could all sleep, play games, and fix a meal on the same level and have a sense of independence. We also enjoyed the short walk to the Gulf Side and the shopping. Peg Leg Pete's and Grand Marlin were our restaurants of choice when we did go out.

The listing description regarding location was accurate, except it would help to explain that you will need to make a u-turn to reach the driveway. The listing photos were excellent, but the home is much more beautiful than the pictures could actually depict. The property has been beautifully maintained.The owner was kind and courteous in our few contacts, and he sounded like someone with whom we could be friends! I heartily recommend this property! The home provides all the activities and attractions we wanted, and the fabulous kitchen(s) and decks made dining in a party.We have a blended family that is divided by miles, a son recently home from the Navy, grandchildren we love to spoil, and an 87 year-old mother who is definitely a beach babe! We wanted a place where we could all be together without too much togetherness! We wanted to be on the water and we wanted a swimming pool. While browsing the net I came upon this property. The pictures on the site were spectacular and the description of the property met all my expectations...I stopped looking. This was the perfect house. We spent one week together in bliss (wish it could have been two!). We enjoyed every aspect of the house..the spectacular open kitchen and great room with the window wall overlooking the sound, the covered boat dock that provided hours of entertainment for all the fishermen/children, as did the swimming pool. The outdoor shower, beautifully landscaped grounds, playroom, deck space (particularly great on a rainy day), the luxurious bedrooms, close proximity to the gulf side...I could go on and on, but I'm about to run out of space. We own and operate a luxury bed and breakfast, so we know about the efforts at keeping a home "guest" ready at all times. This property is just perfect. Lastly, I want to comment on the great property management staff. From our arrival through our departure, they were friendly, helpful and professional. We send our sincere thanks to the owner for sharing this incredible home with others.

This home was not only beautiful but comfortable and spacious for our large family. It was well supplied with everything we needed plus more! The accommodations were beyond our expectations. The wharf was enjoyed by young and old for fishing and as an access to the rented jet skiis. Whether relaxing on the balcony enjoying the beautiful view of the Santa Rosa Sound, swimming in the private pool or enjoying the game room, this home will definitely fulfill your desires. Going to the beach was a very short walk across the road. Restaurants, souvenir shops, etc. are all within walking distance. And by the way, the property management staff was extremely courteous and helpful. You won't be disappointed in your stay.

We just stayed at this home and it was stunning. From driving up the drive and walking in the front door you knew you were in first class. The master suite is one side of the house. You could just live in there.....but you wouldn't want too because the family room is beautiful. From the hand painted ceiling and wall to the open view of the sound words just can't say how incredible it is. We were pleasantly surprised about the amount of room. We rented this home not only for it's beauty but also to be able to host our son's wedding rehearsal. We had our whole side of the family staying at the home. We were able to sleep 14-16 people. All I can say is thank you David. He is the owner. He was so pleasant to deal with during the whole occasion. He made sure we had everything we needed. Also I want to thank Joe with VRBO. You gave such good recommendations for all our needs. Your staff is so professional. Thank you!!Back to the house. The terrace level was laid out well for entertaining and sleeping. The three sofas that laid back into beds were great and came in handy for the groomsman and kids. The pool is GREAT!! The deck and palms and landscaping.....I could just go on. The Deck.......The deck.... incredible. Enough seating for everyone at the rehearsal dinner. Also I can not forget the game room. Yes.... a game room with Ping Pong, Shuffleboard and Darts. There is also bikes. If you are wondering how close the beach is it is a short walk across the street. There are restaurants and entertainment in walking distance. Try Native Cafe next door or walk down to Hemmingway's for great food. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. We would like to make it a tradition with our family. Thank you again.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The location was ideal. We walked to little cafe's and restaurants. The bicycles were a great plus! There was plenty of space for everyone. The home was beautifully decorated with plenty of dishes for cooking. The heated pool and spa were used daily. The outdoor living spaces were very comfortable and the view was incredible. The game room was a huge plus for all of us. The teens played ping pong and darts for hours. All who stayed want to come back.....soon. The little details highly suggest that the owner is very attentive and truly cares that you have an excellent experience. There was a wonderful surprise around every corner. I highly recommend this home for all.
