Maldonado 1015 - Sea the Big Picture

We had a great week at Sea the big picture! It was perfect for our large group! The pool was so nice and the house was very clean and well equipped. Easy walk to the beach!

We took our family trip to the beach again this year . This is the first time we have stayed in this home. Everyone really liked this house. Overall it was a great week and we were quite comfortable here. The decks are immaculate. The pool is fine, the kitchen and living areas were all very good. Everyone had a great place to sleep.

This home was perfect for our large family. It was located very close to the beautiful white sandy beach. The private pool was great for children and adults. We especially liked the layout of the home. The older grandchildren occupied the first floor which was conveniently located near the pool and garage with ping pong table. The kitchen was very well equipped with 2 ovens. There was plenty of room and we didn't feel crowded at all. I highly recommend this home for anyone with a large family gathering.

We had an awesome stay in this house! It was 3 houses from the beach so not a bad walk at all! We started out with 13 and by middle week we had 15. Plenty of beds to sleep in. The house was very clean, we had plenty of clean towels. Only two complaint and they are not bad. We did not have cable on 2 of the TV’s which one did not work at all. The other did have Netflix. We needed a full size broom but the one there was a child’s broom. Like I said..not bad at all! We would definitely stay again. The property management group were awesome! Loved it down there♥️

We had a cousin reunion (14 adults and 2 under 1 year old) half were from the east coast 1/2 the west. We chose Pensacola for ease. This house was PERFECT! The location, the pool, the amenities (there was a wagon in garage for ease to pull items/kids to the beach) The age range was 19-55 and everyone loved our stay. He house was large enough for everyone to spread out. The beds were VERY comfortable. The kitchen fully stocked with all utensils you would need.
Our only issue was all the burners on the stove didn’t light (it is gas) And with most places now you have codes on doors to get in/out of. We didn’t like having to keep track of keys while on vacation. But other than that, we all agreed we want to come back here again! Worth every penny

We had a fantastic stay. This house is very comfortable and is well set up for a event. The rooms are really good size. There are two refrigerators and plenty of items in the kitchen. My only negative is that it would be great to have had a broom and some spray cleaner. Other than that it was perfect for our needs.

This property satisfied all our needs and more. The various decks around the house worked great for star gazing and enjoying the ocean breeze. The pool worked amazingly for a refreshing dip at the end of the day. The proximity to the beach also made it very easy to go back and forth to grab lunch or drinks. As a person that is not a fan of crowded beaches, this was the perfect spot. The beach was quiet and serene. I would recommend this property to anyone with a large group. We had eleven, and it was very comfortable with plenty of space. Having two living areas in the house made it easy for a movie to be playing upstairs while people were gaming below. I will be looking forward to my return to Sea The Big Picture!

During Covid we decided to get away and this was a great escape. The large downstairs and multiple room options upstairs worked great for us. It was great for the kids to stay downstairs and the adults upstairs. The kitchen has all the amenities you could ask for and there is an extra refrigerator downstairs. We had our groceries delivered the day we arrived and made a few trips out to restaurants and Joe Patti’s. The grill looked brand new and worked great. The pool was perfect for a quick dip or if the beach flags were not cooperating. The beach and the water were perfect and it seemed like daily we’d have a fly-by from the Air Force Base. It was a fantastic getaway for us, with the beach so close and an awesome view from the upstairs platform looking out to the water. It felt like home and we cannot wait to go back!

Before we booked this property we saw some negative comments from last year, so we looked at other properties. We decided to take a chance on this one as it did have lots of nice features and was more affordable than most others. ARE WE GLAD WE DID! This property exceeded our expectations. The location was great and the home was so cozy. Absolutely loved the wood ceilings. Very cool spiral staircase to the lower level where there are 2 bedrooms, large bathroom and a small living area. Kitchen was very functional. Nice to have a 2nd refrigerator in the garage. It's obvious the owner is passionate about making sure your stay here will be enjoyable. Definitely recommend this.

Sea the big picture is even better than it looks on the photos. The house was perfect for us - 2 families with grown up children. It was immaculate, spacious and had everything we needed. The close proximity to the beach meant we could pop back to the house when it got too hot. We used the trolley bus to get to the restaurants and bars. The beds were comfy too! Paradise Beach rentals were very helpful.

our family had a great time, close to beach and the house had everything we needed. the only problem was the pool. there was too much chlorine in pool and caused all the grand children to get a rash the first day, so the pool was of no use the rest of the week.

The property at 1015 Maldonado was very nice and clean. Had a party of 16 and we enjoyed our stay. Only complaint was that the lawn was much in disarray. It was pretty much an eyesore and made the property look abandoned. There also needed to be landscaping done around the pool.

I couldn't have been more pleased!! The property was exactly as it appears in the photos. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the game room and pool were a hit with my tribe. There is an auxiliary full size refrigerator in the ground level game room, which meant no one tracking a sandy wet path to the kitchen. I would absolutely book this property again. On another note, the property management team, who actually located this rental for me, were spectacular. Russell Stark and his staff made this vacation possible. Many thanks to all.

My wife and I have had children in college at Pensacola Christian College for the last 6 years. Each year we rent a house near the beach to spend Thanksgiving week with them.Several times we have used Paradise Beach Homes and have been very happy with them. The property was wonderful. They supplied beach toys, chairs, and bicycles. There was one bed that was too firm for our taste but the other rooms and beds were great. If this property had a pool, it would be absolutely perfect!

The home was perfect for a large family and active family. Well appointed kitchen with great appliances. The home was clean and no repairs or additional instructions were necessary for enjoyment. We would definitely rent this home again on our next Pensacola Beach vacation.

The home is very convenient to the beach. It was extremely clean and had all the essentials that we needed. With the space available and amenities provided, we would most certainly rent this home again in the future.

All though this wasn't the perfect house for our needs, it was a nice house with only a short walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded. We had plenty of room for our large family.
