Welcome to Island View Home! Three-bedroom, three-bath home. Pet-friendly, beautiful views of Santa Rosa Sound from wraparound back deck. Sleeps 10 with king in master; queen, two twin over full bunk beds.
At the end of a sun-soaked day on the beach, there's entertainment for everyone with flat screen TVs throughout the house in every room. Enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast in the newly-retiled sun room just off the kitchen with lovely sound views, then cocktails and dinner at the end of the day on the over-sized deck - gas barbecue grill provided.
Owner has thoughtfully provided three kayaks (with life preservers) for guests' use - enjoy a serene kayak adventure on Santa Rosa Sound. Kayaks and several bikes are for guest use - bicycles are all adult sized, there are four of them - 2 are male, 1 that is male/female - no child size bikes. We had a WONDERFUL time and just loved the beach house. It was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed riding bikes and using the kayaks and loved that they provided beach chairs, toys, and an umbrella too. Would definitely return!

This house was perfect for our stay, within walking distance to the beach, was as described, clean and staff at the rental agency were very friendly and helpful! would rent again, only thing to make better would be a bathroom downstairs.

The home was exactly as advertised; beds were new, new appliances, very clean, beach just across the road, sound with beautiful sunsets off the back deck(very short walk), we brought 3 large dogs and their xpen-perfect, they have several very nice backpack type beach chairs, several bicycles, 2 baby gates, well stocked kitchen. It was the best rental we have ever experienced and are planning on reserving this house again. We have no complaints. Super dog friendly, worth the price! Easy check in and check out!

This rental was great for our needs and had plenty of room. We were only a two blocks from the beach where we could walk and it was not very crowded compared to near the hotels down the road. Bay was right outside your back door so made for nice evenings on the deck. Beds were not great but what is compared to your one at home. Master was like a sheet of plywood and guest was pillow soft. It's great this place is dog friendly but be careful lots of briars on the property due to being a national seashore. We walked our dogs on the side walk and took them to the nearby dog parks. Lots of food places, souvenir shopping nearby, grocery stores and other mainstays are over the bridge which is a 20 minute drive. Overall nice property that we would stay at again if we are ever in Pensacola.

The house is a quant and clean getaway that comfortably sleeps 8-10.
Pros: Amazing rental company and service, short walk to bay or beach; downstairs bunk beds were great for teens; kitchen well stocked; bikes on site were a huge help; loved the wrap around porch, and plenty of parking.
Cons: As previous reviewers mentioned, owners NEED to install black out curtains on front bedrooms to block light; slight noise from being on well traveled road; no bath downstairs so bunk rooms shares with upper baths; climate varies from up to down by 15 degrees.
Definately a good stay, and recommend.

The location is excellent, with the bay at the back of the house and the beach a block away in front of the house. We rode bikes to the boardwalk the evening of Christmas, which only took about 6 minutes, and was incredible. We truly had an amazing stay.

Great house with tons of extras! The bedrooms were spacious and the downstairs was perfect for our kids! Gave us space as well for everyone! Had a great patio that wrapped around 2/3 of the house so we could grill and hang out at all times of the day!

Our stay was great! The house was equipped with everything we needed. The cookware was big enough to feed lots of people as well! The wrap around porch was excellent to watch the sunsets & conveniently located to a small Sandy area on the sound. The only downfall was that the check in was at 5pm & checkout at 10am and I felt like we lost a day by this. The place did not have hand soap in the restrooms (wasn’t a big deal we bought some). Also, if the staff where you check in seem like they couldn’t be bothered more, don’t let that deter you from staying here! There was a nice lady who finally spoke up in a nicer manner!

House was perfect for us! We LOVED the location. House was very clean. We used the kayaks and bikes everyday. Bikes were in good shape. We took our 2 dogs with us and there was a dog beach a couple miles east which we loved. I think the house needs new outdoor chairs as they have a lot of rust on them but other than that we loved the house. We will stay here again!

This home is nicely appointed with everything that you need to have a wonderful vacation....a well equipped kitchen, nice flatscreens in every room, bikes in the garage and even kayaks! Our adult nephew stayed with us so the split master suites were nice. This was our first trip with our French Bulldogs and they did surprisingly well. As mentioned in other posts though, stickers are bad in the area so we had to check the inside of their pads every time they were outside.

We had a wonderful time at this home. I have stayed at 7-8 houses on Pensacola Beach and this was our favorite. Awesome access to the sound with a conservative area right behind the house. Great beach access right across the street. House was stocked with everything you need and the management company was awesome and easy to work with. We had a small issues with the dishwasher which was just user error. They had someone out within minutes to make sure we were taken care of. Would recommend to anyone that’s looking for the perfect getaway!!

This property was fantastic. It is in a perfect location with very easy access (and beautiful views) of the sound side, and just a short walk to the beach. My only recommendation to improve would be to add a dor mat on the inside for front and back doors to minimize the sand in the house.

We had a good experience at the house. It was close to the sound and it had a nice Beach there for the kids to play at. It would have been nice do you have an extra bathroom not connected to a bedroom. We were able 2 put things in front of steps on the deck so the little one would not fall down the stairs. Overall it was a good experience.
