The owners of this luxury 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo at The Pearl of Navarre have spared no expense! From elegant coastal decor' to a chef's dream kitchen you will experience the very best in this vacation rental property on beautiful Navarre Beach! They even provided beach chairs and beach towels.
This condo offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from its open floor plan. Ceiling to floor windows that follow the wrap-around balcony offer incredible views of the sugar white beaches and emerald green waters. Relax on the beautiful leather sofa and watch your favorite movie on the large flat screen TV or gather around the expansive kitchen table for a delicious seafood dinner or game of cards with the fam! The kitchen has been completely remodeled with top of the line appliances and a tranquil breakfast nook to enjoy your morning cup of joe.
The Gulf Front Master bedroom offers 1 King Bed with balcony access and a private en-suite bathroom with jetted tub and stand-alone shower. The first guest bedroom offers 2 Queens with a full bathroom in the hallway. The second guest bedroom offers 1 Queen and private full bath with mini fridge, sink and microwave. Flat screen TV's in all bedrooms. The owner of this beautiful condo also provides beach chairs, beach towels & a hair dryer.
The Pearl has a geo thermal pool heated year round, a hot tub and fitness center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a small meeting room available. A wheelchair ramp to the beach is also available and it has also added a handicap lift in the pool. Just recently The Pearl of Navarre also installed an EV charger. Community gas grills too!

Apart from some cool initial weather the trip was a truly enjoyable relaxing time. The Pearl 1106 condo’s kitchen was more than stocked with everything we needed and hall closet had beach chairs and beach towels. Would definitely return to this unit

I reviewed on VRBO also. The condo was well appointed and had a good beach feel. Carpet was dirty but I alerted Paradise. I would update the condo detail since there are now beach towels and beach chairs provided by the owner. I would rent again.

My family and I had a great time as usual. We love The Pearl. We have been looking for a condo that we can call our home away from home and 1106 just might be it. It was clean and kitchen was very well stocked. Everything we needed was there. The rental staff with Paradise Beach Homes are great to work with. They are very helpful and kind. We recommend to eat at the Cactus Flower, Scooters, Slippery Mermaid and The Twist(for your sweet tooth).

We just spent a week at this lovely vacation condo. Everything about it was perfect, Location, furnishings, amenities, cleanliness ! We enjoyed meals prepared in the fully stocked kitchen on the large balcony with unbelievable views. We saw all kinds of water wildlife and walked on the velvet white sand. Check in and out smooth and simple. The unit exceeded our expectations. Fully equipped kitchen including a nice supply of spices. Clean, freshly painted and furnished quite nicely. The seperate 2nd bedroom space was almost set up like a mother inlaw suite. Would highly recomend this unit and we will be back.

I hate to tell everyone how great this condo is, because it will book up so fast and I’m afraid I won’t be able to get it again! I truly felt like we were walking into someone’s private home and not a rental. It is immaculate. The kitchen is stocked with everything you can imagine, and sometimes two of everything. Beds were super comfy. The living room furniture was really comfy, too! Oversized balcony due to being a corner unit. The view is incredible from the 11th floor. Highly recommend this place! I have rented several times from Paradise Beach and have never been disappointed!

Our family has stayed in The Pearl unit 1106 twice. It is exceptionally clean and well maintained. I am very particular about cleanliness and this unit and building exceed my expectations. Paradise Beach Homes is a Leah’s fantastic to work with and very professional. We had a beeping smoke detector in our unit during our stay and it was repaired (new batteries) in just a couple of hours.

I almost thought about giving this place a bad review so others would think twice before staying here because it is literally the BEST condo we have ever stayed at. (Unfortunately I am not a good liar!) This condo had everything my family could ever want and more. It is hard to believe that this condo is more beautiful than the pictures. It has absolutely everything that you would need. There was even a playpen and a playpen mattress in the closet we used for my 4 month old. PERFECT! I can not speak high enough about the cleanliness and layout of this condo. I am scared to stay anywhere else because I truly don't believe that something else could meet these standards. Just FYI, the fridge takes approximately 24 hours to acclimate after adding groceries so don't panic.

Our family typically stays on 30A every year but decided to try a new area and I think we may have found our new favorite vacation spot. Can't stay enough good things. The check in process was easy and right across the street. Not only was this condo stunning but it was extremely clean and more than enough room for our family of 6. The owners attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, plenty of towels, a little play kitchen and table that our toddler absolutely loved, a great couch for movie night and so much more! The rental company even had us a nice little gift bag waiting in the kitchen for when we arrived. The beach was prefect and pool area were also really nice. We can't wait to come back! Wow! #1106 is the perfect place to stay. From the decor, everything you need in the kitchen is provided and easy access to the pool and beach is just right there. From the time you walk in you can smell the cleanliness and freshness.
Only negative was the above floor was doing some construction or some labors and can hear the banging and noise including at night but other than that everything was great and recommended.

The decor of the condo was beautiful. View of the ocean from front and sides were breathtaking. Privacy was great the way the 3 bedrooms were arranged. The property was very clean. I have never stayed in a place that was that well furnished with kitchen appliances, dishes, pots and pans, utensils. What ever you wanted to cook it was supplied with what you needed. We went thru Paradise Homes. They were great!!!! Very detailed in the process of checking in and out. Always available before and day of check in which means a lot when your traveling there and been on road for 10 hours. I would highly recommend this property and company to family, friends, etc. We enjoyed the property and ocean most of the time but we did go into town, which was very clean and quaint. Enjoyed all of it and will be going back.

This unit is wonderfully updated and furnished with really comfortable and tasteful furniture. It is obvious that the owner spends a lot of time here as there are lots of "extras" often not found in a rental. We enjoyed the puzzles and games (while we rode out Hurricane Sally!). It was also nice to have a big stock pot for low country boil. The owner and Paradise Beach Homes couldn't have been more accomodating and were very responsive to many texts and emails (after all we were in the middle of a hurricane!). We are already booked again for next year!

OMG.This place is bar none the most luxurious place we've ever stayed in. The unit has EVERYTHING you need. I could write a 40 page review but all I need to say is this place was THE BEST. Everything was comfortable, classy and beyond perfect. The owners of this unit have done a fabulous job to make your stay perfect. The beach on the 4th of July was spectacular. We sat on the balcony of our unit and watched fireworks from all around! There are plenty of restaurants around and we went to the Destin Aquarium one day. It was really fun!! The ONLY negative thing that happened was the day we drove to Seaside. My husband had never seen it and I wanted him to see how quaint the town is/WAS. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! There was NO Parking, the crowds were awful and we never even got out of the car. That was a wasted trip and I wished we had stayed in our beautiful home away from home and enjoyed the ocean and pool. We were worried about the weather and covid keeping us housebound all week but luckily the weather cooperated. However, if we had stayed in the unit all week long, I would not have been disappointed. Luckily, we had great weather and we got in some beach and pool time. I did not want to leave and I'm jealous of whoever is staying in our place this week! We'll be back and will stay in this unit again.

This is our second stay in 1106, but our first with Paradise Beach Homes. Everything was clean and we did not have any issues during our visit. Our entire family enjoys Navarre and we will be back next year. The only thing that would have made our stay any better was having an option for an early check in, but they did get us in at 4 instead of 5.
