This nicely-decorated, 5th floor, Gulf-front, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has beautiful views of the white sandy beach and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
The master bedroom offers a king bed and balcony access. The private bathroom has a vanity area and large garden tub and stand-alone shower.
The guest bedroom has a queen bed and full over full bunk beds. The full guest bathroom is just outside the bedroom door and has a shower/tub combo.
Enjoy sweeping views of the gulf from the living room and master bedroom. Stretch out on the sectional sofa and watch a movie on the large screen TV or curl up with a good book and take in the views of the gulf. There are so many comfortable spaces in this unit!
At the end of a long, fun-filled day at the beach, grab your favorite cocktail from the bar area and head out to the balcony to watch the sun go down with drink in hand.
Across from the bar area is the dining room table that seats 6 and is perfect for breakfast in the morning with the kiddos or a full spread seafood dinner at night with the fam! The spacious kitchen will have everything you need for just about any kind of meal.
The Pearl has a geo thermal pool heated year round, a hot tub and fitness center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a small meeting room available. A wheelchair ramp to the beach is also available and it has also added a handicap lift in the pool. Just recently The Pearl of Navarre also installed an EV charger. Community gas grills too!

Stayed here for 4 nights with my mom and daughter. We had a great time. It’s right on the beach. Pool is nice. Beds comfy enough. Kitchen adequately stocked for any cooking you’ll want to do. Was very clean. Just a heads up for the cable and Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi completely stopped working while we were there so if you’re working remotely that may present a challenge. And if you have a bunch of subscriptions to channels to watch tv you’ll be okay. But it’s a smart cast so live channels very limited. But I loved it here and would absolutely return.

It was just a few days before Labor Day and I asked my wife if she would like to go to the beach. She laughed and said sure, if you can find a place. I put out several requests to different rental agencies and only two responded. One said they had no units available and Paradise Beach Homes responded with a condo unit that was available. The unit was beautiful, the price was reasonable and it was beachfront. The rental agency employees were friendly and very easy to deal with. They even called me while I was en route to tell me I could check in early which made things much more convenient. I would definitely stay with Paradise Beach Homes again.

We really enjoyed this condo. It was more well-equipped with kitchen supplies, etc. than previous condos that we've stayed in, and VERY clean. Their cleaning crew did an exemplary job - I typically notice very little details that were missed, but not here. This unit has a separate ice maker in the bar area that we really enjoyed having. Plenty of chairs on the balcony which we enjoyed very much - it was shaded all day, so felt great with the breeze coming in off the ocean & the sound of the waves. The pool. hot tub, and building in general are very well maintained. The building is situated just a little closer to the shoreline than the other buildings around there, so a VERY short walk across the boardwalk between the beach and pool. Chairs and umbrellas available for rent on the beach from the Pearl. They are all set up in the AM by the staff, and if available, can be rented from a staff member there on the beach (pricey - about $40/day for 2 chairs + umbrella - but very convenient). Chairs/umbrellas removed by staff at 5 pm daily. Walking distance to at least 4 restaurants, and of course very close the the Navarre pier. Juanas is a fun place with pagodas, different levels, sand volleyball. Windjammers food was pretty good, reasonable prices particularly considering it's on the beach. Check in was easy, almost right across the street from the building, and nothing to drop off at the end of the stay, as the doors all have a keypad code vs. physical keys. Fitness room overlooks pool - location is nice, but it is very small, just one treadmill (which was out of order) and one elliptical ... but it was usually available when we went. This was my favorite of the several condos that we have stayed in in the area though - highly recommend.

The Pearl is a wonderful location with a beautiful view of the Gulf. Our beds were very comfortable and so was all the furniture. Very clean and fresh. Management was wonderful to work with. We called about our cable not working in the living room, and they sent someone first thing to get it going. Our condo had everything we could possibly need. The pier is in walking distance and has a great vibe and food. You can even walk out while you wait and see some dolphins if your timing is right. The only complaint, while we went in May, which can be unpredictable weather, was the wind. So windy, so we only had 2 good beach days to get in the water because of the rip tide. So we had to venture out of Navarre for something not beach related for the kids to do. The Gulfarium wasnt too far of a drive and worth the experience.Unfortunately no one can predict when a rip tide causes red flags. So all in all I will be back for more relaxing in this beautiful paradise!

Our second time in 6 weeks staying at the same condo. We’d buy it and move in if we could.
The ice maker is great at the wet bar, but the one on the fridge needs cleaned (look under where the ice comes out, it’s moldy). That’s not going to stop us from a 5 star and we will be back rating.

Perfect beach unit. Loved the view and location. Paradise staff are helpful and attentive. Unit was clean and ready for our 4 week stay. We had a small leaky dishwasher issue, service came out the next day. A follow up fix is required. Otherwise, no issues. LOVED the separate icemaker!!!! We used the heck out of that! Beds are comfortable. Rooms are spacious. Nice balcony. I didn't want to leave. I definitely will be back.

Great property, well maintained, and not filled with too much furniture so feels very spacious. We enjoyed the location and beach access. Dolphin shows every morning for breakfast! We were just there, and have already rebooked. See you again soon!

This is our third year in a row coming to Navarre and our second year going through Paradise Beach Homes. It did not disappoint! The atmosphere is entirely family friendly and with a young family, that’s a must. The condo was great - a few surface blemishes to the property, but I don’t need pristine perfection on vacation. We will continue to come back here for years to come!
