Live the life of luxury and indulge in "Sea-Gem!" This beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf front condo sleeps 8 and boasts all the comforts of home while overlooking the emerald-colored coast of the Gulf of Mexico!
Immediately upon entering The Pearl, unit 1303, a guest bedroom includes a queen bed and a full over full bunk bed in cheerful decor' with a 32" flat screen TV and DVD player. In the side hall way, the bathroom matches the decor' of the guest bedroom for a coordinated look. Parallel to the hallway is the kitchen which opens into a charming study nook with a laptop desk and WiFi available. Attached to the kitchen is the dining area which expands into the coastal inspired family room that has large and comfortable seating, with a view that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, a 46" flat screen TV with DVD and CD player sound system with iPod/mp3 docking station for your viewing and listening pleasure. From the family room, walk into the master bedroom and step out onto the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, read a book in the La-Z-Boy, indulge in a relaxing nap on the king bed or just watch TV on the 32" flat screen TV and DVD player, soak in the over-sized tub or relax on the large balcony and revel in the breathtaking view which can be accessed from either the master bedroom or the living room.
The Pearl has a geo thermal pool heated year round, a hot tub and fitness center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a small meeting room available. A wheelchair ramp to the beach is also available and it has also added a handicap lift in the pool. Just recently The Pearl of Navarre also installed an EV charger. Community gas grills too!

Very nice lodging in well managed beach front facility. Clean, well maintained and comfortably furnished throughout. Well equipped kitchen (not like your home kitchen if you really like to cook, but a cut above what we have typically experienced).

Great family vacation. Nice accommodations and wonderful weather. Super easy beach access. The only negative was inconvenience from periodic maintenance issues with one of the two elevators. Overall wonderful experience.

This condo was everything and more! It was so spacious, very updated, and the view was spectacular. Being higher up, we had concerns about the elevator time. Elevators were very efficient and fast

This condo is huge and gorgeous. Spectacular view. My husband and I sleep in a recliner, and there were 3. The pictures show a recliner in bedroom,but that one has been replaced with a regular chair. We loved it here! So easy to check in...they sent me a text with the door code!

Over all the stay was nice. The view of the beach from the balcony was amazing. The furniture was well taken care of and the condo was very clean when we arrived. Check in and check out process was simple and pain free. Would highly recommend

The home was as expected. Nice beds, great view. An ideal place for a family to stay in comfort.
The only thing was that it could have used a more liberally moping of the floors. Other than that it was just wonderful. I would stay again if I were to go back to the area in the future.

Great Customer Service! We had an issue with the TV speaker and they came right over and took care of it. We needed more hangers, No Problem gave us more right away! And a Cool Beach bag full of goodies!

We enjoyed our stay in Pearl 1303. We’ve stayed in Navarre Beach and at The Pearl several times, but this was out first stay with Paradise Beach Homes. Melissa was very helpful with the rental and arrival process. The unit was very well appointed, clean, and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a relaxing post-holiday stay.
