Overall the house was great!
It was a good setup with lots of deck space
There was plenty of cooking utensils, and things to utilize the kitchen, which was great

We had the impression they were going to be more beach items and from based on the picture on Paradise Baech Homes website, so we expected to have more toys for the kids and or noodles since we flew in. We did not have any of those items with us because we expect them to be in the house. The second point was the louver doors for the bedrooms is great for airflow, but since we had quite a few people in the house, noise was a little bit of a problem, and we couldn’t close off the bedrooms to allow the sleepers to sleep in and of course, with tile floors everywhere that makes the voices carry through the house so with kids it was a bit of a challenge. Otherwise the locations really great the land of the house is really functional and we enjoyed the house a lot

We had a group of 11 stay and we were all very comfortable. There are lots of places to be, inside and outside of the house. The walk to the beach is easy and fast. The kitchen is well appointed and had all we needed. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay, Maldonado 306 had a well-appointed kitchen, which was a pleasant surprise! We especially appreciated the gates on the deck, keeping the kiddos safe! My only suggestion: some throw blankets for use during the colder months.
