From the moment you arrive in unit 701 at The Pearl of Navarre you will experience amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico from the floor to ceiling windows spread across the back living area. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit offers Gulf views from almost every room. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook up a large family meal or a quick breakfast before heading to the beach for the day.
The living room has plenty of comfortable seating for everyone in your party with a large flat screen TV for movie nights or watching your favorite sporting event. Enjoy immediate access to the roomy wrap-around balcony that offers unobstructed views to the south and a great view of the pier to the east.
The master bedroom boasts the same floor to ceiling windows as the living room and Gulf views that can be seen from the king size bed. The master bathroom has a large stand-alone shower and deep jetted tub with two separate vanity areas for plenty of room to get ready for an evening out or an evening in of pampering.
The first guest room offers a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with its own private balcony looking north for a calming view of the Santa Rosa Sound. The second guest room also offers two full beds with close access to the hall bathroom. Both rooms are very comfortable and have flat screen TV's so everyone in your party has their own private getaway.
The Pearl has a geo thermal pool heated year round, a hot tub and fitness center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a small meeting room available. A wheelchair ramp to the beach is also available and it has also added a handicap lift in the pool. Just recently The Pearl of Navarre also installed an EV charger. And there are community gas and charcoal grills and enough parking for two vehicles!

Awesome rental that the whole family loved. All of us had our own bathroom and bedroom. Decor was great and kitchen was well stocked. The best part was the sliding door in the master bedroom that I kept open so I can hear the ocean every night. Balcony was also great!

Super nice and roomy vacation condo! Condo was nice and the location was even better. We loved the floor to ceiling glass windows! One minor suggestion would to have a bigger or pull out couch in the living room for extra sleeping spaces. Overall though, out of all the places we have rented, this was our favorite condo we have ever vacationed at!!

Condo was very nice and clean, we had all the kitchen supplies we needed, washer and dryer worked great, corner condo with bigger balcony was also a bonus. Enjoyed having a weight room available to use as well as a hot tub and the pools. Only complaints and they are minor was that the single bedroom up front had too soft of a mattress for my liking and the shower in that bathroom could use some drano and a new shower head but other than that our week in the condo was great!

End unit condo had great views! Kitchen had everything you could want. Balcony furniture was not as pictured but was satisfactory. Took our two daughters and granddaughter and the 3 bedroom/baths was perfect. Proximity to beach and the heated pool was just what we were looking for! Enjoyed an outing to Pensacola Beach for lunch and mini golf. The drive west through the state park was great. Would definitely recommend this property!

What a great view! We have been spending November at Navarre Beach for several years, and this is by far the best view. The condo is spacious and equipped with just about anything you need in the kitchen. The only improvement would be new furniture for the balcony. We wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

The condo was very clean and nice. It was pretty stocked with cookware, plates, cups. The only problem we had was a couple there that had about 8 kids and they were running around everywhere from floor to floor. I had a problem one time with the kids was holding up the elevators on purpose. They also occupied the whole heated pool, but I know that wasn't paradise beach homes fault, it happens sometimes. I loved the condo and I would love to come again soon.

701 was perfect. It was beautifully decorated, spotless clean, fantastic wrap balcony, all that you could hope for. I was 100 % satisfied. It truly is as good as it is advertised. I had several conversations with Paradise Homes and each time received excellent service. When we arrived, the welcome instructions packet was in a box beside the office, but a representative happened to see us and came over and gave us a warm welcome. When we got to the unit, there was a lovely welcome bag with chips and salsa. Thank you for that. I absolutely loved it. Once again, the unit was spectacular and the service from Paradise was efficient, courteous, and outstanding.
