Welcome to The Pearl of Navarre #703. From the moment you walk into this nicely decorated condo you're greeted with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and open living room with a large, comfy wrap around sofa. From the living room step out onto the balcony that offers direct gulf front views of the emerald green waters and sugar white sands of Navarre Beach.
The master bedroom boasts a large king sized bed, private balcony and en-suite bathroom with stand-alone shower and garden tub. The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and twin bed sleeping a total of 5 people comfortably throughout. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo and is easily accessible from the guest bedroom.
The Pearl has a geo thermal pool heated year round, a hot tub and fitness center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a small meeting room available. A wheelchair ramp to the beach is also available and it has also added a handicap lift in the pool. Just recently The Pearl of Navarre also installed an EV charger. And there are community gas and charcoal grills and enough parking for two vehicles!

We’ve stayed at the pearl six times in past 3 years, as a family of four and this condo is sub par compared to other 2 bedroom units. It lacked any extra amenities that other units have but the historically old mattress in the primary was the worst. I was convinced that we were sleeping on plywood with a separate 2 inch topper. Curious, I removed the sheets to discover a 5 inch blue mattress with white floral pattern with the oldest mattress tag sewn on it. The mattress tag stated beautyrest by Simmons, extra firm, back care II with a model lying on her side, in a short sleeve knee length nightgown. I swear it was one of the original bob barker beauties! If we would have slept, I would have looked beyond the interior shoddy repairs & rusted furniture, as no condo is perfect. I even went as far to read the reviews of 703 to ensure that we weren’t crazy. It wasn’t a fit for us. But paradise homes continues to be reputable and tried their best to help us out but their hands were tied as they simply manage the booking. If the owners want a 40 year old mattress, that’s their choice. Will continue to use paradise homes, but 703 is going on our “do not book” list.

My husband and I returned to Florida 15 years after our first trip together and brought our 3 children with us. Condo 703 was warm and inviting. The views from the balcony were beautiful and the warm sand and blue waters only steps away. We will be returning to The Pearl again soon.

The rental fees were a little high! The condo unit 703 was cleaned and decorated beautiful! Nice relaxing feeling. Right on the beach located. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The updates that need to be made was All the outside cushions on the balcony were EXTREMELY dirty and made you not want to relax and sit on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful view. Overall I would highly recommend this unit with the hopes of cushions be replaced so others can enjoy! I would give this place 4.7 stars!
Navarre beach is a great to visit.
I hope the area would add more restaurants to the area.

703 at the Pearl was exactly what my family of 4 needed for a relaxing vacation. My boys fished off the pier daily and I spent many hours on the fabulous balcony soaking in the breeze and waves. We will most definitely return next year. The Pearl was a great family friendly condo and 703 was a dream.

We had a great rental experience. Check in at the office was easy. The condo unit was clean and comfortable. The best part is the location. My family and I really enjoy being able to walk down to the beach or pool and the view from the condo unit is amazing.

The Pearl of Navarre is always one of our favorites, and since our normal rental was booked the week of our trip we decided to try this one instead! The condo was beautiful (a little wear and tear but normal for a beach condo), and the view was even better. I wasn’t sure how checkin would be having to go in person, but it was a breeze. We had a great time on our girls trip, and I’m happy to have a new place to add to our Navarre list!

The condo was very roomy, larger than a normal 2 bed/ 2 bath condo and very well decorated. The balcony was very large. The condo is very clean and up-to-date. The beds were comfortable. The water pressure in the showers were great . We had an absolutely wonderful time.

We had a wonderful family vacation at the Pearl of Navarre. The condo was a fine balance of amenities with a relaxed, welcoming feel. Our accommodations were spacious - though the condo could use a few fixes/updates (countertops were scratched, woodwork wasn't finished correctly in areas, loungers on balcony were super uncomfortable and the furniture in the living room was comfortable but worn). Aside from these few things, the beds were comfortable and everything worked, so we weren't too bothered by the less than perfect aesthetics. The location was superior - just an elevator ride and a few steps from the beach was really awesome. Beautiful beach - though terribly windy during our stay. The heated pool was a necessity as the weather was not terribly warm. Overall, a nice property in a great location. I'd definitely stay here again!

Oh my right on a beautiful white sand beach. Great views everyday. Sunrise,sunsets, pier and gorgeous blue/green waters. Can't believe I'm living in a wonderful 2 bed, 2 bath fully furnished condo ON THE BEACH !
This has it all. And 2 pools,workout room and hot tub.
I actually lost 5 pounds this month. (Those from cold states know what I mean)
Take my advice, you'll want to stay more than week.
Coming back next year !!

This is our third year at Navarre Beach. We always have a great time at the Pearl. We also meet several old friends and meet a few more every year. The Mardi Gras parade is something special. We especially enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and the quiet beach are the best. Of course, we don’t want anyone else to know about this place.
