This home is absolutely spectacular , my family and I truly enjoyed our stay . We love how everything was walking distance ; the beach, restaurants, and even family fun attractions . This 4 story home even has a built in elevator to help accommodate needs for disabled and elderly, it was heaven sent for my grandmother. We will definitely be rebooking again 10/10 !

Great location to the beach, very easy access, walking distance to shops and food was also a plus. Property was as described and was very clean and well maintained. The rental agency was extremely nice and handled all communications very well. If you are bringing young children, you may want to bring a baby gate as their are a number of stairs, the gate will keep the babies safe!

We had a great time, this townhome is in a great location to all of the restaurants and town activities and an easy walk to the beach. We were able to walk to everything without having to drive and find parking.

My sister, mom and myself had a great time. The weather was phenomenal and the condo location is perfectly located for beach, restaurants, and shopping. Just arrive, park the car and everything is within walking distance!!! The property was well equipped and has had some recent renovations. All well done. We will keep this one on the list for a revisit next year!!!!

We love Paradise Beach Homes, they are always friendly, helpful and offer well maintained properties. This property was new to their website and hadn't been rented in a while. Due to very last minute issues Paradise Beach Homes was able to get this property ready for us and it turned out to be amazing. Perfect size and location with the amazing views of July 4th fireworks and the Blue Angles. Walking distance to restaurants and shops.

The house was spacious though the kitchen is a little small. The living room is spacious enough for everyone to hang out. Location i think was the best asset for us, close to the beach and walking distance to all the restaurants. We had issues with the fridge but they were able to resolve it. Easy check in and check out process .

We brought our teenagers down with friends and this place was perfect. The teens had a blast on the 4th floor, lots of rooms for sleeping, and super close to everything they wanted. The property was well kept and had no problems. We would definitely recommend this place.

Our group had a fantastic time in Pensacola Beach, in large part due to the amenities and location of this condo/townhome. The property is spacious, comfortable, affordable. And the views (especially from the top deck) are spectacular. We were able to walk to most of the restaurants in the area, were across the street from the beach, and it was easy to slip across the bay into Pensacola to visit the downtown historic area, Naval Air Museum, Lighthouse, etc.
The only suggestion for improvement is to update and add to the outdoor furniture to enhance the experience.
Should our group decide to return to Pensacola Beach in the future, this property will be at the top of our list.

Four couples stayed for Mardi Gras week.Easy access to the beach, several of our favorite restaurants. Easy to go across the bridges to downtown Pensacola as well. The unit is well equipped if you want to do some dining in as well. Our 2nd time staying here, we will come back again
