Can't say enough about the management company--we locked ourselves out on the first night; one of the employees came out immediately to get us the extra set of keys--amazing customer service and we are very grateful. House was amazing--loved the fenced back yard for our two dogs. Very clean and nicely maintained--we hope to come back!

It was super easy to collect the keys and the office gave us a cute little goodie bag. The house is just a few minute walk to the beach and a $7 uber ride to the boardwalk. The house was super cute and dog friendly. While I was there the weather was AMAZING, so we kept the back door open and my dog could roam in the backyard. Cannot wait to come back to this EXACT location. Thanks for an unforgettable experience.

We loved the little cottage. It was plenty of space for 4 adults. We had the best time and would most definitely consider staying here again. Quick access to the bay and just a short walk to the public access to the Gulf. Short drive to restaurants and shopping.

We enjoyed this classic old Florida beach home very much!
The home was as shown in the photos, although the upper deck area was locked, for obvious safety concerns. It appears that the deck and surrounding lattice work had received some storm damage, although we still enjoyed the lower large deck.
The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with the basic pots and pans, coffee pot and toaster were all used during our stay.
The neighborhood is close to the sound, the baby beach is close by. It was quiet in the neighborhood, and an easy walk to the gulf.
We will keep this on our list for future beach rentals!

The little beach cottage was spotless and decorated shabby chic! All one could want in this little jewel. The only complaint is that the yard is a bit too natural. When you drive up, it looks like a derelict property! The current picture is definitely NOT current.

Our family had a great time during the Red, White, and Blues week on Pensacola Beach. The property management was such a pleasure to work with. While the property could use some repairs and updates (broken slats on lower deck, shower head maintenance) it had everything we needed. Although the backyard is overgrown and I wouldn't recommend for kids younger than 4, it was good for my dog and 7 year old to explore. Cute place and the walk to the beach was literally 3 minutes.

The beaches are gorgeous. The furniture was a little dated and the shower head was faulty, but we really didn’t care. Walking to the beach and great restaurants were our priorities, and being pet friendly.

Great stay to visit family who live in the area. House is small, but perfect for me and my 2 doxies and my adult son. I would stay here again. However, I was disappointed by the backyard which had obviously had a large dog in the fenced area and no one had bothered to clean up after it. Management sent someone to clean it but he didn't pickup much. It was still dirty when we left, it also has many sand spurs. I did not let my dogs out there because of it. Also fence is not very secure, some of the fence is the kind that secures sand dunes. The inside of the house was very clean and well decorated. The beds are very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and there is plenty of seating in the living room and dining area.

The place was clean and convenient for my stay. The bed was comfortable. If you need to use the the laundry you might want to ask if that is available I did not need to use it, although I did not get a key to the laundry room. One thing they could do is remove plants that have stickers in them in the back yard. The location is good. It was a great stay and nice house good for a vacation.

The fenced back yard kept the 2 dogs very satisfied and we enjoyed the yard from the deck. The neighborhood was a lovely low traffic place to take them on an evening walk. Felt very secure leaving them outside during our daily excursions around Pensacola. We were happy, they were happy.

It was wonderful...minute walk to private beach

We have stayed here twice now and by far this was the best time. Two things we'd like to have been better was the gas grill was empty and I had to ask them to furnish a full tank and secondly being a pet friendly house the yard is NOT many stickers to walk around on. DOGS hated it.

We stayed here with our 1-yr-old son and a 100-lb brown lab. This house was the perfect place for us - close to bay where our dog could swim, and within walking distance to the beach. It was close to a lot of restaurants and also had a nice kitchen set up. We loved having the backyard where our dog could run around. The cottage is charming. Our only complaint is that it didn't feel clean. The floors were dirty and the bedspreads seemed dirty/dusty, to the extent that we had to lay down towels. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and hope to return next summer.

This is our third stay in this quaint little home. Like the quiteness of the neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay at your house very much. It was much better than a hotel, which we usually do. It felt like home right away and was very comfortable. They were building a new bay side beach while we were there and we hope to play on it next time we go to Florida.

Perfect size house for our family of four and our dog. Conveniently located to beach and shops. Weather was cold, but we still found great shells at the beach.

Perfect - in pretty much every way. Property was accurately advertised. We especially loved the location, quiet neighborhood. Property was inviting and clean. The open floor design was perfect for our family, especially appreciated the large deck and yard. The kitchen was stocked with pans, serving ware, blender - we loved purchasing fresh seafood and preparing our meals. Joe Pattis Seafood in Pensacola gets 5 stars from us! We walked the beaches every day, experienced wind and rain as well as picture perfect postcard days! Will be looking forward to another visit! *one note - dog owners should be warned of the palm berries at property as well as in neighborhood. One of our dogs ate some and experienced health problems on the way home. She is recuperating - first time visitors should be warned. *

The house was very quaint. It worked well for the 3 of us and the dog. It was a little too far from the beach- we had to drive to get there and it rained a lot which left the street flooded. Thankfully we drive a truck so that wasn't a problem. Paradise Beach Homes was very receptive when we called with questions. We will definitely use them again, just probably at a house closer to the beach or one with a pool.

