Driftwood is a bright and stylish 3-bedroom beach house on Via De Luna Drive that is perfect for families or friends.
Welcome to a great beach experience in this beautiful property! The kitchen offers all stainless-steel appliances and a large kitchen island with 5 bar stools. It even has a beverage fridge for chilling your favorite wine or spritzers! The property offers an entryway “sand room” with loads of storage, a large pantry, a utility sink, an ice maker to make filling up your ice chest easier than ever, and plenty of hooks for hanging towels, hats, and beach bags - all tucked away and out of the main living area! Just off the kitchen is a dining table that easily seats 6 and is the perfect spot for fresh seafood dinners or a great card game with the family. The living room has 2 comfortable sofas and a chair for after dinner talks. The half bath is located off the living room for easy access. Just steps from the living room is the Master Bedroom Suite that offers 1 King bed, a walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bathroom with 2 sinks, a toilet room, and a large stand-alone shower. On the other side of the house are 3 additional bedrooms. The second bedroom is great for kids with 2 sets of Twin over Twin bunk beds. Bedroom number 3 is an elegant guest room with amazing views of the island’s Sound side. It has a private door leading out to the front porch to enjoy beautiful sunsets, and it serves as a great option for a Junior Master bedroom with a Queen bed. Bedroom number 4 offers a plush, Queen-sized bed and has great views of the Sound. The large guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo, a lengthy vanity, and ample storage. It is shared with the kids’ room, the guest room, and the fourth bedroom. Additionally, the property offers a full-sized washer and dry and utility closet.
Enjoy the expansive, fully covered back porch featuring many different lounging options! You can dine with friends, enjoy the steady breeze on the swing, read your favorite book in a rocking chair, or take in incredible views of the island with glimpses of the Gulf! The front porch is ideal for watching beautiful sunsets over the Sound. As for the space below on the ground level, you will have access to lockable covered storage, two private hot/cold showers for cleaning up after a long day at the beach, a BBQ pit, and plenty of covered seating for a large gathering. The property offers plenty of parking spaces for multi-car renters.
Driftwood is ideally located within easy walking distance of the beach, the Sound, shops, dining, playgrounds, public tennis courts, Trolly stops, and more. This calm and serene beach house is designed for all guests to have fun and conveniently located for enjoying all that Santa Rosa Island has to offer. We loved the home and were so impressed with how well stocked it was! It was beautiful and very clean! There were just a few issues we had...there were no dimmers on lights which was a problem b/c the bulbs were SO bright that we were blinded at night; there is construction directly next door which would have been nice to be made aware of prior to arrival; we had 2 who were challenged going up and down the stairs so noting that there was no lift would have been helpful.

We will investigate the brightness of the lights in the home and replace with lowered wattage bulbs if found to be too bright. We're sorry for not informing you about the construction going on next door. We've had others stay in the home during the construction and we haven't had any noise complaints but we do apologize if that was the case during your stay. If we offer elevators or any kind of lifts in our homes we advertise those amenities. It's not a common item to have in a home so it's not something we would mention that is not in the home. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us on your next stay though and our Vacation Specialists can direct you towards our homes that do offer elevators and lifts. This is an amazing house!! It felt like home these last seven days. Our favorite memory was going to the beach every day. We found four whole sand dollars! The weather was perfect and so was the water! Thank you!

Super nice place to stay, everything was so clean. Paradise Home Rentals were so helpful and great to work with. Only complaint is the beds are a lulu hard and low but I figured that was because it was so new. We will be back!

The last 12 days have been amazing! Weather was perfect, water was clear, and the house was everything we dreamed it would be. We are a family of 7. 4 girls and 1 boy. Everyone has plenty of space! The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. The decor is BEAUTIFUL! We felt just like we were at home. The family that owns this house definitely put lots of thought into it. We have been coming to Pensacola for the last 9 years and this is the first time we truly have not wanted to leave! We will be back next summer and look forward to making more memories! WE LOVE YOU 222 DRIFTWOOD!

Paradise Beach Homes
Perfect size and location for our group for Mardi Gras weekend. House was clean and welcoming. We were able to easily Uber to all downtown parades and festivities and walk to all the beach ones.
