We love La Bahia and have stayed in many condos there. This stay was as always GREAT! Clean condo, very nice property managers at check-in and location can’t be beat.
Some of the general facilities need updated and maintenance (not storm related) but still wouldn’t go somewhere else.

Excellent, but looking forward to bridge repairs being completed.
Suggestion: We arrived at night, and the parking space numbers couldn't be read. I would recommend repainting the numbers on the pavement. Overhead numbers for covered parking spaces were easily read.

Fantastic location directly on the beach (left side only over the little used road, right side 20m) and still quiet.
Small pool to refresh, mega views, many restaurants and bars in a short distance.
It can't be better!!!

We enjoyed our stay on the west end of the beach. Our unit was clean and accommodating. Although the upstairs unit was very noisy over our unit, probably due to soundproofing, the neighbors were very nice and quiet at bedtime.
The property management was professional and courteous. Due to our spur of the moment decision to rent, Mona worked with us to find a unit to accommodate our needs. We would definitely recommend and use them in the future.

Our first time vacationing at Pensacola Beach,and we loved it.We stayed at LaBahia #124 this is a really nice community of condos.We were very pleased with our 1 bedroom 1 bath,plenty of room for 4 of us.The patio outside needs a little sprucing up.The condo is across the street from the beach,nothing but sand dunes on the other side of the road.The beach is Beautiful and very quiet.

If your looking for peace and quiet this place is perfect. Overall our stay was wonderful we had above average temps and lots of sunshine and time to just relax and enjoy. The few stairs turned out to be 14 but in all fairness we would choose the stairs and quire location rather than a larger,busier condo with elevators.