I booked this beach home last minute. From the owner of the home to the management company, everyone was very responsive and genuinely wanted to ensure my vacation was enjoyable. My dogs loved the house too. The fenced in back yard was perfect for little dogs. I would definitely rent with this company again.

We were happy to have dog friendly property. The location was very good for our family. We would have liked a better quality of cookware and we're concerned about the mouse/rat droppings in the cookware cupboard. The outside shower did not work, nor did the gas grill. The beds were comfortable and the space was a very good size. I did feel the price was a bit high for what we got,though.

This was the perfect little house off the beaten path for our weekend getaway. We were able to bring our dogs which made it even more appealing! Fenced yard too! Everything is there and available for use. The only thing we really had to have of our own was beach towels but we brought plenty of those. We did have to buy some TP because there was only one roll. There were notes around the house from the owners about any little quirks like reversed hot and cold water in the tub and even how they would like the house to be treated by it's guests. :) This house was cute, comfortable, welcoming and away from the crowded areas. Just around the corner from a nice beach on the sound and a few minutes drive from an uncrowded stretch of beach on the gulf and one of the dog friendly beaches. I would recommend this house and I'm sure I'll be staying here again one day. We scooped the poop in the yard when we got there because unfortunately those before us had not cleaned up after their dogs but we left the back yard clean from ours. Thank you for a great getaway!

Had a very relaxing time. Cottage was very well decorated with a mixture of Industrial and vintage furniture. the kitchen was well stocked and the bar was a nice place to eat. outside deck was very spacious. Overall a very nice experience. We will be back.

The house while modest was very comfortable and had all the needed amenities. Having a fenced in yard for the family pet was perfect. Easy walk to the Gulf side beach and away from the hectic areas of a vacation town. Great to be able to cook most meals and relax outside on the deck. Neighbors were extremely friendly and helpful with information as needed. Will do this again as soon as we can a real nice place to be.

Have stayed at this property several times and have enjoyed it every time. Great backyard with a fence for our dog to roam around in. Will be back for sure.

We drove down from Ohio with two kids and two dogs for our annual Pensacola vacation to visit family and after 11 hours in the car, we were pretty frazzled. Checking in took less than five minutes (and they gave us a beach bag full of snacks, bottled water, and ground coffee from the city's coffee house!) and it was so nice to drive just down the road from the boardwalk and pull into our own little house. Nice-sized kitchen, comfy bedrooms, big bathroom with plenty of towels, great big backyard with a hammock and roof-top deck... It was fantastic! It was great to have such a centrally located spot that was a little further away from the college kids. Our kids loved it, the dog loved the fenced in backyard, and we loved how laid back everything was. Everything was in great condition and well taken care of.

Definitely our best Florida rental experience!

We had just lost our home to a tornado in Pensacola, and we needed a place to rest and relax on the beach for a few days before we moved into a new apartment that would accept dogs. SO THANKFUL that this place was available. It was perfect and the dogs LOVED it!!!

We took two weeks from the cold to enjoy here, with our dog. The rental was very pet friendly, clean, no problems or concerns. We were pleasantly surprised and plan to be back next year.

Weather was nice and warm only two days of rain. Had a great time fishing and crabbing in the sound. Tropical storm Patricia was a new experience but did not dampen our stay. Only negative was that the neighbors fence blew down and our dog would go over to the house next door. Wish someone would have put it back up even short term. No bug was a nice surprize. Quiet area a very nice plus.

My boyfriend and I had such a great vacation staying in this house. I couldn't be happier choosing to stay here over a condo. We had everything we needed and the house was in great condition. We were a short bike ride away from restaurants and uncrowded beaches. I would definitely go back.

Within walking distance to the gulf side beach and the ocean side beach. The sunsets were amazing. With the back deck,along with a comfy hammock,and front sitting areas, we always wanted to be outside to enjoy the lovely breeze. The dogs loved the fenced in yard and we didn't have to worry about them. The beds were comfortable and we found the week extremely relaxing. The neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. Overall, the home was clean. The kitchen stove needed a good cleaning inside and out though. We would go back!

We loved our stay in Pensacola Beach and this house was a perfect fit for us. The house was just like it was described and there were no surprises. The neighborhood was nice & quiet and the neighbors were super friendly. Great place for a family of four, especially if you have a furry friend!

We had a nice time. Unfortunately, we did not get to do much because I was very ill. Overall, everything was very accommodating. The house was a little Sandy ,but we were near the beach.

This our second year to stay in this lovely home. It is a well supplied simply designed. We have enjoyed both of our experiences here. We feel like we are home when we are visiting the beach. Our dogs love the backyard and it eliminates having to figure out where they will stay while we are away at the beach. There is an absolutly wonderful deck for kicking back and enjoying the quite. The neighborhood is quite with friendly neighbors. The sound is within easy walking distance of the house if the quite water is your preference over the gulf. This is a retro designed house that suites our tastes since we both grew up in that era and remember everything that furnishes this home. We have always had the feeling we are at our own beach home which makes the stay even more relaxing. It has a nicely stocked library of varied tastes. People leave useful items in the utility room which is a huge help if you have forgotten things needed for the beach. We will definitely be trying to make another visit to this home away home. The Compton's should to be commended for allowing others to enjoy their little piece of heaven.

