Come stay in this luxury water front home with private (heated) pool (additional fees required to heat pool), swim-up bar and water front views! Sleeps 14 easily with 5 Kings, 2 Twins and 1 Sleeper Sofa. This European styled home has all the bells and whistles! The views from the living room and kitchen are simply amazing with ceiling to floor windows.
The kitchen is a chef's dream! With a Cafe' professional stove and large island there is plenty of room to make everyone's favorite meals. Everything in this home is top of the line and you don't want to miss it.
On the main floor there are two bedrooms with king beds. They share a bathroom that has a stand alone shower. Up the stairs on the next level you'll find a small kitchen area with a refrigerator, sink, coffee maker, microwave and table with 2 chairs. There are three more bedrooms with king beds in each and another bedroom with twins. One of these bedrooms is considered the master with views of gorgeous bay water and large bathroom with tub and stand alone shower. This bedroom also offers balcony access. Each bedroom has flat screen TV's. (The boat slip at the end of the pier is not available for guest use)

We loved every minute of our stay!! The views from the kitchen/dining/ den area as well as the master suite were spectacular! The boys enjoyed fishing off the pier, and all the kids had fun in the pool. The fire pit was a hit in the evening after a day on the beach, which was just a short walk or bike ride away. The house was stocked with everything we needed including beach chairs, an umbrella, wagon, paddle boards and kayaks. We made some amazing memories with friends and family and highly recommend booking this beautifully decorated home for a luxurious time away of rest and relaxation!

We came to Pensacola for my brother’s 30th birthday and this house was exactly what we needed. We had 3 young children who loved swimming in the pool and watching the dolphins the in the mornings. The elevator was great for groceries and suitcases. The rooms were extremely clean and well organized. We had a chef cook dinner for 19 of us one night and the kitchen worked out great. We were safe and comfortable the entire stay.

We had a great family vacation at this property and enjoyed the many amenities it offered. Beautiful and clean interior with incredible views of the bay. Plenty of room for a multiple family stay with plenty to do in the Pensacola area. One note worth mentioning. The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time so you will likely have one or the other a bit cold/luke warm. The hot tub seems to heat and fill the pool but then gets a little cold right after until the next heating cycle kicks in.
Overall, a fantastic property and the property management company (and property manager) were very attentive to our requests. I definitely recommend staying at this property for a nice vacation stay.

This home was absolutely amazing! We stayed for the entire week of the Blue Angels with our family of 11. We had everything we needed to cook, grill, swim, and explore. We hardly left the home! Our gang fished off the dock and caught a few speckle trout. We enjoyed dolphin shows in the morning and sunsets in the evenings. We enjoyed the paddle boards and the bikes. We watched the Blues from the dock, balcony, and even the pool. There was so much room to spread out and the home and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for the week.
We even met the neighbors and found out that mother in law (who just passed away) always came out for the Blue Angels party next door! They were super friendly! We are so grateful for our time together and have such special memories from our week. The management company was very responsive and very friendly! I would highly recommend this home and truly felt like we stayed in a little palace for the week! Thank you so much for allowing us stay at your beautiful home!