This was a great little cottage. Very retro but had most modern ammenities. Within walking distance of beaches, and a short bike ride to local places to eat. The only thing it doesn't have is a dishwasher, and the couches could be a bit more comfy (but they are very cute and vintage).

We spent 16 days at the cottage with our dog Daisy. This is our second year. You don't come back twice if you don't have fun and relax. We got to know the neighbors better and had a fantastic time. We plan on coming back for a third time in 2016 the Lord willing.

10 fun days of relaxation, shrimp, museums, forts and a great, retro place to stay. Had some issues with the diminutive furniture and mini blinds on the back door. Kitchen was well equipped and easy to work in. Wish there was a better guide for the TV channels. Our daschund really enjoyed the back yard.

Rental is the perfect size for a couple or small family. It is comfortable and clean. The property is located far away from the center of activity and close enough for convenience. It is quiet and situated close to the beach and the bay. Nice to have options for pets.

Quaint beach cottage, as advertised. Very close walk to sound side beach; gulf side also easily walkable, but have to cross the main street...luckily there are crosswalks. Clean property inside and out. Cozy layout and comfortable furnishings. Lawn is a bit wild, with lots of seagrass and beach shrubbery...wasn't a problem for us, just thought it should be noted. The rooftop deck is very cool, perfect for enjoying the beach environment, though it is difficult to see the beach on either side because of the other houses in the neighborhood. The Paradise Beach Homes personnel were very friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back to this property.

We love Pensacola Beach and have been visiting for about 18 years now. Had not stayed in this house before but it looked very inviting, especially since we wanted to bring one of our "four-legged children" down and this place claimed to be pet friendly and even had a fenced in backyard.
Even though it's on the bay side of Via de Luna, this place is a very short walk away from the gulf. Also very, very near the bay. We enjoyed the place itself, too. Only two small complaints. The first complaint would be driving 600+ miles to a "pet friendly" property only to find a note inside the door telling us to please keep pets off the 2 "vintage" pieces of furniture in the living room - 2/3 of the living room furniture. Now, while we're there it's not a big deal. But when we're at the beach or at Peg Leg Pete's not a whole lot can be done. We don't crate our dog and are not starting now! I kind of think this detail should've been mentioned. Truth in advertising is possibly my greatest expectation. Just describe accurately. And speaking of, our other complaint would be that the yard as pictured was much tamer than the actual yard. The completely un-manicured backyard was a bit daunting for a small dog.
These 2 slight misrepresentations did not overshadow our enjoyment of the place, though! It was a cute & lovely little get-away!

House is basic but the worth the cost. We paid extra to bring the dogs but the yard is very unwelcoming to pets. They don't care for the yard so it's full of burrs (weeds with thorns) that are easily killed or removed so the yard was off limits. The fence was also broken which was another anti dog element of the rental.

The description is perfect for this get away spot! It was perfect for me and my kids. It was close to the beach and close to all the local attractions. Whether sitting on the upper balcony for a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the evening the fresh air and view was great!

Loved the style but surprised that the grounds were so unkempt and the deck ladder in need of repair. Also confused on why we had to pay a hefty cleanup fee but we were strictly ordered to wash dishes, take out trash or face a penalty.

This house if perfect for couples or a small family. We brought our daughter and grandson and it was just perfect for him. The fenced in yard, the sand, the bay down the street, the beach down the other street, and the near to no traffic on the road! Quiet, quiet, quiet...considering so close to the action! We will always stay here for our trips to Pensacola Beach!

My stay at 904 Largo was very nice. For the price, the location and the dog friendly accomodations was very good. About a mile walk to get to the strip mall for food and such, so that was nice, but a small beach area on the sound side was basically across the street - great for a daily swim in the water for my dog. My only complaint would be that the beds were kinda soft. But for the price, good enough.

Awesome cottage and location I was stationed on the Lexington CVT-16 back in the early 70s so the trip was very nostalgic. We had our collie with us and we loved the nice fenced in back yard. The dog friendly beaches made the vacation tops on our list and look forward to next year coming back. A burned out light bulb and low gas on the grill were taken care of almost instantly. The gift bag when we check in was unreal and we enjoyed all the gifts. We loved the kitchen area and cooked seafood every night. We had a blast and the area was perfect, nice and quiet. I can't say enough!!!! A walk to the bay side beach every morning was wonderful.

We really enjoyed our six week stay. Lot's of nice places to eat and relax and plenty of sea shells on the quiet beaches. Being a pet friendly property was wonderful. Our two dogs loved the fenced yard and relaxed on the deck in the sun each day. The house was perfect for the two of us. Cooking was easy since all the essentials for preparing a meal were provided. We will visit again when we come to Pensacola. Paradise Homes was a pleasure to work with. They answered all our questions and immediately sent a contractor over to fix a light/ceiling fan issue! High recommend this house, especially if you have a pet.
